Where do I start, i went in for a couples massage and asked not to have a male masseuse, it's just not for me. So half way through my massage he speaks for the first time and I realize I got a man and I'm not happy or relaxed at all They are clearly not certified massage therapists, they have 1 kind of massage and don't ask about what areas you want worked on, the don't even write your name down or need any information from you which I thought was strange. He skipped every area I needed to be worked on so it was a complete waste of money, pretty much just rubbed my back. My masseuse was AMAZING. She was so friendly and welcoming. It was my first time getting a full body massage so I had no idea what to expect but she made it such a relaxing experience. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she had bangs? Middle aged Chinese woman. I had a private room which I love because I was basically naked and obvi didn't want to share a room with someone else. She massaged me from head to toe and there were some parts of the massage that hurts LIKE A BITCH but it was so worth it after. My favorite part though was the little mini scalp massage she did. My fucking favorite. I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep. She always checked up on me to make sure her pressure wasn't too hard and I really appreciated that. I had a Groupon for $40 and also tipped her $20 because I thought she deserved it. I give her and all the masseuses props because it is a lot of work massaging people for an hour repeatedly all day. Awful experience. Save your money & time. Go elsewhere. This place is very unprofessional. Customer service is nonexistent. Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't even greet/welcome us. Asked me for my phone # & appt time, then asked me for my payment. She explained that she had a Groupon. They told her that they usually have 20 appointments a day and if they have any time left, they use that for Groupon appointments but they were full today. BUT, if she wanted to cancel the Groupon and pay cash, then they would honor the Groupon price. Where's the logic in that statement? They said that they use Groupon for advertising only. 1. The Groupon for 1-hr is sold for $54 and they claim regular price is $120. That's a lie. The regular price is $60. So the discount is only $6 or 10%. 2. The Groupon states that deep tissue is included. When you ask about Balk Walking or deep tissue the woman on the phone tells you that's an extra charge of $15 from $60 to $75. This is new. They used to charge $40 for an hour of deep tissue and back walking only recently. Then it went up to $60 overnight. Suddenly they claim $60 is just light touch which is pure BS. 3. So now for $75 they will still demand a tip. 4. Name used to be Spa City on Yelp. Now it is Massage 360. No idea if the sign out front has changed though. They have a sister location in Cupertino near Foothill. This is a sad turn of events for this place. It will lead to closing it down soon enough. Who will pay $75 for a massage in Campbell? My husband and I went here through a group on purchase. They were really easy to make appointment with they speak English well. The couples private room is very cute and private. The massage therapist were really good at finding our tight knots and working them out. They both kept checking in regarding the pressure and how firm we liked to be massaged. I always like firm and strong and the massage therapist delivered! I usually have to remind therapist to go more firm. But I didn't have to. They knew exactly how strong they needed to massage me. I really wanted to like this place, I did. But the truth is this place needs to work a few things out. The BAD; * Major communication/ organization issues. * (1st experience) Masseuse's massage skills were questionable at times... Parts of left me feeling like my bf could have done a better job. The lack of communication came in here when I was not asked what level of pressure I wanted. Granted maybe I should have spoke up but I thought maybe I should just 'go with the flow' because I hadn't been here before. When I started to wince when certain parts were too much or when I just told her plainly that it hurt- she laughed. I had to only assume she didn't know what I was saying. When I handed it to the lady she said thank you and I was about to leave. But then a different lady started arguing with her and I felt uncomfortable enough to ask if "everything was ok?" The man sitting on the couch told her in English "she paid". I told them that they wrote down the payment in a notebook the day of sale for my gift cards if they wanted to check. But I also had two different cards the man (sitting on the couch) had given me. Everyone seemed every confused about it but I did indeed pay them $80 for 2 massages the previous Sunday. In the end, I walked out after confirming with the guy that everything was fine. This was not only embarrassing but made me feel uncomfortable. I'm not in the business of scamming anyone and that's how I felt they were making me feel. Maybe get a secretary or something. Something else that was a bit annoying when when I tired calling earlier in the day for the appointment. What I said was simple. " I would like to know if there is appointments open at 6pm for 2 massages". It took 3 people transferring back and fourth to finally tell me that it was okay. In Campbell the other day for a training seminar, so I wandered around the neighborhood afterward and discovered this place. The decor was wonderful and there was