DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SOUTH POINT HONDA. Just bought a brand new Honda CRV touring last Wednesday. I need a heated steering wheel because I have a condition that I lose circulation in my hands (Raynaud's). I took the car home with 90 miles and they ordered the heated steering wheel. It came in on Friday and we brought the car back (now with 630 miles) to install it on Monday. The steering wheel gets barely lukewarm which will not work for my hands. What are they willing to do for me? Buy the car back at 2393.00 below the price we paid. Of course we would still have to pay 1500.00 in tax and title. I cannot afford to take that type of loss. Additionally, we did not have the sale papers with us when we picked up the car. The General manager, Chris, tried to tell us the sale price was 31700 for the car. When we got home the papers confirmed the sale price was 32893.00 and not 31,700.00. Even when I called him from home to tell him the correct sales price, he still tried to argue his figures were correct. They are greedy, uncaring and dishonest. I am completely disgusted! This had nothing to do with our salesman, Anthony. I believe he would have taken the car back if he could. The managers are pathetic! read more

7am service appointment for an oil change... came out here at 8:30am and asked if they could repair a nail in my tire for $25... every place in town repairs a simple tire for free and after 90 minutes and an appointment, the oil change should be done. So now I get to go to Robertson next and get my tire fixed FOR FREE... wow... wish I could buy my next car from Robertson. TOTAL TIME AT HONDA - 2 hours 40 minutes COST - $78 SERVICE - OIL CHANGE and a ROTATION HAHAHA... boy they got me good. Will not be back to this location even for warranty work. Plus their cheap plastic exterior molding melted and warped on my Pilot (the most expensive car on the lot when I bought it which they also charged me to fix after the roof started leaking) so I guess after 7 new purchases over the years, I am officially done buying Hondas. read more

Since purchasing our Honda CRV in 2016, we have used South Pointe Honda for all oil changes and any service work. I have continued to use South Pointe because of the excellent service and great attitude of their staff such as Erik Eldorado. On my last visit I needed to use the courtesy van. Matt was very friendly and explained the time and effort that would be involved in getting the work done on our car. I will continue to use South Pointe Honda. I am absolutely disappointed at this place. I bought a car and during the finance part, I was completely lied to. I had asked the guy, who made sure to inform me several times that he had t gotten a chance to eat yet today, like it was my fault? Either way, I asked him about my tag title and licenses and whether or not he could do it, cause if not I was going to go back out and talk to Tim and get it fixed so I could get that included, cause I knew I would t be able to do it any other way. And he at that point said yes and pulled his supervisor in from the other room to get help and made me feel assured I didn't ha e to worry about this again. Well until 2 weeks later, and I received my title but no check. Then a month later still no check. Meanwhile, I made multiple calls to the dealership with no returned calls, I left multiple messages with no messages back. I was informed that the GM was always on vacation or not in the office then the "acting GM" never returned any of my calls back either. I am not stuck with my vehicle parked, not able to drive it, and have made every payment on it. I am very upset and have no clue what to do. I hope someone reads this and can help. I would not ever do business with them again and very upset I ever went there. The situation has not ever been resolved. I am still without a tag. I was informed that there's nothing they can do after they reran my credit, because when they initially ran my credit, it was ran 5 times so now I have a score that's been hit hard. Not okay. I walk inside, no one says anything although there were 5 people there(4 of them behind a desk). Only 1 person was helping a customer. Finally a guy lets me know we will help you in a minute. It's a very awkward experience when you walk into the South Point Honda service center. It's almost like nobody working wants to make eye contact. Customers in my experience stand there for sometimes extended periods of time without acknowledgment of any kind or any physical gesture that the employees even knows you are there. Someone needs to teach the South Point Honda service team what customer service looks like and MAKE them adhere to an acceptable customer contact structure. In my opinion when a Customer walks in door, service employee should always hi! Someone will be with you shortly (acknowledgement), make eye contact with your customers and make them feel welcomed. To be fair, I have always had satisfactory repairs and maintenance. It's simply just a socially awkward experience. read more

