My next go to is always the papaya salad Lao style. I need the sauce as dark as it can get. It's just my preference. With a side of sticky rice. I love the spring roll as well. Love the crunch they have in the center of the spring roll so you get different textures and I love that. Lad na combination was delicious also, very flavorful. The server was a sweet young man.
