Very annoying. I ordered food and requested 1 sauce. The manager told me I had to pay for it. On the app it said I could get up to 3 for free with item I ordered. So they are promoting incorrectly. But Oh well I paid for it... So I door dashed and the only reason I prefer their food over any other burger / fry place is because I like the sauce. They did not include sauce in my doordash order. I only asked for 1 sauce for each item I ordered and it said I could choose 5 on DD app. What is wrong with the manager of this place ? I don't even want to eat what I ordered without the sauce so such a waste of money. And since it was DD I can't go back for it. This place and the manager sucks. read more

Does Sonic have the BEST tasting food? Well no, but I also know what to expect. Sometimes I just need a quick bite (those tots and the Oreo Sonic blast ARE pretty good!) What I do appreciate is my food is always freshly made, when I order on the app my order is ready pretty close to when promised, and the car hops all always always friendly, which in seeing less and less in businesses of this nature. I have eaten these chicken bites before at Sonic Cottonwood and they were decent for fast food. I went there today and had a medium which cost about $7.50 and they were hard, gross, chewy. I was wondering why they came out so fast to deliver after I ordered. They tasted and felt like they had been sitting there for 3 days. Not fresh at all. There is no way they could have been even today fresh. I normally don't leave reviews but I ate 4 of them and I could not stomach it anymore (or chew them), these days you don't want to waste money, I am still hungry and I am out around $7.50 dollars. I hope that the owner of Sonic reads this and ups the game a little bit. Food is more expensive and is going downhill. I should have driven home and eaten a turkey sandwich. Pretty much what anyone would expect for a fast food place. I ordered number seven and it was excellent.

Last visit my order wasn't correct again, it was already late and I arrived home and noticed it was wrong I live a town away so didn't want to drive back. My friend ordered a pickle burger and there was a raw habanero in it?! they don't even have those on the menu so I don't know where it came from. Sonic right on 89A in a convenient location. The property was dirty and they don't allow outdoor or indoor seating so if you're a walk in, you're out of luck. This is the only restaurant I can think of that only allows customers in cars. I will not spend $$ here even when in my car because it's rude to ban walk in customers. read more

The concept of Sonic is that you don't have to leave your car at all. The service was a bit slow but the food was ok for fast food! I got the classic grilled chicken sandwich which was decent as far as fast food goes. I tried a lime-ade which was joltingly sweet :O I might go to Sonic over KFC or Taco Bell but I'd probably choose Carl's Jrs over Sonic. Gave up waiting for someone to answer and went to DQ. My expectations for fast food are low, but there are limits.

SOLID Sonic food! We ate Sonic twice during our visit to Cottonwood. The two of us didn't order anything out of the ordinary each time: Double Sonic Cheeseburgers, Fries, Onion Rings, etc. We were there once in the afternoon, and the other time late night (10:30 pm-ish). Both times it took a couple of minutes to place the order, but the food came out quick and hot. The order-takers and servers were nice, the food was excellent, so we'll be back next time we visit the area:) read more

I don't understand all the one star reviews of this place. I go there frequently and it's been ok. I have to admit, that I've never used the bathroom there. The first time I went there I tried to go inside and found out that they only serve you in the car. The app is great. I use it all the time now and it's great. I'm not sure why this sonic has such bad reviews I was nervous., but was pleasantly surprised. We had two corn dogs, two quarter pounders and chili cheese tots. All was delicious. The corn dog was a little over cooked and the burgers had a little too much mustard but overall great. The sandwiches were made well not falling apart and had lots of meaty cheese. The lady that took our order was very nice, it said lulu delivered our order, she read it to use to be sure it was correct and it all was. We had an hour to kill between appointments, so stopped here for lunch. Service was very quick, and I like that you can pay w/your card right from your window.
