We arrived at the time of our showing but there was a pretty long line at the concession. So we did miss all of the previews and walked in right as our movie was coming on. So it worked out. The concessions at this location are a little deterring. The staff moves slow, the options are not always available as shown on menus. Ex: only Cole flavored icee's were available today although they are supposed to be to have blue raspberry and cherry. The jalapeños for the nachos are always old and taste funny, this could cause patrons to become sick. The overall experience at this theater is always just ok. I prefer to make the drive to Virginia for the nicer theaters.

We walked in and there was nobody at the ticket counter so we were forced to use the self order ticket computer, which was so slow that it timed out in the middle of us trying to order the tickets. I used the bathroom before the show and the first stall was missing a lock on the door. Our showtime was 12:00 and by 12:05 there was still nothing at all on the screen. I walked out and told an employee who said he would get it started. By 12:20 a different employee walks in the theater and tells us we need to move to another theater and join the 12:40 showing. We get new seats for that showing and we're told that someone would be there to comp us for the problem after the show.....not true. We see the movie and knew that there were scenes in the credits so we stayed to watch those, but as we did that an employee was walking in front of us cleaning up the theater. Not a relaxing movie day like we had hoped to have, I would really hate to see how terrible this place is when it's actually crowded.

The cashier at the walk up order window said I could not use this reward until Jan. 2. I tried to explain to her the reward was good until Jan. 2 that I wanted to use the coupon today. She still insisted the coupon was not good. After arguing she said what did I want to order. I said the reward was what I wanted plus 4 apple pies small fries and a checker single no lettuce no tomato. She said ok. I paid with my credit card. After I paid she shut the window glass on me. I knocked on the window and said I want my receipt but she just walked away. When I went to the pick up window I asked the different person for my receipt which she gave me. I looked at the receipt and I was charged for 2 baconzillas not one. I went to the Order window and said I want a refund for one of the burgers she said no. I said I was going to call the police she said go ahead and shut the window on me. I called the police but they said I had to make a complaint to the corporate office it was a civil matter which I am now doing.
