I saw the Imagine Van Gogh immersive experience here. I was very good but I only saw one other show like this.... In Paris at Atelier Lumiere and it was AMAZING. One thing that was distracting is that the ceiling was exposed making it not seem like a fully surrounded experience. Also the loop was only about 20 minutes and then images and music repeated. If you were unfamiliar with the art of Van Gogh I don't think this would make you fall in love with him. That being said, if you can't get to Paris and you love Van Gogh check this out.

I had the chance to check out Boston Magazine's annual Taste event. I was so excited to check out this newly renovated venue and eat some yummy Boston food. SoWa Power station was beyond gorgeous inside, and was extremely spacious - despite there being a large crowd at the event. The convenience of the parking was great for Boston - there was a great deal of parking right outside of the venue. Looking forward to visiting again for future events!

Extremely uninspiring and the real surprise is $30 to park for 45minutes! Don't waste your time or money!

I was very unsure which area to stay in, but I'm so happy I chose CCB because the location is absolutely perfect. Back Bay is very nice and safe. You even have a wonderful park just outside the doorstep to walk around, and the lovely Boston Commons only two blocks away. Check-in/out was one of the most seamless experiences I've had with hotels/airbnbs. I didn't have to check in with anyone, and I received the door code a few days before. They have a lovely dining room for guests with homemade cookies, fruit, coffee and tea. Unfortunately I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but I'm sure it's great too. CCB is really the perfect mix of a hotel and bed/breakfast. I was unsure about doing the solo room with a shared bathroom, but other than having to wait for the other guest to finish his shower so I could take an urgent bio break, it was no issue at all and I would hands down do it again. I'm pretty sure the other floors have a bathroom if you absolutely need it though. For the location, price, comfort, and amenities, College Club of Boston is a no brainer. I got the please to quickly meet the GM on my way out, and she is super sweet. I even left my airpods in the room, and without hesitation they are shipping them back to me. 5 starts forsure.

The venue itself was breathtakingly beautiful, clean, and presentable. We requested a charcuterie board, champagne, and fruit platter, and it was stunningly displayed and high quality. There was a great mini-bar. Anna the manager was very responsive and accommodating. I am extremely pleased with our experience and would 100% recommend this venue!

Loved all the games on the tables to play while waiting for our ping pong table to be ready. We ordered drinks at the bar and I loved my Curious George! So good! We got some snacks at the ping pong table and they were good too. The fries were cooked perfectly but the pepper ketchup wasn't my favorite. We ended up ordering 2 fries so I must not have minded the ketchup too much. We got the hop pop chicken tenders and found them to be ok. They were a bit overcooked, so they probably would be better less crisped. The place is huge! The employees were continually walking around scooping up all the ping pong palls and making sure everyone was taken care of. I love the net tool they had for collecting the balls. My niece loved the ping pong ball bath. She jumped in it about a dozen times. I wish we had something like this near me, it was great family fun and could turn into adult fun in the evening with lots of amazing drinks.

It's a really fun activity that you don't get to do frequently, paired with amazing food and drinks. There is an old carousel type of theme to it inside and it's really aesthetically, pleasing, with a lot of spots for good photos. The staff is also incredibly hospitable, always checking in on us, offering recommendations, and cheering us on in our game of darts. I also really like how the tables are sectioned off here, so it feels like you have a lot of privacy with your group of friends. Definitely a fun activity and I always recommend This when somebody wants to do a little bit more than just go out to eat and drink!

There were several different games to play while competing with the people in your lane and comfy seating to rest and socialize in when it wasn't your turn. One of the highlights for me was the food. The buffalo chicken sliders were SO good. They had perfectly cooked and tender chicken meat paired with delicious sauces. It was by far the most popular item we got and lots of people went back for seconds. I'm personally not the biggest fan of darts, but it was also an enjoyable experience to just chat while watching the ongoing games and trying the food.
