After my ADU home was finished, the contractors left behind a bunch of debris on the crown moldings, counters, etc. I called up Sparkle Cleaning and Brenda answered promptly and got me scheduled for the next week. I was soooo happy with the results from their deep cleaning services. They cleaned CLEANED. Got all the crown moldings, webbings in window sill corners, bathroom and showers from top to bottom. They even made our beds afterwards! Brenda is the sweetest and she and Leticia both do a wonderful job. I received general cleaning services for my 1 bedroom apartment this morning. The cleaning services were standard which is why I gave 3 stars. However, I selected gout & tile cleaning as one of the services, but when I told the cleaners to clean the gout on my bathroom floor, I was told , they don't do that. I replied that was an option that I selected and I don't need anyone to pass the mop...I could do that. I called the owner Leticia and sent her a message, but three hours went by and never received a return call or response to my message. After all, the cleaner Mia, did put in effort and made my bathroom floor look better. The cleaner Rosie passed the mop in the kitchen and I had to remind her of cleaning the grout. Mia is a much better worker then Rosie. Kudos to Mia ~ she did a great job in cleaning my shower. I was surprised that the owner did not follow up ~ seems a bit unprofessional to me. Maybe, if 2 Mia's were sent, I would have given 4 stars. Nonetheless they were not the worse but not the best either. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Booked an appointment with them and they didn't knock on the door or give me a text/call the first time I booked in with them to let me know they were here so I missed my first appointment, so they changed the appointment mid day the following day. We told them to not lock the door on their way out because one roommate lost his keys and I was away, so my roommate was locked out of the place afterwards even though we told them specifically not to lock the doors. Then we see the job they did and this is literally how my bed was made... just threw everything on there and called it a day. This is laughable I didn't actually think it was serious at first I had to pinch myself to know I was real. They didn't do a deep clean what so ever, left dust in multiple areas, didn't clean the rugs or tiles as I was paying extra for, left stains, and didn't even fold the laundry that was left out. Worst cleaning service I have ever had and their customer service is even worse. Do NOT book in with them regardless of the other 5 star reviews, they're definitely staged to make the business look better than they actually are. I'm so sorry, but I have to be honest and prevent other people from wasting their hard earned money for bottom tier service. read more

Love that this is a woman owned business. And these ladies are professional. With little direction (because I was so busy), they knew exactly how and what to clean in each room. They showed initiative in organizing things left on top of counters and dressers in a manner that looked neat but nothing was moved or misplaced. All shutters were cleaned. All window sills were cleaned. Base boards and the stairs rail were also cleaned. I also saw them clean and disinfect the doors not just the doorknobs. They mean it when it says "Sparkle." And payment was easy...venmo. For someone who is working from home, conducting school at home and has a new pet dog, these women saved me time and gave me peace of mind. I recommend SPARKLE!! I found their number on Yelp and called them out of the blue at 8pm with my fingered crossed; I really needed some help. Brenda answered, and she made it simple to book the service for 8am the next day. My apartment was a mess, needed a good cleaning and I just didn't know where to start. I felt 'stuck' and was getting depressed and overwhelmed. Mia and Judith arrived bright and early, and I explained to them that ANY dent they could make would be great - you gotta start somewhere! I was just hoping to get a nice, initial clean and go from there - perhaps a couple of follow up cleanings would get my place looking and feeling better. Well, they got right to work. I told them "Look. I know it's a mess. Just do what you can for now and I'll be so happy". I thought they'd clean the kitchen and bathroom and 'freshen' up the place a bit etc. I left them for a couple of hours, came back and they indicated they were still working. I came back again....and couldn't believe what they had accomplished! It was too much! They had really made a big difference. For the price, I feel that they went way above and beyond. Honestly, it was kinda life changing for me. I could see a light at the end of the tunnel. Having a more 'livable' space is mental health thing; when you can't seem to tackle things it can get stressful.
