Worst experience at a sonic I've ever had. It Took us over 10 minutes just to get some fries and mozzarella sticks through the drive-tru. A sloth would probably be faster than these workers. I'd recommend driving to a different sonic, or starving to death, as those options are better than this sonic location. read more

After waiting forever to even have our order taken, and then leaving a two dollar tip, the young lady that brought out our food got an attitude because we asked for mustard. I could have probably overlooked her nasty demeanor, but our burgers were cold, and nothing like a sonic burger should be. Very disappointed that my money was wasted. Terrible! Would give zero stars if possible. We ordered two medium blasts both with two toppings - cookie dough and M&Ms. With tip, it was almost $18. Got our order and come to find out they put butterfinger and M&Ms in our blasts, which my husband has a peanut allergy. Took our order back to be corrected and the employees were super rude, took 15 minutes to remake the order, and didn't offer us anything for the trouble. Save your money and go somewhere else! I ate here for the first time on Monday July 29th at around 8:30pm. I got a cheese burger, chili tater tots and shared some poppers. At around 1:30am I woke up to severe stomach cramps and began throwing up around 2am until 10am every 2hrs. I felt completely incapacitated until about 4pm that afternoon. I am 99% sure this was food poisoning. Everyone in our family had intestinal issues that night through the next day but unfortunately I got the worst of it. I have tried to call the location several times with no one answering the phone just to alert them so no one else has to experience what I did. I will never eat here again... read more

If you are familiar with my reviews, seldom do I rate places poorly. My philosophy for restaurants is that as long as they serve the food advertised in a timely matter and there are no big slip ups, there is no reason not to give them 5 stars. My experience here, unfortunately, was not that. We were the only people in the drive thru and had to wait minimum five minutes to get our food. Usually with long waits like this at other fast food places, we get a $5 gift card or at the very least an apology. We received neither here. The workers had a very obvious tired an unconcerned tone and their slow service and lack of care towards us showed that. Still, at the end of the day we got our food, and if the food is good these are usually things I am willing to look over. My girlfriend ended up getting the chocolate filled snacks that you dip in frosted cream cheese, but the cream cheese was FOUL - it smelted like a dead animal and was liquid, I could not BELIEVE they were serving that garbage to customers! I'll attach a picture so you guys can see what I mean. All that said, my hot dog and my girlfriend's burgers were tasty. However, my tater tots were very much over deep fried and had a bland taste. Not my best Sonic experience. read more

Worst grilled cheese ever, one piece of processed cheese between 2 peices of burnt bread. Wtf.....it was a burnt bread sandwich. Then I got a banana milk shake that was actually a vanilla milk shake with a very small amount of banana mixed in. Really dissapointing, I feel ripped off and wouldnt go back. The fries were good, got the chilli cheese ones but they were tiny and had barely any chili on it. Just a bad experience all together. read more

Wow, just wow. Literally the worst sonic experience ever. I immediately noticed how lackadaisical the employee taking our order sounded. I joked with my husband that maybe the guy was high. We placed an order for 4 sandwiches. They messed up every single one and we were missing a sandwich completely. When we did get the missing sandwich it was wrong. We saw that the person taking our order entered it correctly. It's lots of fun to hear ones kids crab that their food is wrong. The chicken sandwich just wasn't doing it for me so we ordered a cheeseburger. A girl took our order this time and she sounded equally flat & disinterested. And yup, you guesses it, it was also wrong. The lettuce also tasted old. They weren't busy. I've never had such a bad experience at a sonic. read more

Its good when there are no cars in line, but there are usually long waits here. I've been told before that id have to wait about 5 min for some items. Just ordered a simple double meat cheese burger with green chili and an order of onion rings. Drove 15 minutes home to discover a single meat with no green chili and burnt onion rings. All for 10.50. Tried calling and apparently the number listed is a cell phone and no answer. Too tired to return at 10:00 pm. I just got ripped off! read more

I have been to this Sonic location twice and both times have been disappointed. The double cheese burger I ordered both times have been cold and the buns flattened like cardboard and just as hard. I tried to call them many times and the call always goes to a voice mail saying "we are not able to answer calls at this time" I will stick to Wendy's just down the road from Sonic. read more

One day me and my sister went to this sonic and we had paid with two gift cards and on the screen it said that we could pay The carhop with cash the rest of the balance and then the worker came out to give us our drinks and we gave him five bucks to pay the rest of the balance and they said that we can't pay the rest of it in cash and With the gift cards we paid a total of eight dollars and they were still Two dollars to pay the rest with the cash at the car hop in so the worker goes inside and his manager comes out and takes our drinks and doesn't refund our money to the cards. and we still have not gotten our money back and we're still supposed to be getting a call from them . I had been waiting for a fun little occasion to take my children to Sonic. Let me preface this with, this isn't my first rodeo, this isn't the first time I have placed an order for 6 people, I have my sh!t together. While placing my order the employee was rude and short. During the order I stopped to catch my breath twice and he asked " is that all" both times with an attitude. I was breathing, not pausing while I decided what to order. I wish that I just canceled the order and left. I wonder if he was the same person who delivered our order, there's was not so much as a "thanks for coming", "enjoy your meal", or "have a great day". Did l mention I placed an order for 6? With that order I received 2 napkins, yes, 2 napkins. I use more than two napkins for myself at lunch at home, that's not dinner for 4 kids in a car. My not so Oreo shake was not even identifiable. How can you not pick out an Oreo shake by looking at it? The rest of the food was mediocre, not great, not bad, just mediocre. In my mind I thought it would be a great experience, I expected a friendly staff, the window things, I guess those don't exist anymore. In my mind it was going to be like Red Robin in a car. Well it was a not so great experience and I will NEVER visit another Sonic. read more
