I would say, high 3's. It would be at a 4 if they're more consistent. Banh Khot, which is my favorite, is a hit or miss. Whichever you're going to get is a toss up. One day I'll get an amazing Banh Khot with a crispy outside and a delicious soft center.. the next time I'll get a mushy dish that isn't cooked all the way and tastes like raw rice cake. Their pho and bun rieu, taste a bit like, it was made to cater to this side of town. If you know what I mean. The sauce they make for the Nem Nuong, taste strange and its not the usual peanut sauce. But, why do I keep coming back? Why oh why. They have dishes that other Vietnamese places on this side of town do not have. One the servers that stood out was Tray (pardon if I spelled your name wrong) his energy and attending to things before I even raise my hand and also hes very welcoming. Now for the food... Easily my top spot for Henderson area and easily top 5 overall in LV, I honestly dont know where to rank this imo, Id have to go back multiple times to try their other dishes. This is probably my favorite restaurant in Vegas. My wife and I love their food and will typically come here for date night or order it through Postmates/Uber Eats. Their Bún bò Huế is the best in town and everything else on the menu is delicious. My 2nd go to entree is their chicken and rice. The food was high quality and definitely felt more elevated than your standard pho place. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We stopped by for lunch and beat the lunch hour. We were seated quick. We looked at the menu prior to arriving so we knew what we wanted. Our server was ok- friendly but when requested for some extra napkins, he never delivered... by then we were already done with food. Restaurant is small with decent seating. When I enter the doors of a cultural restaurant I immediately audit who's feasting and count how folks like me are there. If I have to wait an hour and no one looks like me that's the first green flag. When we walked in, we were greeted right away and got helped right away by Trey, he is super kind and helpful with my family that are vegetarian. He made sure that what we wanted and needed was accommodating. We got a few dishes but I couldn't take a picture on time since everyone was hungry. We got the bun bo luc but Trey said he could make it with tofu instead and prices will change since it wouldn't be meat. Ambiance is quiet, aesthetic, nice and clean. I do not know how this place stayed off my radar for so long, but I'm so thrilled to have made this discovery. The atmosphere is just so pleasant and inviting. Service is prompt and very friendly (I do not understand some of the reviews that say otherwise). And the food- wow! I got the vermicelli special with lemongrass chicken. The chicken is tender, juicy and succulent. The grilled shrimp is some of the best I've ever had. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the roll was delicious, as was the refreshing salad. You get a lot of food for the dollar (I couldn't finish it in one sitting). And I truly appreciate the generous portion of sriracha because I like a lot and most places are very conservative with it.
