Well, the blue door smokehouse in Lexington Kentucky is right up there with Caldwell's in Arizona. It's delicious blue doors brisket will knock your socks off. You can get it either lean or you can have a fatty their side dishes are delicious along with their pulled pork and pulled chicken. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you haven't gone here they have a special or you get all five meats for $27 and then you can get your side to go along with it. It's more than enough for 2 to 3 people to eat and it's delicious. We finally found a barbecue. So these people, some love because they deserve it. You can eat inside or outside all the barbecue sauces are on the table so you can use as much or as little as you want but honestly, this meat does not need barbecue sauce.
