The manager ANGEL, greeted me with a big smile and explained everything to me and said that all the therapists are licensed and experienced for many years. I immediately felt happy and relaxed. My therapist was Angel,the manager. She was very able to identify my tight body muscles and relaxed them very well without any problems and no pain after the massage therapy. But didn't call til like 6 to try and get an appointment (wasn't sure how timing of other stuff would work out). Luis didn't have any appointments available tonight- so he offered to find me a recommendation and did! He called other places/owners he knows to make sure i got my thai massage while in town. The best part is that someone cancelled and I got to come here after all- and get an incredible massage from Luis himself! Dang. He was so quick and prompt with calls and texts while we worked it all out...pure magic!! (For me- a lot of work for him!) I immediately asked if I could have a female therapist, considering the intimacy of the massage. He said there were no available female therapists, and if I waited, it would be at least 90 minutes or not possible today. I decided to proceed since I was already there and suggested he massage through a towel. During the massage, he repeatedly placed his private parts on my hands. At first, I didn't realize and asked if this was normal; he responded with "onlytoyou," and I thought he was joking. It wasn't until he touched my private area that I realized something was wrong. This was my first Thai massage, and I wasn't sure if this was normal. I got scared, jumped up, and noticed he had removed his pants, leaving only underwear. I rushed to grab my phone but found he had hidden my clothes and tried to grab my phone, threatening that I couldn't call the police. I assured him I wouldn't call the police, and he returned my phone and clothes. I quickly got dressed and ran to my friend's room, explaining what had happened. She decided to stop her massage immediately. Worried about potential danger, we calmly left, encountering only my friend's female therapist at the front desk. She paid for her service, and the female therapist informed us that the man said I didn't need to pay. After leaving, we reported the incident to the police and waited for them on another street. Two police officers arrived first. We filled out forms, and the other officers entered the establishment, informing us that they had apprehended the man. (The man didn't attempt to flee; during the massage, he had told me he had been in China for ten years and spoke Chinese, making me suspect he might have assaulted other Chinese women.) We provided statements, underwent medical examinations, received injections, and crucially, DNA evidence was collected at the hospital. I have attached my document from the nurse.

When purchasing from Groupon, they were offering at a great promotional price so we decided to give it a try. After buying, I called as instructed on Groupon (no answer), so I went on their site and sent a text (as instructed on their site). I got a call back from a woman who said she'd got my text and was returning my call. She then proceeded to ask how I purchased, I told her Groupon. Since I'd just bought that day she told me I still had time to cancel and we could just pay her cash at the promotional price. When I told her what we paid she told me that the date/ time we wanted was now completely booked, but that she could upgrade us for another day. I said no, because that day was actually the day we were celebrating our wedding anniversary so I'd just cancel. After that she got upset and told me I needed to just cancel the Groupon because she's not accepting anything that low. My response to that was that that was horrible customer service and bad business practice and that I would definitely be canceling my Groupon as well as recording her to Groupon customer service and writing a bad review. The call ended. Minutes later after the call ended I received a text message from that same number that I originally texted asking about a reservation, in this text the woman continued her anger with profanity and name calling. She even began texting me randomly from another phone number. My best advice is to run clear of this place and spend your money elsewhere!!

The massage started not too long after settling in our beds. The quality of the massage was efficient and smooth. Felt relaxed by the end of it. However, when the massage was done, it had quickly left a sour taste in our mouths. They were tipped 20 dollars, which was 20% of the service price. And they were not satisfied with that tip and wanted more. Even when they noticed our confusing and uncomfortable demeanor, they were still pushy to urge us to tip more,(which a business should NEVER do. Especially in front of other customers) and eventually, another $20 tip was added. We appreciate the services, however, the nice experience was quickly tarnished once tipping became involved and showed the employees real interest. Very unprofessional. 2 stars.
