I placed an order through grubhub and ordered a cheese new york pizza. It got delivered and it had pepperoni on it. I called up the restaurant to tell them I don't eat pepperoni. They said "it's not my fault, theres nothing I can do. Sorry." Poor customer service. Will never order from them again. I cant review the food because I don't eat pepperoni. Sopranos always meets my expectations. I used to order from another restaurant until I had a bad experience with their delivery driver (the driver never delivered our food order). So by way of GrubHub I decided to try Sopranos. They've been on time every single time I've ordered. Actually they've even showed up a little early. The food is always hot too. I heard a lot about this restaurant from my wife, and decided we'd go on a Saturday night. I ordered. White pizza listed as double cheese garlic sauce and white cheese. I received what can only be described as regular pizza with a thin layer of cheese no garlic sauce-- definitely not a white pizza. The pizza was tasteless and actually the worst I ever had. I driver 20 min to see what the fuss was about and quickly learned I wasted my time and money. I'll never order here again. read more

Soprano's is my favorite pizza spot in dundalk. Not only is the food delicious, the place is so clean. I tried the messy burger today and I was pleasantly surprised. The burger was a great size and the taste was amazing. Didn't taste like a frozen patty, more like char-broiled. I would recommend trying this burger next time you place an order. read more

Cancelled my order because it took over an hour to get to me. Manager, said his name was Harvey, was extremely rude and not at all helpful. When I called in a few days later to check on my refund, Harvey told me that doing the research to find out if my order was refunded was my problem and my job. I will not be ordering from here again. The owner of this location needs to find new management if they want to stay in business. Judging from other reviews on here, Harvey won't be there much longer. read more

I ordered a pizza and buffalo tenders. You would assume that something this simple would be delicious, no matter where you got it from. Incorrect. The pizza and sauce were pretty much tasteless. The buffalo wings were awful. There was absolutely no buffalo sauce on them at all. I would have preferred chicken nuggets from Wendy's over these pieces of crap. Very unprofessional. I've dealt with them before and had a similar experience. So, I ordered from Grub Hub and some how one of the addresses I searched for ended up being used as my address even though I entered my address (I am human, we all make mistakes). Well, I was dealing with my family and didn't hear my phone ring 6 (yes six times). When I called back the guy said "I will be there and will deal with this" and hung up. When he delivered my food he started yelling at me even when I explained what happened. He didn't care. He told me how I "wasted his time" (again, sorry a system glitch or something must of happened). He dramatically ripped off a paper from my box and sped off. The food wasn't that good either this time. I will be sure to be a superhuman next time. read more

So, I'm a busy person and don't really like to cook and I ordered from here nearly every single day orders between 15-40$(~20$ on average) per day, always tip 10-15$'s near holidays or days I have it. They have good food, usually take 30-40minutes for orders to be delivered, people taking your order are nice 90% of the time, issues are usually solved without issue. However, problems I have/had are: -They have messed(mainly forgetting things) my order a ton of times. Granted, since I order there nearly everyday it's more prone to happen but the biggest issue is that even after reminding them before I hang up after finishing my order that they have made a mistake previously they still will make the same mistake. -When they mess up my order or forget something I will usually wait at a minimum an hour for it to get there. -There was a few times when they delivered the food they would automatically include a tip with the total, different than what the receipt says, and we would still tip them more on top of it not realizing it. The 3 times it happened it was the same driver doing it each time and it was happening every time. So upon manager returning call he said "my employee has said he only requested what was on the receipt so I am sorry I do not know what to tell you". Basically calling us a liar, which it was on principle, not the 2-3$. -So in the last 10 days they gave me the wrong type of cake for my little cousin. He only eats fruit and this cake. In the last 9 days we've ordered the cake 5 times ad out of those 5 times, 3 of the times they had given us the wrong cake. So after the first time I ended up just throwing away the cake since it was not going to be eaten, then the next day when I ordered I let them know they messed it up but my cousin wasn't here so I didn't order another piece. 2 days later same thing happened however I am a person who REALLY doesn't like to complain or call places back when they mess up my food so once again I didn't say anything till the next day I ordered food from there and I had gave that piece of cake to my neighbors kids. Also, I liked the place so it took even more for me to complain. Both of these times I never asked for an exchange or my money back just that they don't mess it up please. Well they got it right that day but then AGAIN today, they mess up and send wrong type of cake. I call back and tell them I really don't like to complain but this is a bit ridiculous, they put manager on phone and he said he'd send us a piece of the correct cake back out ASAP. Well not only did they have us wait 90 minutes and my little cousin got picked up already, when they got here they said they needed the wrong cake back before giving us the correct one. Now I know it makes sense for them to do this to make sure we weren't lying or trying to get free cake, but this was the 3rd time this happened in 9 days and the other 2 times we NEVER even asked for a refund or exchange not to mention we order from there 5-6 times a week and they know us well enough. Even though I had already told my neighbor they could have this piece of cake, this wasn't about the cake. This was about principle and decency. As far as I know they are NOT allowed to resell this piece of cake and would throw it away once the guy got back to the store since we had it for over an hour and could have poisoned it or whatever. So even after ordering there 5-6 times a week for the last 9 months, many many mistakes and most recently us paying for the wrong cake, and the fact they were just going to throw it away anyway, they still required the cake before getting the new one. Thankfully my neighbor was still on her way home, however I just still feel like it was petty and a bit belittling. As if being a loyal customer for going on a year now means absolutely nothing even there we've let them slide a countless number of times and didn't even mention it sometimes giving them the benefit of a doubt. I really like the people as a whole, just feel taken for granted and just disrespected 1 too many times after today. read more

