I was checked in quickly and efficiently by a wonderful advisor named Nina. She took my information and escorted me to the waiting area. While waiting, I saw an employee who greeted me with a smile. We chatted a moment and he asked me about my service today. After a fried conversation, I found out it was the Service Manager, Travis. He was very nice, approachable, and eager to answer questions. Before I knew it, Travis came back and informed me that my vehicle would be ready soon. He was checking on his team and getting a status report. I thought that was a nice touch. When leaving, the service advisors were so nice. They got me processed and along my way rather quickly. My car was purring like a cat. I will be back. read more

Buyer Beware We purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit L Reserve -- the top-of-the-line model -- from South Richmond Jeep, Dodge, Ram. The vehicle's warranty start date is January 2024, and it is still fully covered under the bumper-to-bumper factory warranty. Over the past year, we suspected an internal coolant leak. The dealership's service department recently tested the vehicle and confirmed there is a coolant leak somewhere in the system. However, we were then told that the cost to diagnose and locate the source of the leak would be our responsibility, because Stellantis declined the dealership's request to proceed with warranty-covered diagnostics. So despite having an active factory warranty and a confirmed issue, we are being left to deal with it ourselves while the dealership and Stellantis point fingers at each other. In the meantime, my wife and child are expected to continue driving a vehicle that smells like coolant/antifreeze and requires us to carry extra MOPAR coolant in case it runs low. That's not only frustrating -- it's a potential safety concern. A premium, top-tier vehicle under full warranty should not leave customers stuck paying out-of-pocket just to find a confirmed problem. If you're considering relying on the Stellantis warranty process, proceed with caution. read more

