This review is for my visit on feb 26, 2026: Called to see if they had time for a walk-in pedicure for both a friend and myself and they were happy to take us in! My biggest highlight: They are friendly, detail oriented and make sure you have a proper and clean polish application. What's crazy is that we got our pedicures done on February 26th, and since then we're traveled and snowboarded twice. The pedicure grew out and even though I clipped my toenails, the polish never cracked or chipped. All the way to April 16th when I removed the polish! (for both my friend and myself!) that's crazy! The pedicures are so relaxing and you get a good quality foot/leg message with a standard service. My gel manicures are always top-notch and last so long. I cannot recommend Spa Jolie enough...never have my nails been so strong, beautiful, and healthy after a manicure. I've been going now for over 3 months and every time I'm shocked. I get shellac/gel and my manicure lasts and the health of my nails is incredible. Usually, when I've gotten a gel manicure in the past my nails are thinner after and my cuticles peel and are destroyed. Not at Spa Jolie. This is another little hidden gem in my neighborhood. The staff is always friendly enough but not overbearing or pushy. They don't ramble on with each other over customers. It's really quite pleasant. They check your temperature upon arrival and sanitize between customers. There are dividers between customers. Everyone is wearing a mask. They are following protocol. I get shellac done on my toes, and it lasts up to 6 six weeks. Never a chip, never a problem. I am very happy with the service here. They are clean and neat. 100% recommend if you're in the area! read more

I really wanted to love this neighborhood nail salon, but after today, I've had my last straw. Usually, when we come in, there's a 10-minute wait past our scheduled time. I've shrugged it off because I get that small delays happen sometimes. But today was completely different--and frustrating. We called ahead to book for 1:30 but were told that only 1:00 was available. So we decided to come in at 1:00 instead, hoping it would be smooth. Instead, we were told we'd have to wait 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes after that. Our service didn't start until 1:40--40 minutes after our scheduled time. Waiting 40 minutes for a service you booked ahead is absolutely ridiculous and shows a real lack of customer care. On top of that, being told we couldn't come in at 1:30 but had to come at 1:00, only to then wait that long, was beyond frustrating. Occasional small delays I can understand, but 40 minutes is just absurd. They really need to improve communication--calling customers when there's a delay would be a simple but important fix. After this experience, I won't be coming back. read more

I wanted a last-minute manicure and they were able to make time for me. I haven't had a ton of manicures, but I've had enough to know this place was different. Most places phone it in when it comes to men's manicures. I get it - there's not much room for upsell, but it doesn't mean we don't want it to look good. This is the first place I've been where they took me seriously. I didn't feel rushed, they took their time, and most importantly they did a really good job. I've never had people notice my manicures before, but they noticed this one! That says just as much about me as it does Spa Jolie, but I got a lot of compliments. Standard manicure with shiny buff. Amazing. Will be back, hopefully regularly, so it isn't such a surprise when my nails look great. read more

Nancy's facials are also excellent and my skin has never looked and felt better. Spa Jolie has a great location in Madison Park with easy parking and it is a very cute place and super clean. Nancy is one of the nicest people I have ever known and she and her team work very hard and always try to please every customer. What a fabulous boutique nail salon and spa. Was visiting family who suggested I visit this nail salon. I think they have five pedicure chairs and a couple of manicure stations. Comfortable, clean and friendly service and one of the best mani/pedis I have ever received. I have natural nails and do not use gel polish, but I use a long lasting polish. Again, they did a beautiful job. Polishes were fresh, not goopy and waiting for nails to dry was a pleasure. Even the other customers (clearly regulars) were friendly but not intrusive. Lovely little Boutique Salon that assures patrons that you will not be subjected to large yapping groups or rampaging kids. The ownership is very accommodating if you do need special pampering (like bringing in your own champagne) and especially gracious to those with disabilities. Acrylic Nails I've worn acrylic's for 15 years. This is their weakest area. The shaping was marginal, the color application fine but not spectacular, but what I look for is longevity. If a nail is lifting I want it off and a new nail glued on. They did no inspecting, not even a "hail-mary" of underside gluing, consequently a week into it two nails flew off. I think they just need more experience. They fixed the nails with profuse apologies and subsequent fills have gone better. Pedicures This is where they shine. You get the whole full hour and it is fantastic. The message is wonderful, the hot wrap divine, the attention to detail is all there. They ask your input so your are always comfortable with what they are preforming on your toes. The Pedis last for a month! Waxing I've had everything waxed just about and Nancy is very good. Heidi at Gene Juarez does a better eyebrow shape, but Nancy can follow her lines for in between touch-up waxing. I've had all versions of Brazilians and Nancy is getting more thorough. Had issues with missed bits in the past (she doesn't do the all fours technique). I have tried Frenchies many times and have come away unhappy every time. It is so nice to have this new salon in the Park and it is $$ reasonable. They always seem to be able to fit me in for last minute appointments. They also have an up to date supply of trashy magazines. They use OPI lacquer and sell support products to keep the mani/pedi look'n good. read more

This little place is great. Madison Park has its share of options for "treatments" and they range in price and attitude. Spa Jolie is just right, with a small space, it never gets too crowded or loud and they are well priced. Nancy is friendly and warm and she does a kick ass manicure. The gals who have done my toes are meticulous and make my feet feel great. They are open on Sundays which is nice and it has been fairly easy to get in without a lot of lead time. I brought my girlfriend here to do dual-pedi's for her birthday treat. It was a Saturday afternoon, and apparently they had been busy because both girls doing our pedis admitted to being tired (hence the blank stares, very slow movement and no smiles). The water was tepid, the massage was like I said...SLOW and LIMP because she was tired. The French on my toes was less than okay...not shiny and the lines were uneven. The other thing was that the two girls were talking to each other the whole time in another language, which is in my opinion a little rude. All together I spent around $100 with tip for the two of us, and I wouldn't go back again. I've been going to the same place in Kirkland for 10+ years and the only reason I tried this place was because we ate at Cafe Flora and the reviews were good. I've been coming to Spa Jolie since Nancy first opened here and LOVE it! The atmosphere is relaxing (with the exception of some people who feel the no cell phone rule doesn't apply to them) and the staff is amazing. Tina does an absolutely AMAZING pedicure and Nancy is a great waxologist (yes I made that up). I suggest trying the Spa Crystal pedicure for beautiful feet and a brow wax from Nancy. They will also accomodate private parties for you and a few of your girlfriends. I've also heard the Beau Pedicure for men is awesome. read more

I like this place a lot. I followed my manicurist from Frenchys here and then she left to go up North. I switched to the owner, Nancy. She does my bimonthly manis and I'm very pleased. The salon is comfortable and clean and light which I love. Not at all the bridezilla scene that you can encounter at Frenchys. Nancy also does great job with facials and brows. As many people have already said below, the women who work here are friendly, the prices are fair, the services good quality, but I have to say my favorite thing is the chairs! I hate the usual pedicure chairs with pummeling "massagers" built in. These ones are so comfy - I think the best part of my hour long pedicure (!) was all that time in such a delightful chair. This place was recommended to me by a few people. However when I went there the staff was incredibly rude and would not speak English. They didn't really understand what I wanted (a french pedicure) so after I had to explain to them what I wanted...again they did it. It was very poorly done. My two sisters from out of town came with me and when we went up to pay they added on extras that were not on the pricing list. They double charged for them not understanding and having to redo something. The lady who did the waxing (brows) missed spots, got wax in my hair, and burned me with the hot wax.
