I've come here a few times and each time the service is great. I purchase a used bike and needed the inner tubes in the wheels to be replaced, it took no longer than 5 mins and with a very reasonable price I am very happy with the service. I would refer ev come here.

Been looking for a bike for awhile now, and found this shop and I am so happy I did it's family owned and they were super helpful and friendly. The husband is the one with all the knowledge and he even showed me how to change my tire in case I get a flat. I'm happy with my purchase would definitely recommend. Got a brand new bike for a great price. (Other shops were charging the same for a used bike). I'm glad I waited for this shop!

This is my favorite bike shop. I'm glad I found a place that is honest and helpful, I have bought all my parts here for the past few years.

Upon arriving, Ricardo helped me remove the heavy e-bike from the back of the car and went to work immediately.

Low prices, but poor communication, worn-out gear, and missed pickup…read more I am very disappointed with the service and product quality provided by Cloud of Goods in Anaheim. I later discovered that Cloud of Goods operates as an online marketplace where third-party local companies fulfill orders. This probably explains the complete lack of operational reliability and unprofessional results. I rented a recliner chair for a vacation trip (I can't lie down in a flat bed) and scheduled delivery weeks in advance to a hotel near Disney. When I arrived, I received no notice of delivery. When I called the contact number, they answered with a casual "hello" with no business introduction. After a 5:45 PM call promising a callback, I waited 3 hours. My next call at 8:30 went to voicemail, so I texted. I got a quick response, but they said they were still waiting for an ETA from the driver. So I decided I would go to dinner. You can imagine how stressful this was knowing its delivery is the only option for sleep. An hour later, the delivery driver called and said he was in the lobby. I told him I was not available and asked him to leave it with the bell desk in the lobby. He did confirm I would be OK with putting it together.. The recliner itself was visibly worn, scratched, and poorly maintained. See attached photos. Ironically, they offered damage insurance for an item already in rough shape. honestly, I would have felt foolish paying for it after seeing its condition. It was also embarrassing hauling what look like grandmas "cat clawed" beat-up old furniture up to the room. The worst part happened after checkout. Eleven days past the scheduled pickup date, the hotel called me to say the chair was still sitting there. When I called the company, they answered again with another "hello." They said they would call the hotel. Oddly, two days later, I received an automated text message saying the chair was scheduled for its original pickup date. I was too embarrassed to call the hotel back to check if it had been picked up. Compared to other options I explored, Cloud of Goods was cheaper. However, after reviewing alternatives, I realize I should have gone with a different company for better product quality and service--sometimes, you get what you pay for. The only redeeming part was that the chair eventually arrived providing better comfort than the traditional non reclining hotel chairs. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend using this platform if it uses the same contractor in Anaheim.

I found the muffins and donuts, but it took a little longer to find a great bike shop. I stopped by several of them in the Huntington Beach area and I found one that has a real passion for the customer, Huntington Beach Cycles on Atlanta. They recently had to make a tough decision. They got so backed up with service work they needed to lock the doors to focus on repairs which created no bike sales or parts sales for the few days they had to close. I know it's tough on some of us that had bikes in behind closed doors, but I respect a business owner to keep his commitment to service and repair the bikes that he had taken in and focus on his service. During the last several weeks they lost a technician and that put some extra workload on the rest of the staff. Mike did a great job servicing our bikes. I also noticed that the owner of the shop, Kevin, has an outstanding relationship with his team and they all share his passion for the customer. I encourage you to check these guys out or anything you might need for your bike or trike. Mark Petty

I remember going in our 1st time when it was first opened with different owners. They were fantastic & made me feel comfortable. They were not intimidating and the service went great. We took our bikes there a 2nd time, I don't know who the owner was at the time, and everything was fine. This is our 3rd time taking our bikes for service there. This time our experience was not the same under the current ownership. No shade to the owner. He was very nice & pleasant. I'm glad to see a lot of good reviews but that was not my experience. We dropped off our mountain non-e bikes for general service as they weren't running great at the end of the week. He mentioned that they'd be looked at the following Tuesday with an estimate (week 1). He mentioned that it'd be possible to adjust recommended repairs to suit our budget. Great! No problem. Very considerate suggestion. But we didn't hear from him on Tuesday or any day that 1st week. We tried calling a couple times that week but no answer. We tried stopping by at 11 (posted opening time was 10) and there was a note on the door they open at noon. We stopped by another day & it seems there was a family emergency so he'd get to us the 2nd week. We got busy and another week rolled around and a 2nd Tuesday with no news on the repair estimate. We called a couple times the 2nd week & there was no answer. We stopped by around 4:30 and it was closed (posted closing time was 6). We called again that weekend & he said his tech would come in the next Tuesday, the 3rd week, to look at the bikes. At this point, the bikes are sitting in the shop for 2 full weeks going on a 3rd before anyone even looks at them for an estimate. This does not inspire confidence that the bikes would even be done that 3rd week. While maybe they would have finally been repaired in the 3rd week, we decided cut our losses & take our bikes elsewhere. I truly hope this business succeeds, but we're probably not going to go back.

A Thank You to Trek Bike…read more I want to share how much I appreciate the care and integrity Trek bike has shown with my Parlee bike. From the moment I brought my bike in, it was clear these folks actually know what they're doing--and more importantly, they respect their customers enough to be straight with them. What stood out most is how transparent they were. No upsells, no unnecessary work pitched just to pad the bill. They took time to understand what my bike needed and gave me honest advice. That kind of straightforwardness is rare and it made a real difference in how much I trust them. But here's what really impressed me: they caught a factory recall on my Shimano crank power meter and offered to replace it without charging me a dime. Most shops would've either missed it or found a way to bill me for the service. Not Trek. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, no cost to me. That's the kind of thing that tells you a lot about a business. Special thanks to Caleb--he was instrumental in taking care of my bike and making sure everything was handled right. Bryce was equally knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process too. The whole team is genuinely skilled and personable. It makes the whole experience easier--you're not second-guessing whether they understand what they're talking about. You just know they do. I'm grateful to have a shop I can trust with my bike, and people like Caleb and Bryce who actually care about doing the work right. Trek bike has earned my confidence, and I won't hesitate to bring them my business again.

During that time, communication was extremely poor. They rarely answer the phone and did not provide updates about the status of the bike, leaving us to repeatedly try to get information ourselves. When we finally picked up the bike, we discovered that something else was now broken that had not been an issue when we brought it in. We called the shop to explain what happened and asked them to look at it, but instead of trying to address the concern, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. What made the experience even worse was the way we were spoken to. The communication was rude and condescending rather than professional or customer-focused. Mistakes and delays happen, but good customer service means communicating with customers and taking their concerns seriously, especially when a bike comes back with a problem it didn't have before. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
