I went here and made 2 appointments 1 for me and 1 for my cousin for the folliowing day at 11am. When we showed up they had no clue what I was talking about but just brought us in to to be massged right away They sat us in the massage chairs adn walked away for 10 minutes and adn then they came back . They hardly spoke to either one of us and when they did it was Broken english. During what was supposed to be my massage the man disapeared for 10 minutes and then came back and then told me to follow him to another room and where he told me to lay down FACE down and he began to massage me on top of my clothes. Finally he was finished and said OK YOU DONE and walked out of the room Leaving me there confussed when I went to pay already I felt irritated because of the 2 times he disappeared and then tells me at 11:55pm Ok YOU DONE. SO I politely paid for the massages and Sorrybut only LEFT a $5.00 tip positive things about the Day was .... There was not very much in the way of ambience: there was little to no music, like it might have been coming from next door and there were no pleasant smells or sounds like I've experienced in other spa places. So if that stuff matters to you, this might not be your favorite place. But if you want a really good massage for a good price in a convenient location, this is a great choice. read more

Came here for a couples massage and requested Susan and Anna who were both great. This is your no-frills, deep tissue Chinese massage. I didn't have any issues with unfriendly receptionists or masseuses and made sure to vocalize if the pressure was too much or where I'd like them to focus on. Language barrier can be a slight issue, but I overcompensated for that by being friendly and trying to make sure there were no miscommunications. Considering how cheap this was with a Groupon, I don't have any hesitations about coming back for a deep tissue massage. They also give you one massage free after you get 10. read more

We went for our third couples massage last night and they get better and better every time we go. My review will be based on all 3 visits but last night was by far the best massage I've ever had and I've many over the years. We had Amy and Daisy. Wonderful ladies. *This is not a spa so the name is misguiding. There are no bells and whistles, no plush robes, no fancy waterfalls, infused water or fruit. DON'T STOP READING! *Take your own water. They do give you water but it taste horrible (this is coming from someone that hates all water) so take that for what it's worth to you. *It is clean *The prices are outstanding and the massage is worth every dollar *You are in a private room and not in one big open room *They speak English *They are very tentative to the pressure you want and often check throughout the massage to make sure the pressure is okay. If you don't like it hard then you must tell them. They are not mind readers. *Plenty of parking *It is best to make an appointment *We have never had to wait and we usually arrive early *It is located between two other businesses so you do get sound from those. I passed this place nearly every day, avoiding it since I never saw any customers. Once it was finally reviewed on yelp (5-star, no less), I decided to give it a shot. Called in an appointment for 5pm. No problem. Then I showed up at 5pm. No one in the store. Stood there for a good 2-3 minutes, called to the back of the building, where the massage rooms are.... no response. WTF? The front desk phone actually rang twice while I was standing there... no one showed up to answer it, of course. I went back to my car. In hindsight, I should have left. But instead, I waited in the parking lot. After 5 minutes or so, I saw a man stroll over to the store and go in. I followed him in and asked about my appointment. He looked at me as if he'd seen a ghost. I mentioned my phone call from about 2 hours earlier -- I guess this wasn't a typical situation for them. He eventually figured out that a customer wanted to pay him money for a massage. The masseuse showed up and he motioned for me to go back with her until, halfway back, he asked me come back and pay first. Ok then. - Shower was OK except all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were empty. Still, it was the best part of the whole experience. - Massage was really mediocre. The masseuse was inept. After the first 3 minutes, I couldn't wait for it to be over. - At one point, she was like, "oh, I forgot to do left leg"... and then did my left leg. Thank god, I didn't want to miss out on my daily awkward left leg massage. - The masseuse had no idea how much massage oil to use. Every few minutes, she pumped a ton of oil onto her hands and dumped it on me. Then she repeatedly wiped her hands off on the sheet which was draped over me. Anyway, this was my last time going to Bliss Day Spa. There are much better choices for massage in Campbell. The Acupressure place a few doors down in the same strip mall is excellent, at the same hourly price ($50). read more

