Went for a pedicure and was charged for a pedicure but they literally took off my old polish, had me dunk my feet in the foot bath to get the dust off from taking off the polish. Never got to soak my feet. She didn't cut/trim my cuticles. Trimmed a few nails but they all needed cutting. Didn't file anything. Then just re-painted them. Then left to do the other person in my party. Eventually came back and put some lotion on my legs but that was the worst "pedicure" I've ever had. Had to ask her to fix several spots. Do NOT come here!! I came in on a Friday as a walk-in to get my gel nails removed. For context I had my nails done in a salon in Korea as I was traveling 3 weeks ago. These were my natural nails, no extensions, no acrylic, no dip polish, and I didn't want any repainting done. There was only 1 woman working at the salon that day. When I came in she was currently working on a pedicure with another client, and I asked if she would have time to remove my gel polish, she said yes. She then had me soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone for 25 minutes, while she finished her original client. Time passed, she comes to check on me, realizes that the gel hasn't flaked off yet, then proceeds to wrap my fingers with foil and acetone cotton balls for 10 more minutes. She comes back and files the top of 7/10 of my nails with the nail filer and says "this gel product is too thick and it's not budging, I can't take off these nails," mind you, she keeps filing the tops of my nails as she says she won't be able to take them off. They also did not have or use a nail remover machine that most salons used to scrape off the gel. So, I ask her what my options are and she says "we can cut your long nails, but I can't take all the gel off." At this point I don't want to cut my nails if the gel is still going to be there looking filed like this. So I ask since this is out of her experience I'd like to find a different nail tech who can help me, and she lets me leave without charging me. If you want an experienced nail tech that will give you quality service and knows what they are doing, I do not recommend coming here. read more

LOVELY SALON! First went here with my sister earlier this year. The place is quaint with low music that is pleasing and relaxing to listen to. Natalie, the owner, is a joy to talk to and remembers me every time now. We got pedicures with TRACY, and boy is she good! She was extra careful with my toenails and didn't clip the sides of the nails as some technicians tend to do (I get ingrown nails easily). She made sure the nails were clipped and filed straight and equally. Tracy also did a very thorough job on my calluses, which aren't extensive, but some salons go too hard to the point of hurting rather than helping them. Not Tracy! After she was done, my feet felt the smoothest I have ever felt from a salon. Then she massaged my legs and feet for what felt like 15 minutes. The color was beautifully applied and lasted three weeks! I couldn't believe the value for the amazing job Tracy did. Have been requesting her ever since!
