Unfortunately, my system still needed someone to fix it. He made an appointment for the following day and was prompt in arrival time. He uses an app that provide you an estimated time of arrival as well as his location on a map. It allowed me to plan for his arrival (this is something FedEx uses). He is well spoken and clean cut. His knowledge is the best I've had. He's very well-versed with Pentair systems. Not only did he review what was wrong with the system but he checked all other parts of our pool (lights, heat, salt system, fill,, drain) He took his time and trained me on what to look for. During routine pool service at my home, their employee opened my main water valve - that was closed for a good reason - without my permission while I had stepped away to Home Depot to buy a shower cartridge. When I returned, water was pouring into my garage. My home flooded from the top level down. One week before Christmas, EVERY room was water damaged and had to be demolished. When it happened, the employee called the owner on speakerphone and said he had made a "huge mistake," explaining what he had done. The owner responded, "Do not tell this to the lady," not realizing he was on speakerphone. That alone says it all. Instead of coming to assess the damage, he claimed that he was out of town and that he could not recall the name of his insurance carrier. From that moment on, they never showed up, neither the owner BOB, neither his son ADAM. I was left alone dealing with the consequences. What followed were more than 4 months of construction, two years of stress, a $5,000 deductible loss, and additional out-of-pocket expenses. Because I had to file through my own insurance, my homeowners policy was not renewed. In California, if you have a single water claim -- regardless of fault -- it is extremely difficult to obtain new coverage. To this day, I have been unable to secure a house insurance, and my mortgage has increased by $600 per month due to this lack of coverage. This experience has had serious financial and personal consequences for me. I have been fooled by their fake smiles and I regret it every day. Now you know and it is up to you to decide who you want to give your business to.

I thought how hard can it be? Well, if you have patience and don't mind spending a bunch of money on crap you may or may not need and aren't afraid of trial and error then great but in my case the first time I tried it I ended up having Suds overflow all over the place. It was a disaster to say the least! I immediately went to Google and Kris answered the phone and calmed me down and talked me off the ledge. He came out to take a look and suggested I drain it and start over cuz we have no idea when the last time it was drained. That process was pretty simple and easy and the price was cheaper than I thought. Now kris comes on a weekly basis to clean and maintain it and make sure the chlorine level and all the other stuff in it is within the proper range. The weekly price is within budget and I'm just glad I don't have to deal with it. Love that I have a Dependable Spa guy and even better love chilling in my backyard and relaxing at the end of a hard day and not have to worry about a thing other than what kind of Margarita I'm going to have next!

After a few inconsistent visits, we decided to get a second opinion and was informed that our filter cap has been broken and filter could not be replaced. Our pool had minor stains when we initially started service. In the last 6 months, it had gotten worse and worse. We are really disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of care that was provided.
