The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The sushi continues to be very tasty. It turns out that I tried a ramen (picture attached) here about 2.5 years ago. But I didn't remember it. So, more recently, I tried another one of their ramen (Tonkotsu Black). I found it to have a great depth of flavor. All is well-until I see the pending charge on my account...the one before they finalize the receipt with what I wrote in. She ran my card and chose her own 20% tip. Never presented me with a new receipt that showed the same. We were a party of 2. It just doesn't sit well with me & I've dined here several times.
