A perfect spot for Thai food in Decatur . Delicious food , great service and Full Bar .

Downtown Decatur - such a quaint area away from Atlanta to meetup with friends. Siam, is located in the courtyard area. It's a small restaurant but great use of space. I suggest using Marta or Rideshare. If your free maybe do drive there is paid parking everywhere. Do not park illegally. I sat at the bar and struggled between the pad see ew and drunken noodle. Deciding factor was the drunken noodle didn't have enough vegetables. My only issue is the pad see ew soy sauce is strong and salty. It may not seem that way for you. But I'm sensitive to salt and well it was enough to give me pause. I had a great experience. Staff was wonderful, food came out quickly. Next time I'll try a drink. They had a great beverage menu. Alcohol and non.

The soup was OK could've had a little bit more flavor to the broth

They're dumplings did not feel like steamed dumplings. I was just not impressed. It taste like a different type of form of dumplings.. for me honestly they were just too compact with the meat and not much flavor to it and then with the service kind of made me feel a little uncomfortable that I told him like oh this is what the dumpling supposed to be looking like and they gave me like a stare, and then the lady that checked me out, had a little attitude because I didn't hear her say where the payment goes so I just didn't have a great experience here. It's a cute place to eat, but I wouldn't want to spend my money there again. This is just my first visit maybe I try something else on somebody else budget.

The cheese rolls here are some of the best ever but you should also try their appetizer sampler because they're all so good. The pad see ew never disappoints. Service here is also quick and friendly. Great place to check out for an affordable sit down meal in downtown Decatur.

Service was very friendly & food was amazing. I opted for the Wonton Soup since it was cold outside and it was very fresh. I went with the shrimp drunken noodles for my main dish which was enough for two meals. I also tried the Thai version of an espresso martini and I think I prefer that version from now on

Tried Siam Thai for the first time and ordered the Pad See Ew to go. The noodles were pretty good--nice flavor, not too greasy. Good first impression, and I'd definitely be interested in trying more from the menu next time!

Such a cute place. Sushi roll and milk tea was delicious start to lunch. Would totally go back, prices perfect, love Decatur.

Vegetable Spring Rolls Dinner- we weren't crazy about them but I just don't think they're our thing.

Solid Thai option in the Decatur square. The place it decorated cute, is relatively small, and plays great r&b jams on low (at least they were when I went on a Friday night). It would be great for a casual girls night out or lowkey date. I had the drunken noodles with chicken and enjoyed it. Got spice level 2 which says "little to medium" but it felt more like medium. Hubby got pad see ew with shrimp and liked it but said they only gave him 6-7 small shrimp. We both brought leftovers home- good portions! Parking: street parking around downtown Decatur, free after 6pm.

The service was speedy and friendly, the food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy. I had the pineapple curry with shrimp, which was flavorful and a a nice kick to it. The lychee martini was potent and paired perfectly with the lowlights and ambiance. This was my first visit but I will definitely be bs me to try more menu items.

[Uber eats order] Second time ordering here and I got the green curry. I paid a little extra to have tofu and veggies and I think the servings were fair. I asked for some additional spice (+2 I believe) and it was the perfect level for me. The broth was a good consistency and had the herb-forward flavor that I expect out of a green curry. It's comparable to many places I've tried around town. A good choice when in the area.

I came here for the first time and was so excited to see I could order Pad Thai made gluten free. It was delicious and came out pretty fast after I ordered. The staff was great, prices are reasonable, there is lots of seating inside and it is in a good location in Decatur. Definitely recommend a visit if you like Thai food!

The food was decent. I enjoyed the chili ginger sauce but the chicken was way too rough and hard to chew. My partner had fried rice with steak but we're not use to steak looking so lightskinned. For an item with such high reviews, I expected for it to be packed with flavor... it was blan. We added the sauce from my dish to his and it made a huge difference. The customer service was good and it's a cute spot in the downtown Decatur area. I read good things about this spot so I would actually give it another try and order different dishes. They also have really good strong drinks. We had the lychee martini & old fashion. Next time I'll try the Thai tea.

Siam has been a favorite for years. The location is perfect to meet a friend, window shop then enjoy a light but hardy lunch. The food is fresh, and service is quick- very attentive staff and the menu has many sharable options. Order a pot of jasmine tea to easy any anxiety.

Decent food for the price point but stay away from the shrimp. It was not fresh. I ended up picking it out and just eating the pad thai.

