Once I arrived home I noticed I was charged for cheese sticks when all I ordered fried Oreos and a corn dog. On top of that the Oreos didn't come with the ice cream that was supposed to come with it !!!!! I live across town and didn't want to drive all the way back . So I tossed the cheese sticks because I can't stand them with no sauce. Very unsatisfied that my order turned out wrong and spent my money on it !! I came the other day and man i usually love this spot but man the lady that took my order was just absolutely rude. Im not one to complain but man the last was just so rude. Im ordering and she keeps interrupting me and just simply acting as if im just ine of her enemies rather than a customer. I do not recommend this place anymore due to this. If I could give negative stars I would.vonly go here cuz it around the corner from me. The wait is always forever wether there are 2 customers or 20. I don't think they even acknowledge the stalls when people try to order there. It's ridiculous. Both times I've tried to order from the stalls. I have to give this sonic a good review because we go their at least once a week. They have the dollar drink special before 10, the happy hour drinks from 2-4 and the 1/2 priced shakes after 8. The children's play area is usually very clean and often unoccupied. We don't always eat here but when we do get tots onion ring or a burger, we are never disappointed. Sometimes u have the immature kids from the middle school hanging out but otherwise it's not usually too bad. read more

Niles and Morning Drive: This location is the worst of the Sonic locations in Bakersfield. Always under staffed which leads to mistakes and long wait. I emailed the headquarters and responded and promised they were working with management but months later; it's the same thing. Who runs out of ice cream when you are Sonic??!!! Why aren't there any tater tots at Sonic??!! Why did I just wait 23 min after ordering in the drive thru to get my order??!! This place needs help!! read more

My kids liked this place but the grease soaked onion rings just made me think that this is heart attack waiting to happen. I give it three stars because I loved the personalized drive up service for each individual car and as I said, the kids liked it. read more

This place sucks. I have been to many places all over the world. These bathrooms are the dirtiest nastiest disgusting I have seen.

Every time i come to this sonic they mess up my order or charge me for the wrong thing, those employees never know what they're doing.

The service is absolutely horrible!!! I just came from there and I was sitting there for 15 minutes with the call button pushed and nothing a employee came to my car and started to hand me drinks and I told her I had not ordered nothing yet. It's sad when the employee didn't even know what the hell she was doing let alone what car the order was for. Then on top of that when she went back inside she started taking orders again there were cars that came after me she started taking there orders before me a car and just drove up and she she started to take theirs!! That really pissed me off! My husband and I live down the street and we USED to come here all the time all the but this establishment has gone down hill. The service just completely sucks and the employees look like they just climbed out of bed. We rather drive the extra 5 minutes to go to location on mall view road. This isn't the first time this has happened either. This has happened the last 4 times we've came to this location. Waited for 15 minutes for 2 sonic blasts. The top two inches of the cup was whipped topping. Terrible! I would bet that 99% of folks ordering ice cream want as much ice cream as possible in the cup. What a waste of time and money. read more

Always stop by here on my way back from Kern River. This time was the worst! Long wait for service (only 2 people working @ 1130 am!). Some of my party didn't get served so they left as they were tired of waiting. The bathrooms had no SOAP! makes me wonder what their employee's do after using the restroom. This Sonic has made me think about never eating there again. read more
