I tried a bit of the éclair and we both agreed that it was the star of the show. I normally am not a big éclair person but this one was so chocolatey and rich. It was filled with this creamy, fresh chocolate filling. I strongly dislike the store bought cream filling that they are usually piped with. Lo and behold, the chocolate dacquoise inside the Spring dessert contained nuts and I got an anaphylactic reaction as a result and needed to take my EpiPen.