Bought a vehicle here and while they were attentive and helpful and got back to us during the process of buying a vehicle we ran into 2 issues after buying the vehicle one with registration and one with the extra warranty. We could not receive any help of any kind, take our calls or return calls or emails. It's like once they had our money that's as far as their customer service went. It's been very frustrating. We are still having issues trying to get someone to help us with a warranty issue and it's been 2 months with no answer. We cancelled the extra warranty shortly after getting the vehicle but never got refunded and we are still paying for a warranty and interest on it without the service. Friends that are looking for new or used vehicles I've told the good and bad when using this dealership. Also, we had to immediately get an oil change once we bought the vehicle and get windshield wiper fluid and repair chip in windshield. I would not recommend going here one bit, I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 3 years across Tulsa and this by far has me beyond displeased with their staff, conditions of the vehicle and the overall moral coming from staff members, first off, since we walked in the door I felt their attitude was very smug and uninterested in our business from one of the gentleman who sent for the car that we had called prior to arrival for. In my time of purchasing vehicles I've always been pleased with how welcoming salesman are in the car industry. As Will Carlow (I believe his name is) pulled the Honda Accord up front for us to look at, we approached the vehicle and immediately heard a belt noice that was unpleasant, as we looked at the logistics of the engine right away we noticed that the coolant liquid was sprayed all over the engine and hood, due to the cap not being on. We immediately brought it to his attention and asked why it was like that, his response was careless, saying " ohh well I just pulled it out the shop they were working on the power stearing, because with me just pulling it up for you it was hard to steer" we than expressed to him that the number one concern was RELIABILITY in a vehicle and this is just not going to cut it for us. So being that it is 27 degrees outside we waited in the lobby for our Uber to arrive, Will approaches us with his business card saying if we want to do a follow up on the Honda Accord just give him a call, and we said okay and took the card and proceeded to wait. He than approaches us again for the 2nd time saying "would you like me to text you when the car is available", and we said " no thank you we are going to keep looking for other vehicles because the conditions of this car was terrible" then he walks away and then for the 3rd time again approaches us and says "would you guys be interested in looking at other vehicles?" At this point, my family member(who is the purchaser of the vehicle) who suffers from bipolar and anxiety, says "no man I'm not interested in anything with you folks, due to the fact that online your car fax on the vehicle came out clean (obviously not, according to the power steering issue you mentioned earlier) and the fact that I called up here prior to my arrival and you folks said to come on down to look at it for purchase, so no I dont want to look at anything else you guys have to offer, and please leave me alone I have bipolar issues and your making me upset" at that point Will yelled at me and my family member instructing us to leave the property in 27 degree weather. And from than on the gentleman that first greeted us proceeded to yell at my cousin saying to watch our language after my cousin had said that you(Will) is pestering me and I keep letting you know that I'm not interested in your services. And from than on it was a shouting match and they aggressively (all staff memebers) told us to get off the property and escorted us out the parking lot, while provoking us to get physical with us. As a person who is a store manager in sales and customer service I would never treat a customer they way they treated us from the moment we walked in. read more

