Sopranos USED to be one of my favorite restaurants. Not any more and let me tell you why. The owner decided that he would no longer deliver to our residence in Valkaria because we live 1 mile past their delivery line. I was ok with that and would have continued to order from them and was happy to meet the delivery person at another location but that was too much to ask. I drew the straw when I placed a $65 order for my rehearsal dinner on Thur. 8/15/13 and the owner refused to take my order because my out of town Mother's credit card was denied ( due to her using it multiply times that day away from home) I explained this and was trying to provide a different card when the owner said he did not want my business. Since this restaurant is in my neighborhood, we come to Soprano's about once maybe twice a month. We've learned over the last couple years, not to come late on a weekend evening unless we expect a wait as there is always a crowd. Hmmmmm. The menu doesn't change much, the cost is more than reasonable, and the staff is always at ease no matter how busy they are. So is this a "neighborhood" Italian restaurant? Sure, Pizza and Pasta. But they've got Tuna, which is always great, and all the other Italian standards. The Pizza is always great, the Pasta is always cooked as you'd expect, and the sauces are tasty. We don't hesitate to bring out of town company, simply because we know we won't have a bad experience. read more

OPENED UNDER NEW OWNERS!! I went in this week after seeing an ad that they had re-opened. I ordered a .14 inch pizza. It was basic cheese. I added toppings of bacon, peppers, bk olives, and garlic. There were the 8 slices and they were big. I could only eat two. Took home 6 slices. They warmed up like fresh in my toaster oven. I had a salad it was fresh and cut in bite size not a wedge of lettuce . The house dressings was yummy. I am glad I stopped in and will certainly try their buffet now that they are open again. The dinner was slightly high priced. But I ordered a glass of wine. And had extra toppings on the pizza. I would like to try some of the other temping selections from their menu. Poor service. Placed an order online, waited 2 hours and didn't get it. When we called we were told that they have to verify the order and weren't able to. They didn't even make the order, when we asked how long they said another 45min to an hour. Worst system ever, just make the damn food and deliver it. read more

in the last week I had heard that they were under new management so I had pizzas delivered and they were fantastic so a friend and I decided to see if the new management had turned the dine in experience around as well. I'm so glad we did. The staff made us feel welcome and helped me to pick the perfect wine ,from their ample selection, to compliment my meal of calamari,angel hair Bolognese (the sauce was superb),and cannoli( which I didn't even like before I tried theirs). This review is over due. Visited family in the area in December and the kids were craving NY pizza. Ordered the Hawaiian Pizza and butter garlic wings. The food was delivered quick and hot, the crust was not the cheap cardboard type and the wings were quite tasty. Kids pizza craving was satisfied and it didn't dent my wallet. First we call and get hung up on. We call again and place our order. We asked to get the pizza well done and they said they had to redo the ticket, place us on hold and Hang up again. We go to pick it up and they never put the order in. Horrible service I will never go back or recommend this Mickey Mouse establishment to anyone else. read more

We (party of 3)just spent an hour and a half for some unknown reason waiting on food and we were the only people in the restaurant. First off, we waited about 15 minutes to be acknowledged by a hostess to get a table. Next, we ordered drinks and the waitress had to come back after about 5 minutes to ask what drinks they were again! Then after waiting a good amount of time she came back to take our dinner order. After about 20 minutes we had to ask another waitress for our side salads and for refills on drinks. By time the pre-prepped side salads were brought to us the rest of the food was also delivered. After a few minutes we realized that parts of our orders were missing we again had to find another waitress to correct the problems in which were never 100% resolved. I have order pizza before and it was good. But I went and try to order pasta the owner would not allow me to get the pasta with out sauce the waiter ask 3 times and the owner would not let me get my pasta the way I wanted. Pizza is not very good. The few times i have ordered to go pizza every time it was burnt, to much herby sauce, and very greasy. Save yourself the time and money and order from dominos or pizza hut their pizza is actually better!! read more

Their pizza is pretty good. We like the white with ricotta garlic mozzarella. Their special is good too. They are pricey. My husband liked the mussels for dinner. I had the chicken Marsala which to me lacked flavor, it was just ok. The place is quiet and a nice local place to go if you want to relax and have a quiet dinner as compared to Beef's next door. The wait staff is nice and friendly. I have been here many times and like their pizza and Stromboli the best. read more

Ordered Shrimp Alfredo. It was dry, (had to add store-bought sauce to it ) and wow, 4 whole shrimp! My advice, don't order pastas for delivery, stick to pizza and calzones. read more

Outstanding! Their baked ziti family meal easily feeds five with leftovers and it's excellent! The ziti is primo and their garlic knots are to-die for. The staff is very accommodating and eager to please. I love this place! I drive 20 miles round trip from extreme NW Palm Bay to get their food and it's worth every mile and minute! read more