Food is always hot when delivered and delivery is super fast. We order from here frequently because we know we won't be waiting long. I like so many things, it's hard to name them all. The grilled chicken club, grilled chicken sandwich and all of the cheese steaks are superb. I also like the tuna wrap. They are very stuffed/plentiful portions. Also love the gyros!!! The guy who seems to manager the place isn't exactly customer friendly but the amazing food and great prices makes up for it. If your reading this sir maybe you should think more about how you interact with customers. A first time person may not return based on your lack of customer service skill. They were absolutely rude on the phone and they messed up my order when I called back to ask them to bring they right items they told me I would have to pay an extra fee! I ordered the Marinated Lamb over rice. It's misrepresented by the picture and it doesn't say anything about fries on top. The sauce was overwhelming because it was too much. Now that she's mentioned it, I'm inclined to strongly agree with Kerry P.'s comment below. I could have sworn I've ordered Soprano's a few times before and was satisfied or at the very least, content w/ the experience, but after today, I will most likely just order from Mustangs, Bite My Slice, or from any one of the other 20-some pizza/sub menus that litter our fences and yards here in Dundalk. The boy who took my order had a poor attitude, no knowledge of his own menu, and spoke a lil like a poorly educated thug-wannabe. He DID tell me to have a nice day as I hung up, but took the whole order in a tone as if I was annoying or inconveniencing him just by calling. My fries w/ gravy were sealed in a hot, moisture-filled bowl and the gravy had already been poured over the fries leaving me w/ a soggy, mushy mass of potatoes. The sandwich I ordered, listed on the menu as "Italian Panini" was not what I expected, or wanted AT ALL. I received a flattened, 1/2" thick thing that looked far more like a quesadilla and was filled(not literally, very 'frugally') w/ ground Italian sausage and grn pep & onions. THAT would be an Italian SAUSAGE panini. If you just call it "Italian Panini," I think most, like myself, expect a panini made like an Italian sub. If it's sausage, at LEAST put that in the description! And to see what a REAL Panini is, I suggest u go to "Nonnie's Pizza and Subs" in Have de Grace, MD. Charging $7-8+ for a paper-thin, overly toasted sandwich with minimal fillings is absurd. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Sopranos again- not w/ so many other options in my area w/ FAR better food and service. As Kerry P. said- they USED to be ok, but their quality now has changed for the worst. In an area like ours w/ so many competitors, whoever's running Soprano's now may just wanna hang it up- food service just may not be for you. Ordered for the second time today and they delivered us the wrong order. If I could give this place 0/5 I would, but I sadly cannot. You would think that ordering on the Internet would be stress free, however, when you are ordering at this establishment, think not. I called and spoke to the manager and he proceeded to tell me what was on the sub that I actually ordered, then I said "yes, all the other things you mentioned weren't on there." He then mumbled something and hung up. Sounds like a great guy and manager if you ask me. With that kind of customer service, this place must be booming! Well, now I can order from somewhere else that actually deserves my money and my food will be hot by the time I get it.
