We ordered 2 of the cheesesteaks and they were delicious however the boneless wings we ordered were uneatable. They were the lemon pepper and there's was sooooo much on them we couldn't eat them. My holy grail spot for philly cheesesteaks and now sub sandwiches! They offer gluten free rolls which you don't find very often, and if you do, they're usually soooo small. Not here! I actually have Celiac disease so having a GF option is a must, not a lifestyle preference, and I've never gotten sick from here. My usual go-to order is a classic philly with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and provolone but I got a turkey sub for the first time the other day and OMG! So good! I think I ordered a 12" but this thing was huge! Like literally twice the size of a full-size Publix sub for reference. If I recall correctly, they offer options to add extra meat, extra cheese, etc., but their standard portion sizes are super hearty as-is. They don't skimp on the meat or toppings, so you really get your money's worth. I usually avoid getting tomato on my sandwiches bc most places cut them way too thick thereby taking up too much valuable toppings real estate and making things soggy if you don't eat it right away, but this place has these lovely, ultra thin slices of tomato that are just perfect *chef's kiss* They also have this great selection of glass-bottled sweet teas (I think from NJ?) that I love; I'm from the South so I'm a sweet tea snob and was skeptical of a so-called "sweet tea" from NJ, but I get a bottle every time. I can't believe it's taken this long for me to try this place. I've been an Orlando native my entire life, but only just this past year moved to Avalon Park. My wife kept telling me we had to try this place. Today, we decided on a quick lunch and man, were we impressed. Not only was the service quick and the employees very friendly (even given this pandemic we are all living through), the food was downright incredible. I read so many good reviews about this place, we had to try it. My boss has also ordered food from here and it always looked good, so we finally went tonight. It was awful! So full of oil the fries looked old. It was disgusting, my son and I were hungry, so we ate it, and regret it, because you feel sick right after. It was also 24 dollars, so you you don't want to waste your money either. I would not recommend this place at all unless you want 24 dollars of oil for your meal and a tore up stomach. So I just picked up my order and ate it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Husband is from Philly so we are use to the best of cheese steaks like Jim's. Cost 33.00 for 2 12" sandwiches. first off was not an amoroso roll . for a 15.00 sandwich had almost no cheese or onions and meat was very light and burnt as well. The Sandwich Was very thin and nothing at all on all sides. I'm new to the area so looking for some staples to order from and this is not it. I have got a better cheese steak from Wawa and Arby's. I am a salty guy! I really am! So when the fries come with the perfect amount of salt for me I can't help but eat half and remember to take a picture afterwords. The pizza cheesesteak sandwich was amazing as well! But I highly advise if you don't like salt as much as me you tell them to lay off the salt! They have salt shakers for you to add as needed but you NEED to let them know. The service is good, I sat and waited 5 mins tops for my food to come out and they always ask if I need anything else. There's condiments easily accessible for you so don't worry about that! Always ask for fountain if you want soda, because by the time your food gets there you'll be quenched by thirst from your salivating mouth. Both times I came here the staff gave me the best customer service I could expect from a fast food restaurant and they offer dine in, takeout, and delivery! Their Dine in offers selective seating for social distancing. I give this restaurant a 4/5, reason it's not a 5 is how the staff are with friends and other people that come by to hang out. I have been going to this place since 2016 and today I am done! They messed up on my order yesterday and I order the same exact thing from them RELIGIOUSLY. When the driver delivered the food I noticed that they got my order wrong and I called immediately and spoke to a manager who told me it would be free next time. So, I order today and now the person is saying that the manager I spoke to last time said it will only be 10% off. Very unprofessional to not keep your word. Randomly stopped there for lunch today and so glad I did. The owner Jay was very personable and friendly. Allie, who took my order was also very sweet and had great recommendations. I opted to go with the Half Philly Cheesesteak lunch combo meal which was really good. The steak was very tender and tasty. The cheese wiz was slightly on the salty side but still good. But the highlight for me was the Amoroso's bread. It was so fresh and soft and just melted in my mouth. Best quality roll I've had in a long time. This place has definitely gone back up as far as food standards and customer service goes. I used to live in Avalon and be a an avid visitor of Briantos. For anyone who comes in hoping to find a glimpse of the old Briantos...they are absolutely gone. This place has a true Philly attitude, meaning don't take your time looking at the menu and don't change your mind on what kind of cheese or toppings you want. We ordered chicken and steak Phillies that were absolutely delicious. Juicy, full of flavor and just the right amount of spice. The French fries were natural cut fries that were also crispy and cooked to order. The place really could use a really deep cleaning.
