I wanted to ensure the stucco patch matched the house. The day before the job and morning of, I received a text confirming the job start time. Alvarado arrived on time and went straight to work. The job took about 5 hours, and he made sure the work area was clean. He did such a great job! I could not even tell where the vent was. The new stucco blended in so well with the original stucco of the house.

Al showed up on time and got a sample of the stucco to get a paint match. Came back shortly and went to work removing the decaying stucco. Then applied the new stucco. Every area of new stucco was painted and it look really nice. Al worked very clean and left everything very tidy from his work area. I also had a couple interior doors that would not stay open. He adjusted them and now they are balanced and stay open. No more door stops. Al is very conscientious and has great work ethics. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Jaysen went above and beyond to understand exactly what needed to be done, he broke down the costs, and even applied a discount because of the charity aspect of this project. When I told Jose I wasn't happy with the work, his response was, "It's not my problem." No effort was made to correct it. The job was $250, which included other repairs. We paid $100 upfront after being assured they would make it right. They never followed up to fix the ceiling, and they still haven't returned our two brand new Kidde smoke/CO detectors that we specifically asked to have removed, not discarded. Our security camera footage shows both detectors inside Jose's tool bucket as he left our home. They later claimed the detectors were treated as "trash" and even promised they would be returned, but days later they still haven't. My husband and I decided to cut our losses and consider the missing detectors the remainder of the payment. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, and no accountability. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

He was pleasant, easy-going, professional, and in no way did he attempt to pressure me into using his company. In fact, quite the opposite. He encouraged me to get multiple estimates and select the contractor with whom I felt the most comfortable. 3. He was incredibly accommodating with regard to my physical challenges. 4. Unlike other painting contractors, with whom I consulted, he readily agreed to the terms I specified and was willing to memorialize those terms in a written contract. It is important to note that Jose kept every promise he made and both he and his team arrived at my home, both days, earlier than scheduled, ready to work.