Had lunch with colleagues and of the four of us, only one was satisfied. Pasta was overcooked, salads were plain and they use iceberg lettuce. We had to ask for silverware and we were not offered refills on our drinks. read more

Absolutely the WORST pizza my family has ever had! Like Kevin, we ordered 2 pizzas for pick up (I went in to order before grocery shopping) I was told 25 minutes. When I went in 27 minutes later I was informed it would be about another 10 minutes (clearly they forgot me). I ran another errand, and it was finally ready when I returned. I should have looked at the pizzas BEFORE I Left, because I would NEVER have accepted them. We got home opened them and they were full of WATER, the crust was so soggy it was uneatable. The Pizzas were not even cut completely thru. We also ordered their garlic rolls, which were clearly left overs from the night before, they were so hard you couldn't bite thru them. I called to complain, and was hung up on. I sent an email and a facebook post, both were ignored. We ended up having to call for pizza delivery because the $30 in pizzas from them really could not be eaten. Have you ever had a pizza you couldn't eat? save yourself... skip this place! I got chicken piccata and it was pretty bland, so was the Italian dressing on my salad. The best part of the meal was the garlic knots. The prices were a little high for the poor quality of the food, my chicken was mostly fat so I couldn't eat very much of it. read more

Disappointed ordered 2 Philly Steak subs to go the place was empty but they said 25 minutes and when I went back to get them I still had to wait 10 more minutes and they weren't even warm my husband added more cheese cause there was very little if any the bread was hard I ripped most of it apart not fresh at all, This was the second time we gave it a chance not going back $20 for 2 sub's, I will go to Publix from now on. read more

I tried to order a Stromboli tonight which I have done on several occasions before but tonight there was a $17.00 minimum order amount. This cracks me up because I am in the plaza 1 block away. I would normally go get it myself but since I work at an emergency hospital I can not leave at 8:00pm to do so. They said there has always been a minimum amount and I said that's weird because I just ordered the same thing 3 days ago and no such rule applied then. I took my family there a few nights ago. We sat down and I asked about the online special 2 pies for 19.99, I was told that it was a carryout specal only and she could not do it. I accepted and ordered my drinks and garlic knots to start. When we decided to order we went for a white pizza and asked for 2 slices with bacon for my kids. I was told that could not be done. I told the young lady that i will pay for the bacon on half of the pizza but just put it on 2 slices. Again was told no. We decided we werent going to eat there and i got up and walked up to the counter behind the waitress. She was telling the pizza maker/owner? That i wanted to leave, he popped an attitude and said tell them to go but when he saw me standing there he changed his tune. I ordered a white Pizza to be delivered. When we got it each one of us (3) took a piece and and took a bite. It tasted like someone put salt on it! We could not eat it. When I called to tell them they said nothing was wrong with the pizza and asked how many pieces were left. I explained each one of us took a bite and could not eat it. They told me they could make another but it would taste the same. I said that I did not want another if it was going to taste that bad.I was told that's all I can do for you. The Pizza went in the trash. Grilled cheese that nite. I decided to go into the store a couple of weeks later and tell them my experience. HORRIBLE is the word that comes to mind when I think is Sopranos! The waitress was a mean witch from the begining. She was rude when I asked her for a coke instead of my iced tea that tasted like it was brewed a week ago. When our salad dressing was brought on a separate plate, there was a tiny live bug on the plate. We didint think nothing of it and brushed it on the floor. Well, while eating my pasta, low and behold, there was an ANT half baked into my cheese!!! We immediately called the waitress over only to have her tell us that BUGS happen because the doors have to open and close. Well don't they look at their dishes before using them?!?! And to top it all off, the miserable waitress told us she never wanted to see us in the restaurant again because all we do is complain!!! This experience was sickening and rude. Never again will I or any of my family or friends be going anywhere close to this health hazard of a so called restaurant!!! read more

We placed an order for pick up a couple of months ago and waited almost 20 minutes beyond the time that we were told to come and pick it up. Had I not already paid, we would have left but the food was good so we ordered from there again last night. Our experience was horrible! My oldest child placed the order using a coupon for 19.99. When the driver arrived he said my bill was $29.00. The soda that my daughter ordered was visibly obvious to me so I assumed she ordered other stuff. Then my oldest son asked me where our pizza was. Surprisingly - - it gets worse. I called Soprano's and spoke to the "acting manager" who denied that we had ordered the pizza and denied over charging us. She was extremely rude. I asked to speak to her supervisor and he completely blew us off. I phoned today to speak to a supervisor and the "acting supervisor hung up on me!
