Horrible service! Waiting for someone to help us after we pushed the need assistance button. We sat in our car while we saw a lady fiddle with her hair for 10 min while she had gloves on. We had to hit the button multiple times as our request kept getting reset. I grew up with sonic drive-ins. They started in Oklahoma City. I've been going to sonic drive-ins for 40 years. I now live in South Florida. I have to say they are all very poorly managed and operated. The one located in Boynton Beach on Winchester Boulevard is no exception. They were unable to get the order correct even after multiple tries and the ice cream machine was not working. They told me the ice cream machine was not working after I'd already paid for it with a credit card. Sonic... I'm also one of your investors. I own stock. The stores you have in South Florida do not inspire confidence. If you don't straighten them up I'm going to sell my large block of stock. read more

He said he arrives in at 6 AM, so he needs to get the place ready. I have been here a few times so I will try to sum up everything in one review.... Ok, so I am going to tell you that the only thing I pretty much get here are their milkshakes, but their burgers aren't too bad. They are the one stop stink stop because of how many drink combinations they have, especially for a fast food place. There's always plenty of parking and I have never really had an issue ordering since there's a nice large screen confirming what you get. Wheat I really like is that since it's a drive in and not a drive thru, you don't feel rushed because someone is behind you in line You can take your time and decide what you want. There are different styles of hot dogs and burgers, chicken wings and sandwiches etc. But let's be real, it's still fast good and you're expecting anything more you are going to be disappointed. Park your car press the red button place your order and pay via credit card. Now the audio has improved tremendously over the last decade but guess what nobody told that to the men in skates. My default order: sonics jalapeno cheeseburger with sonic sized chili cheese tater tots. Anyway, another 15 minute setup go by before they bring you out your order (we only had drinks). Oh, as a bonus, they'll get your order wrong and look at you like you're trying to steal from them. Next you'll get a different server come back with the thing they got wrong, without an apology from the original server or the new server, and all they'll have done is pour out a bit of your drink to add the nearly $2 of add-ons you paid for....of course they have already run off so you can't tell them it's still wrong.
