First off, amazing atmosphere. We felt so welcomed by all the staff. Pizza was actually bigger than I expected which is always a plus and the crust was *chef's * . Went here for dinner with some friends and thought it was decent but nothing exceptional. We ordered drinks - I had a martini and it was well made but I didn't like the gin (they didn't have any of my go-to gins) and I thought it almost tasted minty which was off putting. We ordered the wings to start ($15 for 3??) which had a good flavor but honestly didn't have that much meat on them. We also got the Brussels sprouts ($14) which were fine but they were just too sweet - they would have benefited from a more complex flavor. I ordered the taco pizza and the flavor was great but the pizza itself was soooo floppy/soggy and the crust did not hold up the toppings at all. The outer crust was basically the best part of the pizza since it was the only part that wasn't insanely soggy. My friend's tuscan kale pizza looked better. Pizzas are bigger than I expected - I would advise splitting one between two people & maybe getting a few apps. read more

It was a great experience. It was bigger than it looked from the outside. Loved the mismatched plates they had at the tables along with the table games they offered. The waiter was quick to great us and gave good recommendations. I got the Pide and besides one of the yolks being broken it was delicious. Solid Italian place located right next to Harvard. It was pretty easy to get a reservation and seating was smooth. INSANELY GREAT PEPPERONI PIZZA... I love everything about this place. The casual and relaxing atmosphere, the great service, carefully selected beers and the amazing Pizza. I am drawn to the Pepperoni Pizza. If you like pepperoni you have to try it. Be careful, cause once you do you'll be hooked. The dough they use is a special Sourdough base, very mild, that is really fantastic. The Pepperoni, cheese, sauce are of the highest quality. This is my favorite pizza anywhere in the Boston area right now! Just look at the photo... a thing of beauty! I sat at the bar. The bartender, Luke, is a real pro and has been there since they opened. The Exhibit A "Hair Raiser" is a fantastic local brew and was great with my pizza. Keeping it very short and will just say the pizza is a 10/10! It's enough for 2 people to feel comfortably full. They do not offer any spicy add ons like jalapeños but our server did bring over some red pepper flakes to add on top. A nice place for brunch in Harvard Square. We did a walk-in right as they opened on Saturday and got some seating outside, but there were quite a few reservations so it might be worth making one. I got the "oh, honey" mocktail, which was the waitress's favorite, and it was pretty good! We got the Brussels sprouts, margherita pizza, avocado waffle, and home fries to share. The Brussels sprouts were super crispy, with a slightly spicy and sweet topping. The margherita pizza was also very good. We had to ask who our server was after we'd waited 15 mins or so with nobody coming to the table except the person who served us water who was not our server. He went to get our server to come over and take our orders. We also ordered the brussels sprouts but even after checking in with the servers on four occasions we finished all of our food and the brussel sprouts never arrived. Like most places in harvard square, the food is over priced for the quality. The pasta was okay - a little overcooked and slightly cold. The sugga daddy was the clear winner of the table. We sat outside because it was a nice day but water kept dripping from their patio awning. It mostly missed out table but I felt bad for the girls sitting next to us and they definitely got a decent splash of water to the head twice. I was hoping to have more umph from the cure chopped meats but it didn't, maybe the chef forgot to put salt in the pasta? Their Pepperoni Neapolitan pizza was probably the best in the Boston area. I liked the caramelized onion and balsamic on top for flavors, but it's also the reason why the pizza was a bit soggy in the center. The pepperoni itself was really tasty! Source definitely stood out as a more superior pizza joint compared to others in the Boston area. A few more improvements on the details and they'll see us come back often. We called ahead to ask about accommodating a gluten allergy and were assured that would be the case. When we went to order, there are essentially no real gluten free options, no gluten free substitutions, and no ability to avoid cross contamination. The staff is clearly uninformed about gluten allergies and it was frustrating to say the least. Based on this experience, this is not a ServSafe restaurant. It's even more frustrating that we called ahead to check in and were clearly told something untrue. The food was good, but definitely avoid if you have an allergy. read more

I came here for brunch a few months ago on a Sunday morning with a few friends. I went ahead and got the bucatini carbonara. The dish was okay. Nothing special. It is very small portioned so you definitely would a need an appetizer or split another entree with someone else. I did try the hangover pizza that my friend got, which was decent. Drinks were good, but again nothing special. It was pretty easy to find a reservation here.
