Now that my system has been underproducing below the original contract ; they are telling me the 19,000 KwH was a mistake? And they recommended I purchase a Tesla Solar Battery ( which we did through them) to assist in the underproduction. Anar is the owner and His team has left us with huge Electric Bills . My family ; friends and Coworkers do NOT Recommend this Solar company . Be Weary and read their contracts if you decide to be scammed by them . Not only did he say he would come look at it, after he determined the problem I tried to pay him and he refused. It was going to involve Centerpoint coming out to run a bypass line. On Saturday morning two guys came out and ran the line. They informed me what had to happen next. I called Frank and asked him to do the work. He immediately filed for a permit, got all the lines tagged for cable, gas, electricity. I as sit here, Derek and Chris are sweating their ass off doing the work. 45 feet of trench, 28'' deep dug out by shovel. I cannot say enough good about these guys or this company. They took care of all…read morethe paperwork and permits and gave me 10% more solar capacity for 10 percent less money than Tesla wanted. Sold, and they did. They drafted up the whole HOA proposal, filed it and paid the permit fees. Dealt with everything from the energy provider. The HOA proposal was 18 pages long, and they wrote it. And the cost was less than Tesla wanted. Of course, Tesla came back and said, hey, we'll match that price. But at this point, it's too late. Like, why do I want to go back to you guys? Tesla energy is hard to work with and was being unreasonable. I signed the contract moved on, bought it from solstice. No regrets. I did still get the Tesla powerwall 3 and Tesla controller. Install was super smooth. ASHLEY is great to work with!