We wanted to buy a car and clearly mentioned at least FIVE times that we don't have a test drive that day, as we already knew the model and were short on time. After spending around 30 minutes waiting for the quote, we were suddenly informed by the "Manager" due to company policy, it was not possible to receive a quote without first doing a test drive. This was frustrating, as we had clearly communicated this point multiple times beforehand. What was even more disappointing was the manager's attitude. When we questioned the situation, he responded sarcastically, asking if he would then get our business "in seven months." This came across as disrespectful and super unprofessional. Additionally, the salesperson appeared impaired during our interaction, which further reduced our confidence in the dealership. Buying a car is built on trust. If the experience starts like this, it's a clear no for us. I understand now why there are so many negative reviews. Thanks for the attention to this matter. South Richmond Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (the old Crossroads Jeep on Temple Ave.)has to be the worst Jeep dealership to deal with since ownership changed hands. It took them 3 months to get my vehicle in to service it. They had my Jeep for 5 days and when i called to see what they found i got the run around. I was told that my vehicle was currently in a bay, hooked up to the computer, so they could find the problem. Due to the shady way the guy was talking i decided to go to the dealership. I was there within 15 minutes only to find my Jeep sitting behind the shop. Engine and hood were ice cold. I checked the milage and it was the same as when i dropped it off. I spoke to cusromer care and Chris the owner. I was told that they would not tolorate an employee lying. The owner promised me that the service foreman and the technician would be riding together, driving my Jeep to try to duplicate the problem and that they would call me with what they found the following day. Four days passed and there were no calls from the dealeeship. I again went to the dealership. I called inside to talk to the service manager about my vehicle. I was told that she couldnt come to the phone because she was in a meeting. I was sitting in the parking lot at the time of the call. I immediately walked into the service area only to see the service manager in her office on the phone. Not in a meeting and obviously able to get to the phone. I spoke to the customer care agent again. The spoke to the service foreman who then pulled my vehicle into the service lanes and put a number on the mirror. At that time i took a picture of the milage on my Jeep. I was told that it would be taken care of and they would call me later in the day. By 4:30pm i had not heard from anyone. I went back to the dealership to find my Jeep parked behind the shop again. I got the custom care agent, and with me present, she asked the shop foreman what was going on with my car. He stated that they hadnt found anything and that THEY hadnt test drove it again since that morning. The customer care agent and myself got into my Jeep and upon starting it ishowed her the milage on the Jeep and the milage from the picture that i took earlier that morning. Guess what. The milage was exactly the same. THEY LIED AGAIN. They had my jeep 2 weeks and didnt make an edfort to try and repair anything. It has transmission issues and the radio needed an update. In 2 weeks they couldnt do a simple radio update. I spoke to the owner once again and told him that the employees lied to me and his customer care agent. He told me that he knew that he had problems and had someone tryi g to address the issues but he really didnt have a solution to getting the work done to my jeep other than telling me AGAIN that they would work on it. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! WHILE I WAS THERE I ALSO OBSERVED THEM TELL ANOTHER WOMAN THAT THEY COULDNT GET HER VEHICLE IN FOR OVER A MONTH TO DO A RECALL PART REPAIR. Talked on phone with a Rosalyn 12/2/2025 at 3:50 pm about a used car my husband and i were interested in. Was told we couldn't put hold on this car they dont do that sort of thing and we had a long 2 hour drive. Scheduled an appt for 12 pm the next day 12/3/2025 was told id get a car if anything changes with the car before then. He gets there at 11:15 am. this car has already been sold and i was never notified. Waste our fucking time and money to drive to them for absolutely nothing. Husband is still there as i am writing this. Also There's a 2019 Chevy traverse there that has 75k miles for $16699, id stay away, underneath is rusted, check engine light is one, and there's some sort of strap holding something else up under the suv. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on and got hung up on 9 times!!!! I had my car towed to them and the tow truck driver called to let me know he dropped it off and was told the tow was not covered!?!? I asked him how much he charged and he said $75.00. They paid the driver and added it to my bill times three!! THEN!! My battery cost over $600.00 including labor!!! FOR SURE this 2018 Jeep will no longer belong to me.... I would pick negative stars if I could. I had a horrible experience. I was working with Crossroads Henderson on a vehicle that was at their Prince George location, and after almost a week they told me that the car was sold a week prior. I happened to call the Prince George location after that to find out that the vehicle was available still, so I started to work up the deal on the car. I live about seven hours away from this location so I talked to the sales manager to make sure that they could hold the car and was told that I could put a $2,500-dollar nonrefundable deposit on it or we could fill out the credit application and write up the paperwork on it. I chose to do the credit applications for my daughter and myself, we worked out the interest rate and the payments. I told them that I would be coming the next day to finish the deal. That next day they sold the car to someone else, and I found out less that 1 hour before my arrival to their lot. They did not have the decency to pick up the phone and call me to see if I was on my way. before they sold the vehicle. I was told that they did not have time to call because they had customers, and that I had not signed any documents (which they never sent), and I ended up driving 1,000 miles and my daughter's, and my Credit scores both got lowered with nothing to show for it. This is very unprofessional business conduct. This dealership lies to its customers and shows no remorse for doing so.. I would not do Business with this place, and I hope this review helps others to not waste their time with them.... Very disappointed and dissatisfied. read more

