The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because my son liked his slush with nerds. It was our first time here. Came around 1:45 on a Saturday and it wasn't busy. We parked in a stall and ordered two #2 combos with tots and slushes. . It took over 30 minutes to get our food. I had to use the speaker button to try to remind someone we were still here and waiting for our food. It came out - room temp and not even warm. No napkins. No condiments. The last 2 visits here in the last month were okay. The customer service improved a LOT. This place isn't filled with hateful employees who will close the window on you to chat w/ their coworkers like what happened last time. Drinks were good, food was good. They have coupons though advertised on the site to use in the app, but are nowhere to be found in the app. Disappointed because it could have saved me a lot of money. I had a craving for a cookies and cream shake. What I got was just the chocolate cookie crumble itself. The inside of the sandwich filling was missing. And the cookie crumble was dry and had a plastic taste to it. Maybe it's been sitting there for too long. Very disappointing. I hate when places cut corners. If I could give 0 star I would! I ordered two Oreo blasts and I clearly told them upon ordering that there was a peanut allergy. When I was going to pay, the employee repeated my order and I clearly said it again NO PEANUT! Upon receiving my order, I confirm with them to make sure there was no peanut in there. I've loved Sonic for as long as I can remember!! This review is strictly for this one location which has sadly deteriorated in quality especially over the past few years. I've never seen the car hops actually function properly here...last year I came with some friends and after waiting 15+ minutes and re-pressing the button several times to order, we just went through the drive through and were in and out quickly with our food without any problem. Since then, the drive through wait times have increased and now it seems like the quality of the food is also decreasing. My SO and I waited over 45 min tonight in the drive through for 1 slushie & 1 order of onion rings. When we finally reached the speakers to order we were informed that there was no ice cream. That's fine, appreciate being told that before ordering at least. While in line we noticed several cars pull into the car hop spots and then leave without receiving any food..it seems that they are severely short-staffed at this location. The slush we got was delicious, the onion rings were not hot or crispy like they used to be and we only got 4 of them even though we ordered a medium. Kind of disappointing after such a long wait. Employees were ok. Overall, if you're willing to wait 45+ min for a slushie it's ok I guess, but I recommend trying out a different location to get a better experience ‍ read more

I always mobile order at this location and it must just be severely understaffed and have a huge management issue??? It takes 30 minutes on a GOOD day and they do not answering over the speaker. I ordered the sauced popcorn chicken large combo and was told all prices at all local Sonics are reported incorrectly at the menus vs what they charge. And that they were not able to do anything except for me to call the hotline number. There was no offer to remove the charge, was not even apologized to. Honestly I hope that you take the constructive criticism as a tool to improve your business. Customer service has not been a priority for this location since they've opened. I get that some people don't work hard because hey "it's just Sonic". Maybe it's the pay scale or the leadership. My guess it's a bit of both. You can look right across the street at In-N-Out and see a team that's really cares about the customer experience. Sonic does not care about that same experience. I only go to Sonics for their 1/2 off drinks during happy hour (2-5pm everyday). I like the cherry limeade. I've tried the strawberry limeade but it was just okay and my taste buds were not feeling it. I also tried the frozen cherry limeade which I imagined the texture to be like a 7-11 slushie but it was more like a snowcone which meant the ice clumped together and got hard and I didn't like it at all. So I'll just stick to my original boo, cherry limeade. The response time at this location was normal. Where do I start.... well came here a few weeks ago close to closing time and I ordered a cheesy bacon pretzel dog. The person I spoke with said because it was late they were unable to do grilled onions because they shut down the grill. Which I was totally fine with, but they did not mention my hot dog would be cold and burnt , my bun would also be burnt and bacon would not be chopped. It was complete trash. One bite and I couldn't eat it. Sad! So I went there tonight again close to closing time and there were cones blocking drive thru. I drove up the the window and a girl came out and said they were closed. I asked what time did they close because hours state they close at 1am, she proceeded to say they had to close an hour early because they were short staffed. I asked her if I could get the name of the manager because I've had issues before and I'd like to address them with the correct person. She stated not one person on duty was from that store and she had no idea who the manager was. She went back inside then had another worker by the name of Jackie come out and tell me they don't know the managers name and she couldn't help me. So I asked for her name and she gave it to me , all while the first girl that I had initially spoke with was standing there next to her so I naturally asked her for her name as well. With an attitude stated "Cass" I asked for her last name she said I'm not giving that to you. Turned around and walked away!
