They didn't use a disposable plastic barrier in the foot bath the way the previous owner did. I thought that was not sanitary.

I walked into the salon for the 1st time 2 weeks ago. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The salon is extremely clean. I got the shellac manicure. It lasted over 2 weeks without chipping. I also got the spa pedicure and my feet felt very refreshed. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon. I have several salons within walking distance to my house but I am very happy to take the 15 minute drive to visit this salon. I went in this past weekend to have my polish changed and the girls remembered my name and gave me the same friendly, high quality service. read more

I was driving by on a beautiful spring day and stopped in on a whim. So glad I did. The technicians were so kind and curteous - they took me right away. Anna made me comfortable and she did a fantastic job. The salon itself was clean and comfortable and well keep. I have in the past had reservations about some places I've been to but not Soriyas. The feel of the salon is relaxing and I actually felt myself almost nodding off...which is unheard of for me. The cost of services was incredibly reasonable. I chose the spa pedicure - a great value at $35 with all the massage that's included...however there was a $25 and $20 option as well. First time there and loved it. Definitely recommend making an appointment especially in the weekend. I for there just before they opened and they were so apologetic that they couldn't fit me in just then so I said I'd be back at 10. I didn't mind and when I came back they were a little behind and I still didn't mind because I didn't have an appointment. They all apologized repeatedly but I really didn't mind. So unwelcoming. This salon was so much better when Soriya was the owner. This owner not welcoming AT ALL. Sat on her own personal phone call while I sat in the pedicure chair waiting for 5+ minutes, then she brought her phone on speaker over to the pedicure station. Quickest pedicure ever- no effort. Yea, I don't get it. All the hype and all the fabulous reviews.. I really don't get it. Two stars because they were friendly, but that's about it. Not convinced salon is clean. They use cheese graters (literally cheese graters) for pedicures. I asked them not to, and they accommodated me. Aren't those a board of health violation ? Been getting pedicures for years now and have never found a place that uses that antiquated practice, and not to mention unsanitary. Watched a staff member clean the pedicure tub next to me, then watched a child sit there waiting for her parent with her shoes off.. Feet in the tub (gross) . The lotion they use has a funky smell. While I sit here, the kid is still playing in the massage chair with her dirty feet in the tub. I won't return. Warwick folks clearly need to get out more. read more

Called and asked if they did powder dip acrylics. Owner said yes, so I went. Asked for the pink color that is with French manicure. They didn't have that. Had another that was supposedly close, that some people supposedly like for French. My nails look like they were dipped in cotton candy. Not at all natural. Manicure was very rough, drew blood. Nails not smooth, or fully covered. They may be good for gels, but don't go there for the powder dip. 2 stars because she was good about cleanliness and was very apologetic about hurting me. read more

I'm new to this area and use to love getting my nails done with nail art. I was trying to find a salon around here that does just that. I saw great reviews for this nail salon, so I went and tried it out. I must say I really love this small nail salon. The owner was so welcoming and all the nail technicians are super nice. I went for a pedicure and for what I paid $30 (since I had glitter put on my toes) it was worth it and my toes came out awesome!! Oun was the sweetest nail tech! I highly recommend her! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I wanted a difficult nail design on my toe, but they have a special nail technician that does that, who was not in at the time (I went early for my pedicure). If you want a special or 3d nail art design I would just call ahead to make sure she's there, but other than that this is my new salon I will be going to all the time! Soriya's is a Great place. They do a awesome job. She even asks you when they are done, if you have any problems. She is very nice. I had Linda today. They do a great pedicure . Great prices. I have feet problems. They are so gentle and caring. Not like some places I have gone to that could care less. I had Gel nails done half a dozen times. They even last me 4-6 weeks. She even asks you a few times if everything is okay. . I listened to her today. She is people pleaser. My nails were done perfect. I even had compliments on them. I talked to 3 ladies today. The people here are very friendly. My manicure lasted me longer than any I've had! My tech was meticulous. She did not force the polish off by scraping, she gave them time to soak. My usual nail salon was closed at the time I planned to go so I searched around and found Soriya Nails. I was impressed the minute I walked in; the place was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The nail tech that worked on my nails was very nice, and could hold a conversation if you're a person who wants to chat, but when I was quiet at first she didn't push to talk to me. At a lot of places I'm always afraid the nail technicians are gossiping about the customers in another language but it was very easy to tell Soriya and her employees were kind people who made their customers feel welcome. Now, the nails. I tried shellac for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. It stayed on without chipping for about 2 weeks, and even though I peeled the paint off rather unprofessionally, my nails underneath were still very healthy and not at all damaged from the shellac. I love Soriya nails and would not go anywhere else. I am a steady customer of Anna's but would go to any of the women there. The place is immaculate, the women are friendly, and social. I always get gel manicures which are done to perfection and the salon has more gel color choices than anywhere I have been. Also, Anna gives the best pedicures of my life (and I have gone to a lot of different places in the past)!! My feet are not easy, but Anna takes excellent care of them. I am a very fussy person when it comes to beauty appointments so I hope whoever reads this will give Soriya Nails a try.
