He personally took charge of pulling together our paperwork (not handing it off to someone else), making sure we had everything needed and coordinating the process. I asked some fairly tough questions that James handled well. We were evaluating 3 mortgage brokers at the time. The two other brokers were our current mortgage holder and the previous one (who sold the thing). We have no complaints about the other brokers. They all had competitive deals in the new "inflation related" mortgage finance world.
