I guess this location employs the laziest people. My husband and I tried to place a mobile order. Paid for in advanced. We get a call saying that they were out of a certain ingredient we wanted. No big deal. We can easily change it and replace our order. So we do just that. Get another call that they cannot fulfill the order. Mind you, it was only a medium pizza with 2 toppings, how complicated is that? We kept trying for over an hour to place the order, only to be met with calls full of excuses. DONT order here. I love getting the managers special which is usually a large 5 topping pizza which comes around to $14 with tax. This time we got philly steak with ranch base & Hawaiian with ranch base & bbq drizzle. You can tell they really took their time making it. The staff here is excellent. Very friendly and offered a warm welcome. We ordered a large cheese pizza only. Our pizza was ready within 10 minutes which was great. This location needs to be inspected by the health department. Staff member Michael badly needs to be trained in customer service skills. A couple of things to consider. This location refuses to honor TV advertised promotions; in my case it was the 50 % off for online orders. They stated it had ended despite the fact that I had just watched it. I had signed up and ordered online specifically for the promo. While waiting for my pizza (it was in the oven/cooker) I watched as another staff member prepared another customer's order. This was three orders of Pasta 2 chicken alfredo and one with marinara. This staff member had been wiping something, touched her hair and face, handled boxes, then stuffed her hands into the each of the buckets of food product, Noodles, then chicken, and so on. She only used tools when applying the sauces. I also had time to note that the facility also needs to be deep cleaned. I have to state, that while she practiced unhygienic food handling, she was the most courteous staff member. But friendliness and courtesy does not mean clean. read more

Okay my friends. You know me. I hate to give subpar reviews, but Domino's has has forced my hand (forthcoming pun, you'll see). The staff at this location are extremely nice and hardworking. But there are three issues that cost three stars. All three criticisms ultimately are the fault of Domino's corporate. 1. They typically overcook their pizzas. When I request "lightly-done" seldom is the request honored, making the crusts harder to tear than a Hell's Angels leather jacket, which I don't recommend attempting. 2. The salt content of their crusts and sauce is off the charts. If I eat a Domino's pizza on a Friday I know I'll still be thirsty on Sunday morning. If you really want to know just how salty their product is, just give a slice of Domino's pie to a European, who tend to have extremely sensitive salt palates. They'll give your that expression that Nancy Pelosi has, well, pretty much all the time. Big #3. Why, oh why, on God's green Corona Virus-covered earth, are the staffers, especially the pizza makers, not wearing gloves? I found this quite odd before COVID-19, now I can't believe that it isn't required by law. When auto mechanics, construction workers, roofers, trash collectors, and even airline pilots are now required to wear masks, it seems plausible that people mixing and assembling food ingredients be required to wear gloves. But no. In fact, that was the response from Domino's HQ: "We are not required to wear gloves." You're not required to use protection in some of the seedier brothels of southern Nevada, but you probably should anyway (not firsthand knowledge). Just the thought of having fingernail dirt, knuckle hair, and press-on nails on my pizza makes me never want to order from Domino's again. Of course, they cook their pizzas in a crematorium and the content is 71.8% salt, so I guess it doesn't really matter. read more

Our Family ordered two pizzas on Sunday May 17th, 2020 . I had a credit for a free pizza and ordered an additional one and was charged twice for the same order. I contacted the 530 E Windmill LN ST 115 , Las Vegas, NV 89123 Dominos Pizza and was told by the General Manager I would receive a credit by midnight but that never happened. So today 5 days later still no credit received. I contacted Dominos again and Crew member Patrick answered and I asked for Management and he informs me that the General Manager Jessie was not available but I could receive a free pizza for my troubles. On 12/19 I wanted some pizza, but had my dog in the car - Domino's curbside delivery to the rescue - I thought. The oven usually takes 15-20 minutes, I ordered at 6:10pm and got there about 6:25pm. The tracker app said that Starr had begun preparing my pizza at 6:10pm, but that was as far as it had gotten . At 7pm I went into the restaurant and inquired - was told it hadn't been made yet, there were 5 pizzas ahead of me. Back to the car. Checked the tracker app, it's moving - at 7:39pm said the pizza was ready, and the 2 minute timer to get it out to the car had begun. 7:41pm came and went, no pizza, I get an email that I'm due a free pizza. At 8pm I go back into the store, and was told my pizza hadn't gone into the oven yet. Final result, pizza was delivered to the car and I drove away at 8:25pm. There should be an option in the app to tell you before you order that that particular store is swamped, and to drive down the road to the next Domino's which apparently wasn't busy at all. Needless to say, unless I'm positive they're not busy, redeeming that free pizza email is not high on my priority list. read more

