I recently had the peppermint and red velvet cookies, both of which were very good. I would describe their cookies as large, flat, and chewy/soft. I'm usually a crunchy cookie person but these hit the spot. Service: (5/5) The store is pretty small, with just enough room for you to stand in front of the counter, so service is naturally really quick. They're always very nice though and I've never had any issues. Other notes: I believe they have a counter at the Everett Mall food court and they move to their own store down the street once the mall closes.
