At the displeasure of visiting this location. Sat at the bar next to an off duty employee. He was extremely rude. Brought it to the intention of the manager on duty and the big white cowboy hat. It was extremely dismissive. The food, as always was overcooked and average. Would not recommend this location to anyone interested in paying for a restaurant meal. Go elsewhere. read more

Dumbest policy iv ever heard of ruined the entire experience!! We have a party of 9, 7 of us are here already and they refused to seat us bc the other two are tryin to find a parking spot. They literally told us our table is ready, we're 3 adults trying to keep up with 4 toddlers and they let us struggle bc the other two adults were finding a parking spot. the wife and I stop in at Texas Roadhouse for a early Dinner 2 pm they had just open, on Tuesday it was her birthday , the meal was great and the service was as well Linley waited on us one of the waitresses we have had. we received a free appetizer, then we ordered a 6 oz stake, bake potato, salad and tea, then they brought out a brownie for her (free)that was nice made her day. My husband and I love Texas Roadhouse as a whole. When we came into this restaurant, on a Tuesday evening, there was no wait. We were absolutely thrilled that we got seated very quickly. Surprisingly, the restaurant was completely packed and hardly any seats left. But our waiter, Logan, came immediately after we were seated and got our drink order. I asked for water with the no ice and a lemon; and my husband asked for an unsweetened tea. And we asked for the Tater skins with no sour cream and only ketchup for the sauce, due to an egg allergy. We received our drinks and my water was correct; but my husband ended up with sweet tea. Once we got ahold of our waiter, Logan, he said that it was an accident and we understood. Then our Tater Skins came out with sour cream and ranch dressing. Logan saw it and my husband saw it; and Logan took it back and said he would get us a new one. We got the new tater skins ordered just how we wanted. It took awhile for our meal to come; but it was very tasty when we got it. While my steak was more medium than medium rare; but it was still fairly good. And my husband had a burger which was good as well. So while our waiter, Logan, was having a little bit of a bad day, it didn't take away from the amazing service we got. The only thing that we didn't care for was the dancing. They turned up the music extremely loud, couldn't even talk to my spouse; while the staff danced to the music. We've been to other Texas Roadhouses, as it is something that is always done; but I felt like it was much louder than normal. But even with all of that, we will still return!!! read more

Ordered the bone-in ribeye at medium-well and it came out mooing on the inside and literally charred on the outside. Bad on me for not sending it back. A friend was with me and his steak was way undercooked too. Oh, and to add to the madness there was a super loud beep every time a server ordered a drink. We complained to the bartender and she said the manager kept turning up the volume. When I say loud, I mean ridiculously loud! We are not from the area but dine at Texas Roadhouse semi-often. Beware! Texas Roadhouse is a great place to grab a steak dinner. My favorite is a filet Minion with fries. I generally don't like chain restaurants but this one is reliable and good for a crowd. read more

This is probably one of my better visits. We were there for a late lunch and was seated in 10 minutes. The server , Jess, was awesome. An energetic bubbly server. I get the 2 porkchops and sald with baked potato ,extra peppercorn sauce. And a 6oz sirloin. Everything was cooked correctly and surprisingly didn't have to send anything back. It's always loud there and is expected. We frequently go to Texas Roadhouse at this time it is on the top of our list of good times there. read more

This is the best Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to. The food was amazing and the staff were so nice!

Not managed well. It's always busy, but we had a relatively short waiting time. But then we just stood in front of the host while she ignored us. Then, in our confusion, a waitress seems to take us back, only to be told that it wasn't for us, so we have to go back to the lobby. Then, we get another waiter taking us back, who was more occupied joking with his coworker. But instead of taking us to a table, he takes us to a computer where he tells us that actually, they double-booked a table, so we have to go back to the lobby once again. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. The food is decent when we eat there, but apparently the management needs to train these employees better. read more

Texas Roadhouse is always a favorite place. I was looking for a place to eat after church and this was not my original location, but I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. We sat at the bar because there was a bit of a wait. The bartender provided great service. He was attentive and helpful. I got a steak with a potato and salad. The steak was cooked perfectly. I was not told cheese was extra, but it didn't diminish the experience. Overall, good experience. If I'm in Georgetown again. I would definitely come again. read more

