Sopranos Pizza is the one of a very elite few restaurants that are consistently good. 45 minute delivery time with no extra delivery charge that I'm aware of. For $60 you can get the largest pizza they have with the most ingredients, the supreme combo, a large Caesar salad and your choice of either $5 off your order or a half Caesar salad. They had a nice toasty crunch while still being chewy inside. However the menu said there would be mozzarella but there was no mozz in sight .. The parmesan pictured is also very clearly prepackaged and not freshly shredded, but it still tasted good! The pizza was decent. I think the crust could definitely be better (not as chewy and crispy as other pizzas I've had) but it was still pretty good. Based on the lovely dinner I had here with a friend, I definitely think this is an underrated restaurant! We came on a Saturday night and it was very quiet, but our server was happy to see us and provided us with pleasant service and attention. A nice basket of bread was followed quickly by our entrees. We both got pastas, so we can't opine on the pizza scene that probably gets more attention, but we wolfed down our pastas happily. Mine was straightforward spaghetti with meat sauce, had the perfect amount of meat and great flavor. My friend got the Puttanesca and was surprised by their unique Greek twist on that dish.
