Super close to my family's house. NO trouble getting in (I was actually the only one there on a Saturday afternoon?). Seated right away. Not a huge selection of colors but they had all the ones I usually like. Nail tech was in a bit of a rush/kind of rough and damaged my pinky nail. I teared up a bit. In fairness I have super thin nails naturally and I had some damage from a manicure I got about 6 weeks ago. I probably should have warned her knew right away and was much gentler from then on so points for that. Nice hand and should massage. It's pretty much a perfect manicure. Will see how long it lasts! Update: this was the longest lasting manicure I've ever had! It lasted more than three weeks. read more

I like trying new places and this nail salon looked promising. Unfortunately, the manicure I've got might just be the worst one in my entire life. The lady that was taking care of me was sloppy and rushing the entire time: 5 min after she had started on me, another customer walked in. Since she was the only one working that day, she rushed through my manicure and obviously did a bad job. She didn't cut my cuticles, just scraped my nails actually hurting me. She put too much nail polish on my nails and didn't let it dry properly in between coat so it came out all bubbly. Even though they have punch cards, I will not be back. It's not worth it. Update after my service finished: I would give fewer stars but want people not to write off a 1 star review. After all the waiting and a very rushed pedicure to catch up with the rest of the people who were now waiting, I spoke politely to the owner as she was taking off my flip flops to begin to say I was disappointed and she started to talk over me telling me it wasn't their fault because of traffic and then I asked to continue speaking and she cut me off said just don't pay and walked away. Honestly I wish I weren't so disappointed. I want to give grace but the lack of apology or appreciation of my time was disappointing here. It is now 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I am in the pedicure chair currently still waiting for my technician to arrive as I compose the review. I did a walk in yesterday but they couldn't fit me in (no problem) so I made an appointment for today. I got here a minute or so early and there were two technicians working on clients. One asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. She said to pick a color. As far as I could see mine was the only actual appointment that morning. Then I was told it would be 30 minutes before my technician would arrive as she was in traffic. I asked if I could have been called ahead of time and they said they just spoke to her. I went for a walk (definitely put off, but grace, right?). Come back 30 minutes later and technicians are still working on their clients and no one else has shown up. One person goes to the back and makes a call and prepares a tub. I ask if they are on their way and they say yes. I soak and 15+ minutes pass before the tech comes in. The technician is doing their job and also I notice, a bit sniffly. I go back and forth in my head but decide to ask if they are vaccinated because I REALLY don't want to get my first pedicure since the pandemic from someone unvaccinated and sniffling. She says yes but also that anyone can get sick, even if you're vaccinated. It makes the experience less than relaxing and rejuvenating on so many levels. On the plus side the decor is nice and not loud. No one has indicated any type of discount or sincere notice of my time. Very disappointed. read more

My wife and I both stopped in for pedicures and were able to get in pretty quickly. The facility is smaller, with only four or five pedicure stations and four or five manicure stations. However, they were efficient without being rushed. The decor is minimalist, chic, lots of wood and bamboo. It was very nicely done. The whole salon was extremely clean and tidy. I was very impressed. They also have a great selection of polish colors and styles. I have a pedicure by Patty, who was very attentive and put in some elbow grease on getting my poor dry heals back to good skin. She was very precise with the polish and cleaned up around the toe with any spots that got on my skin. Excellent pedi! After we were done we had our toes under driers for a little bit and she gave us each a five or so minute back and neck massage. Truly wonderful! We only live a few blocks away and frequent the restaurant next door so we will certainly be back. read more

I took my 4 y/o here for her first mani/pedi for a wedding we're both in. I was a little nervous because she was so young and rarely sits still, but they were incredible with her. Later I realized I had only booked her for a pedicure, but they did her manicure without even mentioning it. Everyone treated her so kindly and it didn't bother the staff at all that she was singing and talking the whole time. They even have child pricing. I enjoy testing out new nail salons, but I wasn't satisfied with my experience here. It's very clean and the owners are polite, but I worked with the only other nail tech who wasn't experienced. I spent 2.5 hours here. For a no chip mani/pedi. The nail tech spent over an hour prepping my feet before polish only for the owner to finish what the other lady started because she didn't do it correctly or enough. The owner finished my pedicure, and she does good work. Her husband then did my manicure because she had an appointment. He took another hour. Just working on my cuticles. And another 30 minutes just for polish. The color I gave the initial nail tech for the mani wasn't the color she picked out, so I also don't even have the color I wanted. Since I was there there for over 2 hours I just didn't care anymore because I was so eager to leave! I wouldn't recommend this place--2.5 hours spent is just ridiculous for mediocre work. Let me just add that there was only 1 other person in the salon too, so it's not like it was busy whatsoever! read more