I came in here today. I fell asleep while I was getting a massage and my purse was on the ground. When I opened my wallet to pay, I was short of money. I had exactly $55 when I left the house and I looked into my wallet and now there was only $35. I gave my credit card to pay for my massage as I couldn't find the money to pay her. When I tipped her $5 for the massage which was 15 percent, the masseuse yelled at me and threw the money at me. She demanded more, I was in shock. Only when I left the place and checked every item in my bag did I realize my money was STOLEN by the same woman who was upset with my tip. What a rip off. My Money was taken while I was asleep. My boyfriend and I came to this location for a couples massage. The front desk girl seemed a bit unprofessional, but not rude or anything. We waited about 5 minutes before being escorted to the room. I wish they had little cubbies or something to place our belongings in. We were a little lost as to where we were supposed to put our clothes and shoes at first...til we saw the hooks on the back of the door (it was pretty dark in there). The two women who massaged us walked in and immediately started on our bodies without saying a word, so I didn't catch either of their names. I love the type of massage they give. It doesn't exactly feel like a Swedish massage - it seems like they aim to massage pressure points. My person had just the right pressure after I asked her to lighten up. My boyfriend had some issues with his person tickling him. To be fair, he's incredibly ticklish, but I feel like the massage could've been adjusted so that he didn't feel so tickled. Ladies, try not to wear any make-up since they massage your face too (it's awesome). The scalp massage was also very enjoyable. For the price, I would return to this location. It looks legit but it is just a facade. The front desk girl is awful. She barely speaks, never makes eye contact, then barks commands that are extremely hard to understand. The fact that they don't take names is odd, and you don't ever get anyone else's name... again, wierd and uncomfortable. Massage was by far the worst I've ever had. I had one of the best massages I've ever had yesterday by a woman named Sasa. She definitely got all my knots out! I would have given 5 stars except for 2 things: the Asian girl at the front desk (wish I'd got her name) was NOT friendly at all. Maybe she was having a bad day but you can always fake a smile for the sake of your business! Second, I've always had massage therapists ask me if I have any sensitive areas or body parts I don't want touched. Sasa did not ask me anything ahead of time, and fully exposed and massaged my bare butt :( Also, her hands got a little too close to my private parts for my comfort. The worst massage we have ever had. My husband and went in for a couples massage... we had made the appointment at least a week prior when we showed up the gal at the receptionist desk didn't even have us listed but decided to go ahead and let us in. Normally we are given sheets to fill out to ask what areas we would like to have worked on whether we would like to have a deep tissue massage a soft tissue massage, what areas to stay away from just the usual type of information that most massage places ask you about and usually your name this place did not do that. There was no ambiance in the waiting room. We were offered nothing to drink while we waited. We didn't wait long (only thing I can pleasant about this place. My husband and I were actually shocked when we walked into the room together. What we should have done was turned around and left! There was no low lighting, perhaps one candle lit, we don't recall any music, could be because we were disgusted and in dismay that this did NOT appear like any couples massage we've EVER had before! AGAIN no communication... let me tell you I'm a small woman and I was tense the entire time wondering what area of my body she was going to beat on next. Now my husband is a bigger man and felt beat up afterwards as well! The beds were not clean. I ended sick. I really can't blame them... but the place is NOT clean. When we got up to leave I had to help my husband literally get up from his massage bed! Here's the real KICKER... AS WE CAME OUT OF THE ROOM WE WERE OFFERED TWO LITTLE DIXIE CUPS OF WATER, ASKED IF "WE HAD PAID?" (First communication we've heard from at all) then the other gal ask "DID YOU LEAVE A TIP?! C'MON?! I said "of course" and a very generous tip for being pounded on for an hour! She high she RAN before we could even leave this piss pot. NEVER AGAIN! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY. The girl at front desk struggled with understanding me on the phone and felt a little unprofessional. As the front desk manager it's important to be able to communicate clearly. The Campbell location was easy to find and convenient. I was rather surprised that I didn't have to fill out any forms regarding health or medical history. Made me a little nervous in terms of whether they have insurance or are aware when clients have neck injuries/are pregnant etc. The male masseur was friendly. I personally did not find the massage enjoyable (have never had a negative experience before and I've had plenty of massages). I did not enjoy that he seemed unfamiliar with anatomy and worked against the direction of my muscles, often dragging my muscle against the bone (unpleasant). I am not sure whether he was untrained or very new to the profession. Other masseurs at this facility may be great but my experience was not a good one. I would not go back. read more

I always have neck and back pain, massage really helps me a lot. I bought the Groupon for 60 mins full body massage. I paid $45, then I found out if I paid there only $40. The receptionist told me Groupon company usually raise the price. And also if I I come 10 times, I can get one time free. For me, I need massage almost every week. That works for me to save money. We went for a couple massage and it was just average! We didn't even feel relaxed after the massage and ended up having lower back pain instead. We even have weird marks on our body, something like nail scratches. The masseuse oil/massaged only on the backside of the body. Purchased a Groupon after reading the reviews and figured why not?? Made an appointment the day before and they scheduled my appt without a name. Ok, no biggie. Showed up and was escorted to my room right away. The front desk girl was soft spoken but not rude at all. She told me what to do and left the room. Room was peaceful and very clean. Alice walked in and was very sweet from the get go. She asked me how I was doing and asked if medium pressure was ok. She kept checking on me throughout the massage. She had perfect pressure and really worked out the knots I had. I've never had my face massaged before but it was really nice! The massage was amazing it was very nice :)! I am usually not a person to be negative but I was unimpressed and honestly disappointed with the professionalism. I had booked my appointment all the way back in November for a couple massage for my boyfriend and I as it was my gift to him for Christmas. We had been counting down the days, we were so excited as this place had really nice reviews. We got there right on time for our appointment as we did not want to be late, 10 minutes went by and the front desk lady grabbed my phone out of my hand and I wish it would have been more sanitary especially with a pandemic going on to check my code on groupon I was very shocked about that. I'm not sure what the problem was as 20 more minutes passed by and no one was saying anything we were patiently waiting. Then they came in, on top of that I have an autoimmune disease so I am at high risk and take Covid seriously. They used paper towels on the head boards which is fine but was extremely uncomfortable and I had to ask for a new one as mine dropped on the floor and they put it back on there. What was bothersome was it was suppose to be relaxing and they kept opening up the door and leaving during my massage. Took my mom here for an early Mother's Day celebration. We each got the full hour body massage in one of the rooms that has two massage beds, it was definitely a fun bonding experience! My massage was relaxing yet firm at the same time. The scalp massage was the best part. The staff was friendly and sweet. There are massage chairs for foot massages too. I came here again recently, and the same rude lady is still at the front desk. She wouldn't honor their online pricing, nor the Groupon without an appointment, but first thing I asked was if they took walk ins... Came in for a foot massage. The guy recommended a massage combo special. I said sure. Foot massage was ok, but he did not know how to do a proper massage. Afterwards he says the minimum tip is $10.
