The shrimp and grits feature jumbo shrimp, not the small ones, and the portion is large enough for two of us to split. Our family hosted a small gathering here in the fall and we recently went back, as a couple and had an amazing experience. I had not previously heard of this restaurant prior to my niece planning and making the recommendation, but we are so happy that we did. The food is nothing short of phenomenal. Did I mention that it is flavorful and delicious? Can I elaborate on how overly nice everyone on the staff is from the owner, to the wonderful people working in the kitchen. The atmosphere is modern with great vibes. The music is loud, but lends itself to a fun vibe. The mimosas are strong and a decent pour. Lots of good things to say about Vault, but the bottom line is that it is more than worthy of a visit. I have read other reviews comment on the wait. We have never experienced a long wait times. However, the dining room is not super large, so if you go on a Saturday or Sunday maybe use common sense and know that you'll be waiting longer during peak times. We dined midweek and waited no time to sit since there weren't many people and no more than 15-20 minutes for our meal. Our server, this time, could have been a little more prompt as it took her about 15 minutes to appear from the back to take orders for my table and another one. We have parked on the street during visits. Parking is not the most ideal, but we have managed to easily find a spot. All good things have been experienced during our visits. Add this to your restaurant rotation because we certainly already have! We like it.
