Went to sonic late night and received a green hotdog

A green hotdog I'm beyond pissed. Wasted time going there just to still have to cook at home

Bought shake 3/4 filled no whipped cream or cherry. Store and corporate were like well sorry...going back to Dairy Queen

    Comes with each corn dog.

I love the Sonic chain of drive in restaurants. They offer a variety of fast food items and have a multitude of soft drink options. Service is usually pretty good at this location. I was in the area for a recent visit and I realized that they were offering half off drinks between 2 and 4pm. Knowing how good they are, I wanted a cherry limeade. I also ordered a foot-long Coney dog, with French fries. The fries were good. Generally speaking, the food items are pretty good. Now let me explain about the Coney hot dog. Detroit is king when it comes to serving up Coney Island hot dogs. We originated the concept decades ago and the recipe varies slightly from one food establishment to another. They all generally use high quality ingredients. Something about my Sonic foot-long Coney Island wasn't quite right. The bun seemed to be sliced too far and it kept falling into two pieces. The Coney sauce was so-so to just okay. The hot dog itself is made from pork and beef. Maybe that's what threw me for a loop. If you have never experienced a Detroit Coney, you will probably be pleased with Sonic's offering. My recommendation if you love Detroit style Coney Island hot dogs is to look elsewhere.

Been waiting in Stall #5 for over 30 minutes after my pickup time... Multiple of the stalls don't work, as I tried to log my pickup order through the app and it said the stall wasn't in service. Not too sure what is taking so long considering I got a hot dog, fries, and some pretzels... Multiple employees came out to confirm who I was and what my order was. Seems very disorganized, and I've had nothing but bad experiences here.

This place is a joke! The drinks were ok but the food was awful! I would rather be crucified than to eat here again!

Everyone enjoyed their food and the food sizing were perfect especially with the pricing (average pricing for bar food). I ordered a philly steak sub w/ seasoned fries and along with chips/spinach dip (that was a meal itself and it came with 2 breadsticks) - it was so good. What i did notice was my friend order a side salad for additional $1.99 but her friend ordered a salad as meal which cost about $15.00 - i would say they looked like the same size; so be aware. Plenty of parking! If i had to go back i'll definitely would but the distance from my house i wouldn't go out my way. There are ALOT of TVs with music videos and sports; you can barely hear the music playing which is good i guess especially since you want to be able to touch to your friends. Happy Eating!

I tried a small order of the boneless garlic parmesan wings. They were pretty good, standard wings. I also ordered the habanero burger. The fried cream cheese patty thing was unique and amazing! I'd add jalepenos next time for crunch. I'm glad I went with the onion ring side because these were the highlight. I'm happy with everything I tried. I also learned they are owned by the same company as Texas Roadhouse and hear that the inside has similar loud and family friendly vibes.

Eastside Tavern, also known as The Basement Bar and Frank's Eastside Tavern, is somewhere you have…read moreto visit at least once. Originally a farmhouse, a basement was dug out in the early 1900s to create a bar. The ceiling is only six feet high, and is smaller than the average basement. During Prohibition, it operated as a speakeasy. In 1933, it became the first establishment in Macomb County to receive a liquor license. From that point on, it officially went by Eastside Tavern. The tavern is now run by fourth-generation owner, Heather DeBruyn. No one has lived in the house since 2017, but "the basement bar" is alive and well. Since its opening, Eastside Tavern has featured a limited food menu. The burger is the most popular menu item, often hailed as one of the best in Macomb County. There are a few variations on the menu, all made with a half-pound patty. The bologna sandwich is another popular item. My personal favorite is the quesadilla. All sandwiches come with a basket of chips, and pepperoncinis are available upon request. The chip and pepperoncini combo is jokingly referred to as a "salad bar." The history and vibes make Eastside Tavern one of a kind. Live music takes place every Saturday, and raffles are occasionally held on Wednesdays. When you go, be sure to ask to see the apron.