I am not one to post bad reviews, but when it reaches the point that it has, something must be said. I purchased my Jeep from Crossroads in 22'. It was a new Wrangler Sport Unlimited. During the first year I took the Jeep there for its regular maintenance and ran into minor irritation (like the time they forgot the oil change portion of the service). We later moved to the other side of Richmond and I took it to a different location for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department of the new dealer pointed out how Crossroads stripped every single lug nut on my vehicle and they would eventually need to be replaced. I contacted Crossroads Service Manager who after consulting with the new dealers service manager, begrudgingly agreed to replace them. The only caveat was he would need to be there. After multiple attempts, I was near giving up. I booked an appointment with Crossroads to get my oil change, tires rotated, inspect the stabilizer they had replaced (and were failing again with wobbles), and give me my lug nuts! As you can see in the picture, I received confirmation yesterday of my Friday appointment, drove 40 minutes to the dealer, to be greeted with a sign that they are closed! I wasn't the only one standing there completely baffled by their incompetence. I spoke with Jeep corporate who were mortified and opened a case on the dealer. If I could give 0 stars I 10000000% would. By far the WORST dealership I have ever experienced. 1. Took my 2020 Jeep in to get looked at since the back window was leaking. That experience was good. I would have given this dealership 4 stars for that experience other than the fact the dude behind the counter was giving me an attitude about how long the parts would take to come in. Don't roll your eyes or talk under your breath. 2. It's been 2.5 months since I dropped my jeep off and am still waiting on the parts. I would call once a month to see the status of the parts since I am moving. Something I told them in the beginning was going to happen. They PROMISED AND ASSURED ME they could just ship the parts to my next home of record. Now that I am moving the parts manager or whoever he is is telling me they cannot help me and the parts cannot be shipped. 3. This man was EXTREMELY un professional and started to enrage me as he was talking to me like I'm some 16 year old kid. Overall this dealership has a group of unprofessional old folks who think they run all of colonial heights. If the manger or owner of this deal ship could see this review I would recommend your parts department or maintenance department to understand they are customer service. Not some millionaires working to sell a lambo. They can't just talk to whoever they want to how they want to. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. I hope this place goes out of business. read more

For two years, my wife was stationed at Ft Lee in Petersburg, VA. During our time there, I took her Jeep Renegade to Crossroads Jeep in nearby Prince George for all oil changes and service. We noticed a slight rattle coming from the front of the vehicle, so we asked them to diagnose it every time they had it. They gave a range of causes, from the after market lift kit to eventually settling on rusted screws the hold the skid plate and front bumper to the vehicle. Unfortunately, they were wrong on all accounts, and even more unfortunate, during their repeated misdiagnoses, the 100k warranty ran out. We PCS'd to Bliss in El Paso and took the renegade to another Jeep dealership. We asked them to troubleshoot the rattle (since Crossroads Jeep wasn't able), and they quickly found the problem to be a cracked front spring and rusted bushings on the front sway bar. The technician stated he was surprised no one at Crossroads was able to discover the problem; he said it was the first place he looked after driving it. The total to replace both front spring assemblies, sway bar, and bolts for the skid plate, plus labor, was over $3,600. If Crossroads Jeep weren't incompetent & inept and correctly diagnosed this problem one of the multiple times they serviced the car over a 2 year spread, our warranty would've covered this expense; instead, I will have to foot the bill. DO NOT go to Crossroads Jeep, and don't let your friends and family go there. This is totally unacceptable - my mission is to inform as many people as I can, so you or your loved ones don't have to go through this. Crossroads Jeep is absolutely worthless. I called to get some options and wanted to speak directly to the General Manager, Will, the guy from the commercial "don't tell me what you can't do but what you can do and I'll do the rest". Instead of being transferred to him, I was transferred to a receptionist who in turn said she could transfer me to some sales rep. Don't even bother calling or using their website. If you live nearby, then stop by and take a look. Otherwise, I wouldn't waste my time going there in person. $100 off the internet price doesn't even cover TTL. This is just another example of the old bait and switch scam. They say all of this great stuff on the commercial, but it's a different story when you get down to it. Only dealership I have dealt with that will flat out ignore calls. I just moved to the area and need work on my jeep wrangler. I have been calling to get a quote for new tires and a lot of maintenance work. They answer your first call then say please hold to just hang up on you a few minutes later. Then when you call back they will no longer pick up calls from your number. Will most definitely be taking my money and vehicle to a more competent dealership. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would, I had my car towed here because it was completely dead charged me $140 diagnose the problem and in the end they told me the battery just needed to be replaced so all together paid $338. Fast forward drove the car for approximately 72 hours and in the morning completely dead again so I had to get it towed out of pocket again and after holding my car for three days they told me the problem was my alternator and to replace that it would cost me $1038 so ultimately I towed it to a different shop and they told me the battery they gave me can't be charged so when I talked to the service rep to get the battery replaced because of the warranty he told me to just bring the battery back in so he can test it for the warrant and when I brought it back the technician called 30 minutes after and told me I needed to have the car towed as well so it would display the proper code had to call corporate to get it replaced and later found out that someone changed my call back information so I was waiting another 45 minutes to receive a call that would've never came. read more

