I always love soup, so was happy to try this spot out! My bf and I went for lunch. It's a cozy spot with seating; I could see it getting hard to find a seat during a busy time, but luckily when we were there it wasn't bad. We were greeted by the employee behind the counter who gave us time to review the menu and was happy to answer questions and make recommendations. I got a large Buffalo chicken soup and my bf got baked potato soup. It came out very hot (as soup should be!). There was also bread served with it which was nice. My soup had a good flavor and a generous amount of chicken and orzo. My bf's soup was perfectly creamy and comforting. We both enjoyed them and found a large to be filling. Next time we will probably get small soups and share one of their sandwich options. Overall, this is a nice local spot to enjoy a delicious bowl of soup!

Wonderful spot for delicious food at a great value. I had a fresh salad and the classic Maryland soup, and my son enjoyed a flavorful sandwich. Everything tasted great. The atmosphere is casual, friendly, and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop if you want a genuine Baltimore experience.

Holy moley! So I've heard a lot about Soup's On and in the back of my head I kinda thought, "what's so special about soup?". Recently I came down with a chest cold (not Covid, phew) and really needed some comfort food. I called Soup's On and ordered a sandwich and soup for pick up. It was ready in 15 minutes and cost about $12. I got the oven roasted turkey sandwich and the spinach feta soup. Oh, man. It was exactly what the doctor ordered. This turkey sandwich was huge! Topped with perfectly melted cheese and delicious slices of turkey. The spinach and feta soup was not what I expected but it was still amazing. It was mostly just a broth and didn't actually contain chunks of spinach like I assumed. Was it still flavorful and delish? You bet your bottom. You can also bet that I dipped my enormous turkey sub into that soup and almost died and went to heaven. One thing I love about this place is that it kinda reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where the business owner is really strict about how people order his soup - you know which one I'm talking about. You can tell the business owner takes no BS but is probably a softy deep down. If he's not from NYC, he gives me NYC vibes. Definitely call ahead, know what you want, and don't expect a lot of frills. What Soup's On lacks in frills though, it makes up for in price, quality, and flavor. I will be returning!

Walking through Baltimore on a way to a show at the Lyriq and we stumble upon Soups On. First impression isn't much as it's a tiny restaurant tucked into a old Baltimore row home. Probably couldn't fit more then 20 people comfortably inside at one time, but all that is a front for some of the most delicious soup and sandwiches you can get. A small team of artisans are in the back using some sort of special magic to create some very thoughtful and delicious food. I must must must mention the French onion soup. I don't even like French onion soup but after trying my wife's I was absolutely blown away. We ended up doing the combo so soup and a sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. This restaurant is highly recommended, a must go to if your in the neighborhood

All very delicious. Oleum is one of Baltimore's , fully plant-based restaurants, serving creative, internationally inspired vegan cuisine. We ordered the "shrimp" scampi, half kale caesar salad, half buffalo chicken and half buffy pizza on GF crust, and the blackened "chicken" alfredo pasta made GF. The shrimp scampi was an impulse order and wasn't my favorite. If you're vegan or veg and haven't had shrimp in a while, it'll probably blow your mind but as a meat eater, I wasn't a fan. The server wasn't able to tell us exactly what the shrimp was made of only that it was plant-based so I do wonder if it was truly made GF. If you have celiac or a severe intolerance, you should probably ask more questions than we did haha The kale caesar was my favorite bite of the whole night. The dressing was creamy and tangy and I loved the shaved vegan parmesan cheese on top. The buffalo chicken pizza was pretty good with a nice kick but didn't have the traditional "buffalo" flavor I'm used to so I assume they make their buffalo sauce in house. The buffy pizza was described as SUPER garlicky in the description but neither me or my friends tasted any garlic. The vegan cheese was melty and gooey though which was nice. The pasta was yummy with a creamy and spicy sauce. I would've loved to see some shaved parmesan on top and some fresh parsley to round out the spice though. Overall, the vibe here is great and the all vegan menu is very impressive. If you have a group with multiple dietary restrictions, this is the place to go for sure. Service at the bar was friendly and quick too!

The flavor was rich, perfectly seasoned, and the spice level was exactly what I wanted. You can tell the food is made with care and authenticity. I also ordered the pomegranate martini and it was absolutely amazing. It had the perfect balance of sweet without being overwhelming, especially if you're someone who doesn't love super strong drinks. It was refreshing and paired really well with the meal. Overall, Bodhi is definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to. Great food, great staff, and a great overall experience.

They were light yet filled to the brim with chicken filling. I felt like it was in house made and not a massed produced frozen item that had been flashed fried. I would order again. Next I ate the Thai coconut custard, it was very tasty. The best part (although I don't know if a mistake) they were served in three very cute ceramic dishes. Not only did I get a meal, I received new dishes to add to my house:) Lastly, I ordered the Larb. I requested no onions or scallion. It was very flavorful with basil and crunchy lettuce included. It was an unexpected protein full meal. I thought the serving was plentiful and could not finish the Larb. I would recommend trying if you're on the fence. If this experience was this yummy delivered, I'm sure the in house service is even better. Good luck scoring the ceramic dishes with your takeout/delivery service.

For the appetizer, we got the mushroom toast and miso soup. The mushroom toast was umami and creamy. And the miso soup had an interesting crunch on top, while the base was hearty. Unfortunately, I don't think that this was a great showcase of the restaurants abilities. For food, I had the Caesar salad to start, which I can honestly say was a decent caesar, nothing to write home about, but no complaints either - think your basic Caesar. For my main I had the crabcake entrée and to be honest it was just not good. The crabcake was beyond dry and the coleslaw and fries were fine but that that's not what I came for. I do have to say that dessert was great, the carrot cake was without any complaints. The only other thing that I had was the seasonal martini on the drink menu and it was so bad that I couldn't take more than one sip. Other people did like their food, but we all left saying that it was not a great meal. In discussing service, the service itself was good. Our waitress was attentive, but kept jumping into our conversation and wasn't dressed totally appropriately for wait staff in my opinion, she was very attentive though. Ambience is interesting here - it feels as though it has no ambience almost. It's just like a bunch of tables in an outdated restaurant with minimal decor. Overall, I will probably not be coming back to Sobo and can't say that I would recommend others do so.
