No one reached out to me. I decided to call this company over and over the phone not in service. I sent emails. I went on the chat online. No response ended up getting someone on Instagram so after that, I did end up receiving my order and let me just say I could have waiting longer for the item because it's horrible!!! first of all the material of the dress looks cheap. I normally wear a medium sometimes I would get a small however that dress is not a small no a medium. It's more like a large. It's long. It's big it's just so ugly.

They placed their clearance items in the front of the store which is convenient before getting to the back of the store. The only reason why I didn't give this store a full 5 is the staffing issues they are dealing with. The teenagers are young but they haven't been fully trained to do their job before the store opened. It's ok though the manager is doing her best. One of the staff members mentioned they are doing interviews in the back so maybe in some months the store's customer service will be a littler better. I love the self scanning system too! Then, I looked at the price tag and "Bam!", reality struck! As cute as they are, be prepared to pay a premium for these shoes. There were beautiful and unique pieces of clothing. Designer, Marc Jacobs and Markus Lupfer were my favorites. I took a picture of a fox dress for our own N. Virginia director, Gretchen Fox. So, you can see this is truly a specialty store. Horrible horrible horrible service! I have been a polite and reasonable customer. I ordered some…read moremountain horse rimfrost rider boots which are not cheap. When I got them I called and asked a question, my question was answered with incorrect information leading me to return the boots. Apparently at that time I was talking to an owner she said she would send out another pair of boots immediately but did not. When I should have received the replacement boots I got a call asking about the boots I returned...When I got the second pair of boots several weeks later they did not fit. If I had gotten correct information on the first pair of boots I would have kept them. I had already paid return postage, I have asked for a shipping label to return the second pair of boots. I have left approximately 8 unreturned emails, at least one unreturned voicemail, probably more, and had at least three people tell me they would call me back and have not. The last two times I have called have been during business hours and I didn't even get an answer! I used to work at Four Winds. Net and never in a million years would we have treated anyone like this!