Great service department and friendly staff! I came in for an oil change and they took me right away no wait times or anything. I sat in their waiting room for 25 mins and my vehicle was ready! I couldn't believe it lol my main dealership in NY has the worst service department, I once waited 4 hours for an oil change! So to hear my vehicle was ready In 25 mins was crazy! They also did a inspection and ran me through the good areas on my truck and things to be wary about in the future. No pushy sales to try and get another service from you. Brought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in for paint bubbling warranty issues on 31 Jul 2023. They took pictures, said they would be submitting the package up for approval and would be about a week before they would hear back. 7+ weeks later (today is 19 September), over a dozen left voice mails, countless calls made and put on hold purgatory for 45+ minutes, disconnected, etc. Still not a single call back, or answer to simple question on status. Physically went into the service deprtment today to get some face to face answers... None to be had. No idea if the warranty claim was submitted because the one who does that is out today. "Probably" was submitted though. How reassuring. I was told they would call me when they have an approval to do the work. I'll beholding my breath for that call. Horrible customer service. It had a starter issue that turned into a multitude of other problems. I have been subjected to a very long list of lies and excuses. First it was this part, which i paid 1000.00 +/-. Only to get in the car and absolutely nothing had been fixed. Imagine the look on the service writer's face when I came back inside and confronted him with the bad news. This was just after one week. Then I was told that the service tech would be on it until it was right. Week one turned into week 2,3,4,5,6,7,8, Each week came with more issues and more lies. As it turns out, The tech has not been on it till it was fixed. After talking to the "New" service manager today (the end of week 8, I find out my service writer is no longer employed at Crossroads. Today's conversation with the "NEW" service manager, did nothing to increase my confidence in the service department. He is going to call me with an update Monday morning. Its Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. Since its been 8 weeks plus now, what is 4 more hours today going to solve? The only 5 watt bright spot through all this is that I have had a loaner for the entire 8+ weeks. Saving a bunch of miles on the 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Which by the way will be the last Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram i will ever own. Which is saying a lot since I have had at least one Jeep since 2000. At one point, I had 3. A 2000 Cherokee, the 2010 Jeep Commander, and the 2020 Cherokee Latitude. Thanks Crossroads for steering me away from your dealership and Jeep products in general. read more

For anyone thinking about doing business with Crossroads Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram down in Colonial Heights, read this first. If I could give them no stars, I would. On Friday, my husband's Jeep shuts off while driving and he gets it towed over there to find out what's wrong. They say it's gonna cost $90 for a diagnosis and we agree to pay that. Today, we get a text from them saying that it's the crankshaft position sensor and they gave us an estimation of a WHOPPING $319!!!!! Y'all, just to break that down for you, this is a 10 minute job and a $20 part from Advanced Auto. That's the time and money it takes to do it yourself WITHOUT the resources they have in their shop. They knew our car wouldn't start and tried to back us in a corner to get our car back. Nick called and spoke to the service advisor today and asked why he was charging over $300 (for dropping five bolts, unplugging and replacing the old sensor, and putting the bolts back in). All he could do was stammer and not give Nick a response... so they definitely knew what they were doing was wrong and that we caught them trying to rob us out of hundreds of dollars. So, I assure you we did not pay the $319. Frankly, I wish we had just had it towed to Advanced Auto to run the diagnosis for free and not given Crossroads ANY of our business. We changed the sensor in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes and were back home in no time. Do yourself a favor and find a mechanic you can trust. Crossroads is most certainly not considered trustworthy and they will never get our business again. read more

