I noticed very soon that the personalized care and attention I had received from Denise was something that not many PT clinics do these days (and certainly not any of the clinics associated with the big hospitals). She was kind enough to not only treat my condition through directed massages, suction therapy and stretching/pilates routines, but also engaged with my personal trainer to ensure that I got the right kind of workouts. I wanted to obtain the previous at-home PT exercises/program but no one answers the phone and no one ever calls back (even text messages are not replied to) which is extremely frustrating. On the other hand, they were quick to call back to schedule something (and take my money). I will not be supporting a place that is only interested in my out of network payment and not the interest of their patients.

The employees are very friendly and showed me on their fake skeleton where the issues with my spine were after I had an MRI and explained what was going on. I have been experiencing extreme pain in my feet lately. I have one foot with a failed bone spur…read moresurgery and the other with a bone spur that is becoming overwhelmingly painful. I use pain relief pads, balms, massage, and elevate regularly. I hobble like a 90+ broken person and wince in pain all day everyday. I went to see Christine last night and had one 45 minute session. She did cold laser and some massage and tonight is the first evening that my feet have not been on fire with pain. I don't know what the cold laser does but I'm ready to buy one for my personal use!