My family visited the night before Thanksgiving and as expected the place was busy. I must say as busy as it was, we were seated pretty quick and although it took a little bit to give our order and get our food, everyone seemed to be seamlessly moving along. Wasn't thrilled that we had to ask for refills on our drinks which would have made the wait better, but other than that everything was great! Will definitely go back, and appreciate the staff for being there and taking care of us when I'm sure they would rather have been home with family! read more

We ate at Texas Roadhouse, we do often and normally love everything about it. Today we went and had a great server my mother and her husband ordered the same food. I believe the server being busy only put in one of the orders. No big deal right we all make mistakes. He said that the meal dropped and they was remaking either way not a huge deal. However by the time they got the other meal everyone else was done eating and it was wrong. My mother requested for the meal to be compt this was nothing they did it was the fault of Texas Roadhouse. I had a good experience dining at the new Texas Roadhouse in Georgetown. Came here for an early dinner and was seated right away. It was before 5 pm so we were able to order one of the early bird deals ( many of their entrees are a few dollars cheaper). Food was typical for Texas Roadhouse. Server was adequate. Our biggest complaint was the atmosphere! The temp was freezing and despite multiple attempts with the waiter and the manager, no improvement was made. Every patron leaving the restaurant complained. Visiting town and we were pleased that the food was consistent with other Texas Roadhouse restaurants we had been to. We had a great attentive server and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'm a straight up carnivore and have no complaints with the rib-eye I ordered. My husband had the tenderloin and was equally pleased. We eat rare and the meat was done correctly. The TR in Georgetown is a newer location and is only a few miles away We stopped in on a weekday for dinner and were promptly seated. Hot yeast rolls were brought out quickly and our order taken. I'm a fan of the killer ribs (extra sauce on the side). My wife loves all things chicken, so she had the fried tenders. Both our meals were delicious. Her tenders were moist, tender and made to perfection. My 2/2 rack of ribs were equally done to perfection. We each had a baked sweet potato and house salads. The loaded sweet potatoes are incredible, like a vegetable dessert! The restaurant is always clean and has a great , fun atmosphere. I've seen some lower reviews for this location but they have to be isolated incidents? I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Great place for steak, ribs or chicken! You won't be disappointed. read more

We are traveling through and decided to eat here as a Togo. I got a Medium 6oz with mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. And 2 sides of applesauce. My fiancé got an 8oz medium rare, a salad with extra Cesar, and veggies. We got this Togo- and they didn't put silverware or napkins. Since we are traveling we went to a park with our dog and didn't want to just start the car again, try to find the nearest gas station... etc so my fiancé ended up eating his with sticks as chopsticks (lol) and I ate mine with my new knife I had just gotten. Cut our steaks and both our steaks were well done, and cold. I found cheese in my applesauce. And the lady didn't even write I wanted gravy on the side or his extra salad dressing, so we didn't get that. (Which is not the cooks fault if they didn't know). Then we called and asked for Togo Manager and she said she was transferring us, but when we finally got ahold of them, it wasn't the manager and we were stuck on hold again.. 10 min later, We did get to get ahold of the manager and she did offer to cook our steaks again, but again, that'd be going out of our way having to drive back so we declined and she said she would send us a gift card in our email. Which is nice and why they got 2 stars instead of 1. Considering the main part of our dinner was over cooked, cold, and we couldn't eat it with normal utensils THATS why it's a low review and maybe next time (if we decide to eat here again) review could change but for now, it's staying.. read more

Texas Roadhouse food is very consistent, usually good. We love the ambiance, music is not overbearing and the TVs are typically good. Service is rated by the server you get. We have had good service, great service and down right bad service. Problem I have with them is the rules and not being reasonable. Rule! All members of your party must be present to be seated. I understand this especially on busy high traffic days- Thursday thru Sunday. We went for a dinner on a Tuesday, our son and his wife were joining us and running late. We ask for a table of 4 and the young lady says is the party here. No but they are 10 minutes out. Well she says we can seat you but we will have to seat them next to you not at the same table. Looking around the restaurant I see multiple open tables and sections. Well we left and went to an establishment that would seat us without having all members of the party present. Texas Roadhouse lost over $100 in revenue because of this policy. Future decisions, not going to Texas. read more