I ordered via Uber eats and despite the drive (and stops along the way), the tofu was crispy and hot when it arrived. It was more that just a fried skin. Most Thai places I've been to serve this with a tad bit more lettuce however it would probably become mushy when ordering for delivery. It's super flavorful. I order it with medium spice and sometimes it can seem like too much of a kick. But it's a good burn. I also order the pad Thai medium. It doesn't seem as spicy as the beef salad and packs flavor. The drunken noodles are solid as well. I honestly haven't had anything from here that I didn't enjoy, however sometimes the pad Thai can be a bit greasy. On my latest delivery, they also included a little brownie complimentary which I found to be very thoughtful. I hope this place sticks around! (Wherever it is lol)

I started with the basil spring rolls which were delicious, though their sauce is a bit thicker than what I had at another place last week. It was still delicious and refreshing. But you only get 6 pieces instead of 8 which sucked for the price. (No pic bc I was hungry) I ordered the panang curry with shrimp and it was delicious. I will admit it was a bit too sweet for my liking but it was still good and edible. It came with a side of steamed rice. Another thing to mention- idk if it's me eating veggies straight from the ground the last 2 years or what, but the veggies taste fake and waxy. They were good, but for some reason, they didn't taste natural and not sure why. I still ate them though. I was impressed to see that they have happy hour 3-6 M-F and some other specials. We sat outside and the weather was good. They have a covered outdoor patio that can seat quite a bit of people. Service was okay. The lady at the front desk isn't really friendly or polite. Idk if it's a language barrier or she just didn't want to work that day. Our server was nice and chipper though! And they do validate parking. It's a free 2 hrs in the garage with validation. Overall, I'd go again- esp to check out their happy hour.

We ordered Tonkotsu Ramen with Char Siu. I like the serving portion. Looked small but actually very filling. The noodles were sufficient. The broth was tasty but could do with less salt. The egg that came with the Ramen was hard-boiled, I wish it was soft-boiled (6-min egg) but it's ok. I loved the bean sprouts, green onions in there - lifted the dish. The Char Siu was seared to perfection. The other order we had was the Chinatown Lo Mein. Again, the serving looked small but was sufficient. Overall a little sweet, which is unusual as most Chinese noodles aren't made sweet. Thus this was a twist to the dish that I did not like. We also ordered 2 drinks: Yuzu Lemon with Strawberry Popping Boba & TDAK Dragon Fruit Fizz. Both were too sweet. I took both home and added more ice & water - 4 drinks for the price of 2! Yay! I wished I could request for 50% sweetness.

I have never in my life had Americanized Thai food (or at least been conscience of it) but this tasted every bit of that. Not a single Thai national or descendant cooking or dining in here... I should have slid out the door upon noticing this but we were HONGRY and this place was walking distance. I appreciate the big portions to help alleviate the hunger, but the food going down wasn't even close to a real Thai experience. And the general ambience was definitely off. It's unclear whether this is a casual to-go spot or a sit-down spot or a bar. The service here was confusing. You have to order drinks separately from your food, for one. Secondly, it took a solid 10 minutes for a bartender to walk behind the bar and begrudgingly explain to me what they have available. I would have ordered more but her attitude made me close the tab after one beer. We didn't get served water until after we received our food, a solid 15-20 min after being in the restaurant. It generally felt like no one wanted to be there, and the staff were just moving independently to complete tasks instead of creating a dining experience *together*. There was not a smile from a single person I interacted with. I'd most likely not return purely because the dining experience is just plain out uncomfortable. On to the food. Mostly oil and noodles except for the papaya salad, which was... okay. Again, big portions. Nice heat. But just okay. The whole cherry tomatoes on top were a little weird and screamed laziness. The tofu kee mao was... okay. Same for the chicken pad thai. Lots of oil. This food made us feel pretty tired after eating it, which I've rarely experienced eating Thai cuisine. And they were very, very stingy with the protein. My husband counted 4-5 little slivers of chicken and hella noodles. The same was true for my tofu dish. I mean... it's tofu y'all. Cheap. But I can imagine they have to cut these corners because there were about 8 staff members running around in a small space with only a few customers in for happy hour. They do have HH deals on drinks depending on the day, but I found the drinks to be overpriced and not worth it. Especially the beer. And a $10 non-alcoholic cocktail is wild imo, especially for the scanty area this area is in. They are certainly milking the fact that they are in eyeshot of the Mercedes Benz stadium. The inside is beautiful and very ~trendy~ and honestly that tells me exactly where the focus is. I'd rate this a 2, but I'm adding a star for the spotless restrooms.
