I've had no issues with this location. I've said it once and I'll say it again, a food chain is a chain, is a chain and Jersey Mike's is no different. I really enjoy their turkey and provolone Mike's way or their chipotle cheesesteak. Those are my go to's. Love their rewards program, if you aren't signed up, get on that. This location is clean, fast and staff always greet you when you come in. It was a very busy Saturday. Had some work in the morning, then had to do a favor in the afternoon. The girls and I decided we needed to wash the car before we headed to the Condors game. So after we finished washing the car we grabbed drinks from sonic and decided we wanted some FRESH sandwiches for dinner before the game. We came to the location on Coffee, the restaurant is always clean! Our sandwiches were delicious as always. My oldest daughter and I love to get our sandwiches "Mike's way" with no onion or tomato. The food was sooooo good, me and my besties were having our annual lunch after the school year ends. I ordered the #7 mikes way (a Turkey sandwich) and mmMmmmM so delicious. Friend #1 ordered the #3 mikes way with no onions and she says it was the best sandwich she'd ever had. Friend #2 ordered #13 mikes way with no tomatoes and she said it was very good. This Jersey Mikes is the best out of the four I've been to. Gotta say the price point is on point for the amount of sandwich you get and for the quality of ingredients. These sandwiches beat out a lot of the local spots in town. Not a fan of the combo at sandwich places anymore when you could go next door and grab a fry and a large soda from the McD's next door. Customer service at this location is great too. Very friendly, even when they're packed and it seems like their mobile order service is always jammed packed but still very welcoming. Recommendations would be the Giant #9 on Rosemary, with the red pepper relish, Mikes Way and pickles or yellow peppers. I think what I love the most about their sandwiches is the simplistic ingredients but how packed full of flavor it is. Don't let them forget your bacon and also get there right before they close because nine times outta ten they might be out. I know! I know! I need pictures but I always forget, especially when I'm about to tear into a delicious sandwich. I know a butcher paper with tape wrapped sandwich is usually tops, but we don't have a lot of those places here. Easily Top3 sandwich places, especially in a pinch. I'll start by saying Jersey Mikes is my favorite deli sandwich spot in town. I ordered via Uber eats and though the taste was on point, they definitely took little care in making the sandwich. They must have been at the end of the turkey because I just got a small amount of scrap pieces on my $20 sandwich. It took 15 minutes for my ONE sandwich to get sliced and done and paid for. They were doing to go orders through the two of us inside and then she stopped in the middle of making mine to get the next guys order. My sandwich was finally sliced but the toppings gal decided to ring up the guy after me instead of finish my sandwich. Like WHAT?!?! This isn't my first negative interaction. It was a rocky relationship in the beginning, but after ordering from Jersey Mike's several times over the past few years, I'd have to say I am in love with their sandwiches. My favorite is the #4. It's so damn good, they couldn't even give it a name!! It has provolone, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo. I enjoy all the toppings (lettuce, onion, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, and oregano). Their sandwiches are full with a hefty amount of meat. It is also juicier and flavorful compared to Subway. Although their sandwiches are bigger in comparison to Subway, their prices reflect the difference. You are not going to be left feeling hungry an hour after you finish your sandwich. A mini is 5" and is almost $6, but it depends on what you get. The regular is 7" and is about $8 more or less. The giant is about 15" and is close to $14. Overall, this is one of the better establishments in town if you're in the mood for a cold cut sub. read more

After trying this place twice this week, I have decided to write a review on my to go order. We arrived Thursdays after 1p. The place was busy and I counted at least four employees behind the counter. I noticed adults like to order from the kids menu. Great for smaller appetites. We decided to split a giant sized Kahlua (Philly melt) on white bread: it has meat, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, jalapeño, and extra American white cheese. We asked for no jalapeño, additional raw white onion on half the sandwich, and paid an additional fee to add extra meat. Nice and hot on the soft bread. Also, I asked for some of what looks like pepper relish. Not spicy, but very vinergary. Loved it on the sandwich. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the sandwich. I called in the order so I did not know until we got home. They told me it would be 20 to 25 minutes and it ended up taking 50 minutes. Two times this week I ordered the meatless sandwich the portabella mushroom sandwich and twice this week they've made it with chicken and jalapeños. The sandwich was delivered with so much Mayo that it was in every crevice of the bacon it took two paper towels to remove all of the Mayo. I am very dissatisfied. This is a chain from the east coast which I learned to enjoy during my time living in NC. I enjoy the hot sandwiches here the best like the chipotle steak or reuben(*the marble rye for this is yummy* apparently this location does not make this type of bread for its reuben). General Manager Kelly, has a heart for the community she lives in and it shows with the outpouring of support she offers. The personal touches takes it way above and beyond her duty as GM. Ordering for