I had been her client for many years and she never said a word to me when I was booking my next appointment. However Stacy the new owner is fabulous! She was very friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. They look beautiful. I have booked another appointment and plan to continue coming back.

Went right in and they started soaking my previous dip polish off. They had my hands in a bowl of acetone which severely dried out my fingers. The drill they used to file would burn my nails while they used it. When they were done glue got stuck on my fingers and when the tech clipped it off she clipped off skin causing my finger to be in pain for a few days. My usual place is closer to my home and lasts me about a month. These nails broke within 2 days. Such a waste of money. Especially since I can't go back to have them fix it

Once, the non-English tech started, she didn't say a word to me, she pulled and pushed my feet where she wanted them to be. She then took a scraper and was scraping the bottom of my feet. She hurt me, so I pulled my foot back, she slapped my leg as if I was a bad child. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. She painted my toes and promptly left. Once she left another women took my sandals and opened them up undoing all the ties and straps, without saying a word, when I ask what she was doing, the owner came over and stated that they needed to do that, so the polish didn't get marked. I have spent hours adjusting the straps to these sandals, which was undone without my permission. They made us feel as if we holding them up from going home. It was 6:30. Don't go to this place if you want a relaxing pedicure.
