From opening an account or applying for loans, there is nothung but professionalism and courtesy. They will also do as much leg work as they can before you come in because they value your time. Sara, Debra, and Jenny have been with the bank for many years. All three are caring, nice, and very professional. Christina, Jordan and Haley are behind the counter or at the window. All have a sweet spirit and are very personable and professional as well. It is a modern version of a hometown bank where you are known by name. Can't go wrong here. I have had the opportunity over the years to get to know these people. I have seen what they do in the community. What they do for their neighbors. I have also seen how kindly they treat and take care of the older generation. This is a bank you want your grandparents to use. I could go on, but you just have to see for yourself. First off we go to deposit a check 2 weeks ago and their computer system was down. So we gave them the information to open the account when there system comes back up after the weekend.. Then we were told we would be able to deposit our deposit through mobile banking. Then every expense I make their system Denys it even though the one they were worried about I answered the text indicating it was a valid expense. Next a relative sent me check to assist with expenses and I endorsed the back for deposit to First National Bank of Central Texas. An hour later they left a message for my husband to pick up the check and deposit it at Wells Fargo our other bank for over 20 years. Be very careful before having a banking relationship with The First National Bank of Central Texas.