We have never been treated so well anywhere and by no one. they work with you with all your questions and concerns. My wife and I bought 2 vehicles from here both with a warranty my wife has had problems with her tire pressure sensor coming on randomly an not going off an when you check the tire pressure they are fine she also had a problem with oil leaking around her oil cap on to the engine when we took it in they cleaned it up an then drove it 70 miles an then said that they couldn't find anything wrong with it an didn't even bother in filling the tank back up the second vehicle we purchased 3 months ago an today when I went into a store an came back out 30 mins later it wouldn't start they told me the vehicle was well taken car off an that they knew the person really well that had it before me well needless to say crossroads will never have my business again read more

I got such a good feeling talking to Wes that I didn't even go back to my 'home' dealer with free inspections, and they (Crossroads) had the lowest, no shop supplies or other BS rate for the update too! Wes (writer) and Kevin (MasterTech) got the job done for the quoted estimate. All my nervousness about dealing with a dealer was wasted. (I always buy a real manual and do ALL my own repairs, until this option/computer stuff.) I was pleasantly pleased, would recommend this team. read more

I took my Jeep in for oil change and service checks. A they failed to notify me of a TPMS Failure indicator, and they did not check my rear wiper blade, which was bad. They didn't even mention either of these problems when I picked my Jeep up. But they did have Nice service personnel. read more

Still having transmission problems with my 2016 Ram 2500 Diesel truck that has 27,000 miles. Transmission has failed and caused me to visit RAM Service Departments 4 times since 8/2019. The most resent trip being at the Crossroads Dealership on 8/25/2020. They are blaming me for water in the transmission and tell me I need to call my insurance company. How did that get in there is my question. The warranty is for 100,000 miles or 5 years but does not cover their service work apparently! This is my 1st Ram truck and it was special ordered in 3/2016. The Customer Service Hot Line is there to back the service manager's opinion and Not the Customer! I tried to communicate with every link Ram/Chrysler has that I can find. It's the customer's fault for buying this vehicle! I've been told to contact a lawyer. Can anyone recommend a lawyer for all the mental emotion they have put me through? First time on beach the transmission broke and my 2 week vacation was ruined. Had to drive 10 hours back and forth from 1st breakdown. Warranty did even pay total cost for rental vehicle to drive. I took my truck in to these experienced 'mechanics' for a vibration issue. It took them 2 days to get to it and call with the heart stopping estimate. 3300$ to repair! I was shown the 'damage'. Being someone who works on his own cars and has a project car I was doubtful but they had me doubting myself. I told them not to fix it to just put it together and I would deal with it. They charged me for the 'diagnostic' and labor for putting the parts back together (10 bolts and fluid). The job they did is listed at 99$ on the screen that's not what I was charged. I take it to a reputable shop and its out in a day. 160$ total for a part that was easily seen on a lift and quickly noticed by actually checking. I went back to the dealer and asked why I was overcharged. They did note that I was overcharged for some parts but wouldn't back down on the incompetent diagnostic. I observed another couple that were being told that they had the same problem I did. I wonder if they were getting robbed too? I had also dealt with their parts department and I have price compared them and they are insanely overpriced on parts. I guess they need to pay for that fancy new building. Stay away and find a good reputable shop. These jokers will lie even when caught. They make the term 'stealership' a reality. read more

Worst service department I have ever been to. Took my 2013 Ram 1500 in for a rattle in the undercarriage and odd noise coming from the ac. Left it there all day and never got any calls to update. Called them at 4 and was told they looked at it in the morning and didn't hear anything. I requested that the technician ride with me to observe my complaints. After riding with the technician, he agreed to both of my complaints and said that he was going to order a muffler??? and they would look at the ac. Never got a phone call when the muffler arrived.....again, had to call them. Left the truck all day....again, had to call them at 4. They stated the muffler was changed and nothing was wrong with the ac. Truck still rattles....nothing was actually fixed. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

He called the mechanic up front and he basically called me a liar after several minutes of arguing. Service representative offered to put tires back the way they were when it came in.