Ordered a pizza at 5:22, I received a text and the app said my pizza came out of the oven at 5:33. Waited until 6:30 and called. They said it's really busy and pizza will be there in 15 mins. I said if it's been out of the oven for an hour it's going to be old and cold and he said to call back if there is an issue once the pizza arrives. App then said it would be here at 6:55, finally at 7:10 I called again and was left with it ringing for 10 minutes. Pizza finally arrived and no one ever did answer the phone. I wanted to cancel my order because my son is now 2 hours past dinner time and needs to eat but I couldn't even cancel because they wouldn't answer. By far the best location to order from. They are really on their game. Quick. Reliable. Kind. And they all Seem to get along. Has a real team spirit about it. Overall the best experience I've had with dominos. I'm always hesitant to order based on a couple bad experiences in the past but my boyfriend looooves dominos and can eat all the pizza and never gain weight so occasionally I give in. Me again! :) After being frustrated with a cancelled delivery, I decided to order from our easy, local pizza spot. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and a salad. Being annoyed from my originally cancelled order from another delivery service, I messed up ordering with Dominos. I thought a Pepperoni and Meatzza were coming, but ordered a Meatzza and took off all the meats except Pepperoni. Fail. I called Dominos and after realizing that I messed up, I laughed and apologized. Without hesitation, the gentleman who had delivered my pizza said, "No problem. If you want, we can get another pizza out to you at no charge." I felt so stupid and yet so grateful. Within 15 minutes, a beautiful, hot medium Meatzza arrived at our door. It was indeed free to replace the pizza that I originally ordered incorrectly. I couldn't resist and gave him a tip for his generosity. It's the little things like this that make me truly appreciate great customer service. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. I ordered over the phone for carry out, was told it would be about 20 minutes. I left to pick up my order 25 minutes after calling it in and when I checked in at the register I was told it was almost done. After sitting in the store for 20 minutes I went back up to the register again and was told by someone else there were 7 orders in front of mine!!! I was furious because when I initially arrived I was told it was almost ready. Don't lie to your customers!!!! When I asked why there were 7 orders in front of mine when I ordered an hour ago, I was told that online and delivery orders take priority over people waiting at the store from ordering over the phone. I'm very upset with the service in todays visit. It's Valentine's Day, 3 people working I'm not sure if they're new or if they just lack work ethic. I call to place an order, they told me it would be ready in 20 min. When I arrived they were barely creating the pizza. I was upset at the fact it wasn't ready on time. I understood it, due to Valentine's Day. After waiting 10 min in store, I look at the pizza and it wasn't even made CORRECTLY. I assume the person who input did it incorrectly without specifying my instructions. They apologize however still make sarcastic comments. When we ordered another time, our NY pizzas were overcooked and this time I removed the well done choice. Shame on their Quality Control process. Spent 15 minutes in a parking lot uploading in order to do an online order at a discount, got confirmation pick up time, walk in the store and the manager tells me he cancelled the order " cuz it didn't look right"? I ask if I can reorder in person and get the same discount, but was told no, go back online. I asked why he cancelled the order, but no reason given other than "it didn't look right." I assume that means he didn't feel like making a pizza today, but would rather be a smug ass. BEWARE OF FRAUD! We have ordered from this exact location for years and for over a year this location has been pulling this same stunt of charging one large pizza for $19.39. Every time that I have questioned they either tell you "a coupon wasn't applied" or "someone new placed your order". Then they will change the amount back down to $9. I called and spoke to Savannah (manager) and discussed my concerns. Yet she said the same as above. She is the one who took my payment when I picked up my pizza and tried to charge me $19. I then asked her if you are the manager have been working there for sometime, does $19 for one pizza sound right? I ordered online from this place and received wings instead of bites and the chicken was still cold in the middle and soggy. The pizza which was suppose to be Brooklyn style extra cheese, were more like a extra sauce pie with minimum cheese, it tasted like tomatoe sauce with no cheese.
