    Ribeye

It's okay definitely not worth the price to be honest. The ambiance is nice. The service was ok. The food well.. the ribeye was a ribeye I liked it I give it a 8/10 the beans were so watery sorry.. I did not like it At all. Overall rate 5/10 wouldn't come here again nor recommend but come here if you wanna splurge

    Tomahawk on fire. So good.

The ribeye, New York steak, the Tomahawk, all amazing. House potatoes, stuffed chiles, guacamole all so good. This place is a must .

If you're looking for a great steakhouse in El Centro, look no further. But be warned that it may cost a pretty penny. Came here on a weeknight as I was looking for the best restaurant in El Centro. I think this is probably the most upscale restaurant available in the city. When you first walk in the entrance (I actually got tricked because there are two sets of doors) youll notice it is pretty upscale and somewhat dim. The bar is located right in front, where you'll wait to be seated by the host. I was riding solo and sat at the bar. Ordered the ribeye (medium rare) which came with two sides. I chose the guacamole and asparagus, and also ordered myself a chabela (which I thought was actually a michelada, but the bartender told me it is a chabela). The ribeye was pretty delicious. Cooked to perfection, seasoned very generously (could argue it is a bit salty), but the overall portion was big. I thought the steak could be a little thicker but I was still quite stuffed. The manager confirmed that all their steaks are dry aged, which you can actually see a dry aged refrigerator right near the entrance. I may come back for the octopus when I'm in town. Looks amazing. Parking is plentiful in the lot.

Sonora Fusion is an intimate quiet steakhouse of El Centro. The menu offers a variety of steaks for everyone. The wait staff is incredibly friendly and respectful. However, my reservation is the sides do not call for their price tag nor were they generous with the presentation of the side guacamole. The cut of our ribeye was relatively fatty and thin. I wasn't as great a fan of the quality of steak for their price point. I am especially disappointed in their churro cheesecake as it reminded me of carnival food rather than dessert at an upscale steakhouse. I am not sure I would order dessert here again.

Sonora Fusión is an incredible place. It's like an oasis in the desert. The decor is super cute. There were lots of tables so we were spaced out which I appreciate. Ample parking too. I loved the mural on the building. Food wise everything is incredible. I throughly enjoyed my drink, food and desert. I love finding spots like this on road-trips because of Yelp. This will be a regular dinner stop coming back from Yuma to San Diego.

Best steak place in imperial valley. The service was amazing. The servers were on top of it. The ambiance was calm relaxing and soothing until the 2 sweet 16 birthday party's started in the 2 halls upstairs. It didn't bother us but if some music would disturb you while eating dinner then just make sure you go before the party starts. The 2 halls upstairs were gorgeous I can see myself planning an event there in the future. I will definitely be back to Sonora Fusion in the future and to try the Marisco next door. You have to get the ribeye AguaChile as an appetizer or even a shareable entree

Service was great, she did a great job taking care of the table. She was attentive to our needs. Restaurant was clean and nice. Small place but worked well. Agua chili de ribeye was delicious, camarones zarandeado was tasty, probably the best dish. Guacamole and chips did not fit the restaurant theme, more for a sports bar. Ordered a New York medium, came out medium well, wasn't bad but not the best. Highlight was the server doing well, didn't catch her name but keep up the good work

We came down to El Centro for the NAF El Centro Airshow and Mery was looking up Different Places to have dinner at and she said "Let's try this place" they have some good reviews and she wanted steak for dinner. Omg this place was very good. Very cozy and intimate. Staff were absolutely amazing. They suggested the Tomahawk with shrimp and a couple sides. Definitely yummy. And is was very affordable. I would highly recommend it.

First time at this restaurant. Everything was excellent from the food to the service. We shared the Tomahawk Steak ($110). They bring it out on a rolling cart with the chef who flambé the steak table side. Excellent presentation that had me clapping ! Our sides (comes with two), were cheese stuffed peppers and beans. The steak was melt in your mouth good, for sure the chef knew what he was doing. It's a more upscale dining establishment but saw lots of diners dressing more casual. Service was also very good with a very attentive waitstaff. Total bill for 2 including tip was $173. That included drinks, salad and shared main course.

The best place in the valley for a good steak. Been there a few times and the ribeye is always cooked well and portions are generous.

We were initially impressed with the warm welcome, the ambiance and the inviting decor. The champagne and drinks were served promptly and we ordered the dinner for two which included shared appetizer, choice of 4 main dishes, soup or salad and shared dessert. It was almost 7:45 before we received our salad. When we questioned what happened to our appetizer we were given an apology that the appetizer we ordered had "run out". We were given the option of ordering a different appetizer, which we did. 30 minutes passed , we had finished our salad when we inquired if we were going to be served our food and our appetizer. We were assured it was being prepared, by this time we were really hungry so we asked for bread. The response at first was that bread is not usually available but they will check. Upon the waitress returning we were told bread was being prepared, then we found out that they had run out of one of the side dishes (asparagus). By this time it's 8:45 pm. Remember, we arrived at 7:00 pm and the only thing we had been served was salad and drinks. We gave up at that point and paid for our drinks. I was almost in tears because this was not the 45th anniversary celebration I had looked forward to (understatement). Our waitress was in tears as well and we did acknowledge that we did not blame her. Before walking out , we were offered our food to go because it was finally ready. We turned it down and went to Sonora Infusion who more than made up for this horrible experience.

It's pretty safe because all Sizzlers have pretty much the same food-though quality and cleanliness can vary greatly. I took a quick walk around to get photos and assess the cleanliness and while there was some food spillage from customers being sloppy, the place looked very clean and the customers looked happy. Good sign. We were getting hangry from working and not getting lunch so we wanted dinner with no surprises. Sizzler was recommended and we thought we'd give it a try. Beatriz took our order and gave use side options. She was very professional and friendly despite being fairly busy. We got our tray and made our way to a nice booth. The restaurant is fairly large and was full. The place is open with nice wooden tables, soft seating and beams giving it a warm and comfy feel. Juan was our server in our area. He brought us two warm rolls that were really good. It came with honey butter but since the bread had a hint of natural sweetness we preferred it with regular butter. Juan was great, friendly and really took care of business. He cleared dirty dishes and immediately brought new ones for your next trip to the salad bar. Our entrees were brought hot to the table. They were a sirloin steak (6 oz) with baked potato and Burgundy Mushroom sirloin tips with rice pilaf. There was also a baked potato for the side because we forgot about the rice pilaf. The meals were large enough and came with salad bar. The salad bar had fresh lettuce and prepared salads as well as 3 soups, a taco/nacho bar, hot wings, fried wings, as well as a dessert bar. That really is a meal in itself. I had the spinach cranberry salad which had good flavor and I doctored it with chopped egg and sunflower seeds and crab (surimi) salad on the side. The chicken wings were quite good and the hot wing was not real hot to appeal to many. That's all we could fit in from the salad bar. Our entrees were quite good as well. The steak had good grill marks, was peppery, quite tender for a sirloin and a perfect medium rare. The sirloin tips were on a skewer, also had grill marks and were tender. The burgundy sauce was a bit sweet for us but not bad when mixed with a bite of meat and rice pilaf. The rice pilaf was pretty good as well. We ended up taking home most of the sirloin tips, rice, a roll and a baked potato. Our meals came to just over $30. Overall, we enjoyed our meal at Sizzler. It is not a fine dining establishment but you get good food, good quantity, prices are good and the service was excellent.