plenty of nice people staffing the spa. I asked for a back and body massage, after a little conversation amongst the staff I was invited to a back room and got an hour full body massage. They have showers there too if you would like to take one prior to your massage. The massage was good and the lady doing the massage was very attentive but not all that big on conversation. All in All a good experience. I think they should put English speaking staffers in the front but everything else was nice. As you can see from my other reviews...I am a Foot Spa massage addict. This place, though $10 more than most, is completely and entirely WORTH IT. I actually had (as of this day) the BEST massage of my life here from two different ladies. It was similar to a Reiki massage, there was definately some energy work going on. What is so amazing is they "read" from the feet via reflexology. I didn't tell them about my back/knee injury, and the lady KNEW and even adjusted pressure accordingly on the injuries/ asked if pressure was ok. Their work is really an art form. The 1 hour foot and table massage for $35 starts in the chairs. They soak your feet and spend a whole 15 min on each foot. Bliss is correctly named. Next, you move to the table in the private room, for another 30 min. Don't be shocked if you get a bottom massage if you have a tight glutes or low back. They are extremely professional, but you may feel a little odd with your butt in the air but let them do their job, I'm telling you it is the only way to get rid of the pain. Note: not all of them do this. If you are female with a male massage therapist, you will not get this or visa versa. This place is clean, the staff speak little to no english, but they use the "spa menu" to point and are always checking on pressure. I'm telling you...I'm such a huge fan. I wanted to try the place down the street from my house. Worst decision ever! I spent $65 dollars to be beaten and molested. The lobby was nice and I was greeted by a young lady who spoke English. Once in my room under the sheet ready to get a relaxing massage, a woman begins to fight with my hair, then when I response to the pressure hurting me, she asks softer or something close, and reply yes. However, it becomes clear she doesn't know English. She goes on to barely oil my back when massaging, shoving her elbows into my slim frame, and then she moves down. She pours oil into my butt. Digs out the back on my knees and torments my legs to the point I am silently screaming into the head circle. She doesn't understand English so nothing I say helps. To top it off, while massing my legs the sheet was pulled to the small of my back exposing my buttocks, her hands go a little too high and slip into my over oiled bum!!!! Twice! Once it was over I could barely walk. Feeling obligated I left a tip and walked out. Then the lady at the counter stopped me on my way to tell me I needed to tip her! Calling in to make an appointment (they are by appointments only) the receptionist that picked up was rude. The day of the couples appointment, we had our appointment at 10am. They told us to take everything off besides our underwear. The massage itself was good. They used the right amount of pressure and asked (just not that frequently which allowed me to actually relax) if they amount of pressure was okay. At one point they used a hot towel which was perfect temperature! They provide you with hot water at the end. If needed they can provide one guy to massage one individual and a female to accommodate to your significant other. The massage was about an hour long with relaxing music in the background. I've been here twice with my boyfriend. The first time we went there, we were graced with the lady who had no problem burping repeatedly. It was funny by far and didn't bother anyone. We get the $20 foot massage which is amazing! They not only give your feet plenty of attention but they also massage your neck, arms, and thighs. The ladies here know what they are doing. I found Spa City through Groupon. They had a 1 hour couples massage deal for $70 along with Groupon's extra discount for local deals which made it only $56.40. This is by far the best price for a couples massage I have ever gotten. I was able to schedule my appointment for the day and time I wanted, they were friendly on the phone. Our appointment was for 1pm but we arrived 5 mins late. The parking lot was packed so we had to park in the back away from the entrance. Be sure to arrive early for parking. Also 880 had a lane closed which added an extra 8 minutes. By the time we checked in, undressed and got situates on the table it was already 1:10 but they did not make us feel bad about being late. The massage itself for me was a 7.5/10 it wasn't too hard like many places, if anything it was almost too soft at times and started to tickle. There was no consultation to ask which areas needed the most focus but just be sure to tell them if there is a certain area you want them work on like neck or shoulders. My calfs are sensitive and cramp easily but I let her know to be gentle in that area and she was. Everyone here speaks and understands English well so there is no communication issues. When the massae wa over I noticed it was 2:10pm. They still gave us a full hour even though we were late and I really appreciate it. The price makes this a great value. They have a menu listed with hot stone and other services as well. I highly recommend trying the Groupon deal and if you enjoy it then you can sign up as member and get discounted massages.