My brother bought there top of the line Honda type R that only had about 12 miles on it and paid about $40,000 and we bring it home the next day after they detailed it and we found a chip on the right rim starches all over the car and some place were the clear coat bubbles up a little bit. And then 4 Months later when my brother was heading to work he stopped and got gas well when he got back In the car and started it it had a check engine light on so he took it back to south point they did a diagnostics on the car and it came back and said the car was over rev but it did't say what rpm it over rev at it just said it was over rev. And know since it did this he is out about $7,000 to get the valve replaced all because I go and put gas in my car like what car does that other than a Subaru like I thought these car were reliable I guess my brother should of bought a ford in this case because that what it basically did at least ford would cover it under warranty none like Honda and watch and few months later the same thing gonna happen again. Just watch Because clearly this car is a lemon I swerve if it does Honda and south point is going to have a big law suit on there hand because my brother didn't fight for his country so come back and retire and have a kid and he goes and buy this car because he loves civics and this is what Honda gives him. For buying there top of the line car like really that some terrible service on there part and I hope to god that south point gets shut down cuss no one should have to go through this when buying a knew vehicle. Especially there top of the line car that supposedly has broke the Record for the fastest front wheel drive car on the nurembergring. Roy NEVER pressured us to buy from them, he asked what we could afford to spend, and did we have a trade in. We told him our budget, and he said they could work with us and make sure we did not spend one penny more than we had offered. After checking out another car from a near by Mazda dealership, we did not hesitate to go back to Roy and the team at South Pointe. We did our trade in (they gave us more than KBB value) and brought down the price of the 2016 Ford Focus more than $2000.00 dollars than asking price. No Haggling, no shady business you come to expect from a used car dealership. We were in our new car, and out the door, in less time than a shopping trip to the mall. It was a pleasure doing Business with the Guys at South Pointe. When we need a new car down the road, we will go back to Roy first, for sure. I see so many negative reviews about car dealerships and had a sick stomach going in to this. What a waste of time on my part. I have had nothing but excellent service at South Pointe Honda the two times I have visited. After hardly just moving to Tulsa from out of state, I unfortunately needed an immediate AC repair and chose this place on a whim...and am so glad I did! They fully explained the problem before fixing it, consistently kept me updated regarding its progress, and even were able to finish repair two days earlier than they originally stated. The second time I visited, it had been over a year since my last service and Ralph at South Pointe was absolutely wonderful in fully inspecting the car, explaining to me what he suggested in terms of repairs, and finishing the job within three hours. I purchased a vehicle from South Point Honda at the end of August. I did the financing through my own bank as the interest rates were better then South Point. So I took them the check and I drove away in my new used vehicle. All was good until we still had not received our title. I called our finance company and they have not received the title either. So I then called the dealership and that's when things went side ways. We were told on the very last day of our paper tag before it expired that we needed to bring the vehicle in and take it to Bixby tag office and have them do a VIN# scan so the title could be transferred from Tribal to State. Now there was no missed phone calls or emails or text from anyone at this dealership to advise us in advance that we needed to do this, and further more we were told we needed to take it to Bixby tag office or we could take it to any other tag office but we would have to pay to have this done. Apparently they have a deal at this tag office where they don't have to pay to transfer titles over. so after work on the day we find all this out and the day our paper tag expires I drop in at the dealership to discuss this with the manager. I ended up talking to Will who is over finance and told him all the above and he took a picture of my VIN# and mileage and assured me that this would be taken care of on the next day which was the 1st of the month. I asked for another paper tag, he made one but it was for 10 days. So on the 7th day of my new paper tag we again start the search for our title because we received a text from Chris the used car manager at the dealership that said our draft has expired and our bank would need to issue a new draft and that our bank now has the title. I called my bank and guess what? they do not have the title. After several times of the dealership telling us that our bank has the title and our bank saying NO they don't and they will not issue another draft until the title is received. So on day 40 we took the vehicle back to the dealership. We have since seen this vehicle posted on Facebook and Carguru for sale again. Buyer beware this is a very shady dealership and very unsatisfactory customer service. I personally will never purchase another vehicle from South Point Honda or any South point. They have the laziest service reps I've ever seen. This is second time they didn't want to do their job but still printed out the service sheet like something was done. I took it to Don Carlton right after to have them check and they had it fixed in an hour. How hard is it to check a battery? Today I took it and they were "too busy" to check tire censors with an empty bay. It wasn't until I noticed they were 37 minutes till closing that I was already at Don Carlton again who had it fixed within an hour. read more

Made an appointment with a salesman name Joel, he was very nice, he showed us the car, we liked it , then asked for the price, we tried to negotiate the price it was a little high, so we asked for a discount, he went and talked to his manager for few minutes and give us a price which we found in a different dealership so we asked if he can lower it an extra $250.00, he said let me talk to my boss, his boss came to us without saying hi or any thing, he said this is the final price even you buy the car or this is the door you can leave, me and my daughter and son-in-law were very shocked with the way he treated us he could say I can't lower the price and that's it, he was so rude his name Marcus Palmer I think, I dealt with a lot of car sales people and managers buying cars for me my wife and the kids, I never seen a rude person like this it was very bad, we left and went to another Honda dealership Dan Carlton Honda, what a big difference in the service and treatment, they were very polite and professional and bought a car from them and offer us a free tent for the car, and all season Matt's and free oil change for a year, south point Honda lost us because of a rude manager and I will contact Honda corporate office and try to reach the general manager and tell everybody about there bad service and unprofessional treatment read more
