This place is great! I heard of this company from years back, but I never got the chance to check them out. So I had this viper alarm that i had bought for my car, ended up choosing to put in my other vehicle instead. I spoke to Scott and he was very polite & extremely knowledgeable about these alarms. My first interaction with Scott was about 9 years ago. I wanted to replace the factory deck and front speakers in my Honda. Over the years I have had a lot of work done here including a remote car starter, a fairly high end stereo/amp/subwoofer set up in a classic Camaro, and aftermarket stereos in 2 Honda Civics. The work, customer service, attention to detail, and follow up support has been outstanding. I mean several years after having my remote starter installed, it stopped working. I brought it in waaaaaay past the warranty period thinking I would be paying for an entire new system. Scott had it fixed in 20 minutes with a new antenna... free of charge. He recently put a new Alpine stereo in my Civic. It was much cheaper than I expected and sounds amazing. Lifetime warranty on installation/wiring they said. I brought back my car 3 times because they wired my system wrong , they now refuse to fix the problem because they don't have the knowledge. I scheduled my install for a Friday morning, dropped my truck off and the owner told me it should be ready by 10:30am. I received a call at 10:00am that my truck was ready. Scott did an AMAZING job on my Lexus. He put in a full JL Audio system (JL Audio C5 front and rear, JL Audio RD900/5 amp, JL Audio Fix86, and JL Audio 12TW1 12" ported box). No one takes more pride in their work than he does. He did a full consultation with me prior to make sure he knew what I was going for and wanted/needed. I was referred to them as I had a car stereo that needed install. I went there by appointment to see if the stereo I had could be installed in my truck. Well let me tell you. They were AWESOME! Not only did they let me know it could be installed, they did the install at the same appointment. The guy working the desk (I think was the owner) was incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and super honest. He didn't try to up sell me anything. I thought one of my speakers was blown but they listened/tested it and assured me it wasn't. I bet 90% of other places would have said Yes and charged me for new speakers. The tech doing the install was nice, professional and knowledgeable, as well. Also, while I was waiting, the owner was showing another customer some speakers and a stereo. I believe he sold him what the customer wanted/needed and not just the most expensive equipment.
