This is an East Indian Pizza place. If you are confused by that, it's okay, I was confused a few years ago in Canada.. Europe... the rest of the world, when I first saw something similar... and yes, they have "normal" pizza here (cheese/pepperoni/classics/combos), and "normal" Indian food here... the curries, the vindaloos and so forth.. and here's the thing... they also have pizzas.. gasp... that have Indian flavours on them... Which are... which.. are.... TASTY. Okay, I said it, deal with it.. wait I have, and I'm still remembering the taste, because for a long time this was "Soprano's" which is good... Italian all the way, which is fine. Now... it's something else.. something that calls me to come back, which for the record, is now my third meal here, first dine-in, twice before-takeout... and each time, solid, solid, solid food. What ever you think, your stereotypes.. drop them, go here, enjoy the pizza.. or curries,.... Thought I posted a review, when I ordered here about a month ago, but don't see it... "5 stars" for the ownership -- kind, offering water to me as a takeout customer on a sweltering day, honoring my special needs for the order -- and for the chef, creating a truly unique onion gravy, smooth, spiced well, not oily, with perhaps the best Indian side rice I've had, so moist and also so flavorful. Pizza il Villaggio has been located in Magnolia Village retail core as one Italian iteration or another for at least two decades, per the counter person's reply to my inquiry. I've visited a handful of businesses in the neighborhood, but this was a first visit here (8/3/25). What put this on my radar screen and driving round trip from Shoreline was a rare Too Good To Go pickup. I did not dine onsite or order from their menu. From the exterior and interior, one could tell that it has been here awhile. Looking at the overhead menu and later the glossy mini menu handed to me, there is quite the variety that would have broad appeal. I noticed that there was a family dining onsite during my stop. There's apps, salads, pizza, calzones, pasta, hot dogs, burgers, grinders, and desserts featured on their menu. The pleasant counter person also pointed out additional featured specials with an Indian twist like samosas, butter masala, chicken tandoor as some examples. I ended up with seven ginormous frozen, individually wrapped pizza slices, either cheese or pepperoni. The Homie and I ended up thawing some and heated up four slices in the oven. It made for tasty eats during the first Seahawks-Raiders preseason game. Nice crust, good balance of cheese and sauce (with and without pepperoni). The edges though were a bit thick and I wished for more zesty herbs and spices to boost the tomato sauce. Posts seemed to vary across the board. But for this TGTG pickup experience and pleasant, informative interaction with the counter person, it rates a solid 4 stars. read more

I called on a Saturday night around 7 PM to place an order for pick up. The girl on the phone was still talking to a customer there in the restaurant, and I kept having to say "hello are you there?" After placing the order, we were told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. My husband got down there in about 10 minutes and was told it would be 3 minutes more. Well, it was 12 minutes more. Not the best of beginnings. We ordered a 12 inch pizza with peppers, onions, Italian sausage, and pepperoni. Much of the pepperoni was buried underneath the cheese, and to be honest there wasn't nearly enough of it. But the worst part above all was the crust. Horrible. Tasteless. And so flimsy that there's no way you could only use one hand to pick it up. If you picked up a piece of that pizza with only one hand, the whole piece just flopped straight down towards the floor. Unless we used both hands, all of the toppings would slide right off. We were really disappointed, we were really hoping we would like this place. Afraid not. Well, not for pizza anyway! I ordered a small Mushroom Funghi with white sauce (it's on their menu) , apparently (on the menu) it also had truffle oil on it. I asked to add prosciutto and EXTRA truffle oil (which I said I would pay for), my expectations were so high, I guess. I wanted A lot of mushrooms, light sauce, prosciutto and a ton of truffle. I got a pizza slathered with mozzarella, barely any prosciutto and NOT A SCENT of truffle. (a few mushrooms). $30 bucks- small pizza. read more

We used to really enjoy the food but with the new ownership it is going downhill. The pizza was soggy and greasy. There was so much cheese that the crust was just a limp mess. The garlic knots were Fair and the red sauce to go with it had a funky taste. I hope they can recover but for now I'd say skip this place. read more

Indian food and Italian all in one place?! This place is amazing. My kids are picky eaters and it has really good penne and Italian food options for them while we get to enjoy delicious Indian dishes. They even had delicious chicken wings that won my youngest kid over. The naan was so fresh, fluffy and perfect seasoning. I had a delivery from Villaggio today for the Pep with hotdogs. For what it is worth, Not worth the deal for eating it. The dog keeps falling out of the bun . Also I think it would taste much better when it is hot rather cold. For what it cost for this simple set up, Not worth eating. I don't recommend it. read more

Ordered for pick-up: Arrived - pizza was made incorrectly Advised 9 minutes to remake 25+ minutes the pizza finally came Arrived home to eat: I don't think there was any sauce let alone cheese on the pizza. Located right on McGraw in the heart of the village, Soprano's is a great place to hit for either a slice and a pop for lunch ... or a full pizza for dinner! Huge, large, servings of pizza are what you're in store for when you order from Soprano's; and it's good till the last crumb! My favorite toppings here are their pepperoni. Big pieces of pepperoni adorn the pizza and you're sure to get a taste of them with every bite. We've also gotten the sausage and mushroom (which if you've read my other pizza reviews if one of our go-to orders), and it stands with the best of them around the city. Friendly and fast service, whether your dining in or ordering out, you're going to be happy with the quality of toppings, cheese, sauce, and crust. One word of note, it is a greasier pizza than most places ... so if you're not keen on that, you may not like it as much. Or at least you're need some napkins. For me though, it's great! read more