a large group can be challenging, but with the many options available it was a breeze. Kelly gave helpful tips on how to present and serve and it went so well. If you want quality, you can find that many places. If you want excellence, go to Jersey Mike's. Now about the other stuff. The sandwiches are great! Fresh bread, variety of meats and cheese sliced right in front of you, cool crisp veggies, makes for the perfect sub. Complete your meal with a wide variety of chips and fountain drinks. Restaurant is always clean. If something is out of a place, a smiling employee is probably already on their way to take care of it by the time you notice. I've been to Jersey Mike's for years and never had an issue with them until today at the Coffee location. I ordered 2 regular sandwiches. One was clearly smaller than the other by quite a bit. I asked about the discrepancy and the kid behind the counter started to tell me the difference between the regular sized sandwiches and the giant sized sandwiches as I was clearly comparing both regular sized sandwiches in front of him. I've had plenty of regular sized sandwiches and they haven't all been perfectly proportional but this was way off and I could tell immediately this wasn't right. He then starts to tell me that the difference is in the bread and that he would re-cut a bigger bread bread but the contents wouldn't change. I came in support of a fundraiser for a young woman with leukemia. I did not come in for the rudeness from a woman in her late twenties. Today, Tuesday May 25th at noon I came in to pick up an online order. It's packed and I'm waiting around for someone to look up. Was not going to rush or say excuse me while they're on a roll because I've worked in the food industry. I get it. I walked up to that woman with blue eyeliner, tan gauges, and the only one wearing a black shirt and said "hey i was here to pick up-" and she cut me off, rolled her eyes, and said get in line we're busy. I get that they're busy i can see that with my own eyes. So i spoke up and said yes i see but i was wondering where i was in line. She just stared at me blankly without saying a word. Then a young woman beside her was so nice and asked for my name but poor thing couldn't find it. It would've sufficed to say that it was not done yet or something rather than the attitude from the woman in black. Then the gentleman working register came over to help me and get my confirmation email. I'm giving this location one star because as it is a fundraiser day for an ill girl, the community is coming together to support. This woman willingly worked this shift. She willingly works at this establishment. If you do not have the empathy or customer service to work this shift, say so. Do not roll your eyes or tell a customer to get in line. read more

The food at Jersey Mikes Subs is great but the customer service is terrible. The employees are young and rude. Lately, I have had a streak of negative experiences when it comes to this location. The first time I showed up about 15 minutes before closing and tried ordering a chipotle cheesesteak(my favorite on their menu) and was told they couldn't make anything hot because they shut down the grill already. We felt like we bothered them and they want to leave. The second time, although genuinely an accident, the employee dropped my food while wrapping it and I had to wait for it be remade. It didn't bother me, but just ties into my streak of bad luck. Lastly, today tried ordering two of #13-The Regular Italian, quickly realizing that two regulars is the equivalent of one giant size sandwich. We asked if we could just make it a giant instead, and was rudely told no they had to be the exact same to considered a giant sandwich. The only difference between the two halves l was I did not want tomatoes on my half because I am allergic. The cashier stated it was company policy that the entire giant sandwich be made the same, when all we were asking for was TWO tomato slices on one half of the sandwich to not be placed on there. Everything else was the exact same on each half of the sandwich. We have ordered giants in the past and asked for tomatoes to not be on half with no problem, but today the two slices of tomatoes was a major issue and the price difference of $3+ dollars because she wanted to considered it a entirely new sandwich. I ended up just telling the person to put the tomatoes slices on sandwich to avoid further issues and to get the cashier to stop rambling about company policy and doing what she's told. In my experience, Jersey Mike's has proven to be pretty consistent. I've ordered a good variety of items off their menu and find that they produce a pretty mediocre sandwich leaning more toward the "decent" end of the spectrum; nothing special by any means, but always the same quality. Curious thought though - regardless of which meat option I select, the sandwiches all taste the same. I don't know if it's the oil/vinegar that takes center stage (not a complaint, I do love a good oil and vinegar!), but one would think the meat would be more the star of the show. I ordered the veggie sandwich on a couple of occasions sans cheese (to make it vegan) and it literally tasted the same as the club, the original Italian and/or the famous roast beef. Anywho - The staff regularly flubs my online and in-person orders which I've resorted to approaching it as sort of a lottery, always curious to see what surprise awaits. I eat here more often than I'd care to admit - at least 4-6 times per month - primarily because of its convenient location and the ability to earn free subs via their Shore Points Reward Program. They have a gluten free roll and are able to whip up a vegan sandwich - white and wheat rolls and wraps are vegan! A little pricey in my opinion, but again, the convenience factor plays a heavy hand.
