Took my 2017 brand new truck in here to get washed and I had my hood completely scratched . I noticed it before I left the bay. They will not take any accountability for it at all. I have had a Mr. car wash membership for many years, they stopped doing the interior, so I came to sparkle. What a joke! They set the account up wrong twice. Making it so I only had an exterior membership. They overcharged me. Then when I came in to get a car wash ( only my second one with them), they informed me my card was declined. ( it was not. I had been charged again, so they ran my cc for two months. and I have the bank statements to prove it) When I tried to speak with management about it, They were dismissive, wouldn't make eye contact, or just feigned a language barrier. Tho I tried, nothing was resolved with them. No attempt was made on their part. It was just me having a conversation with a man's back. I had to dispute charges with my bank and find a new place. This is too much work for a damn car wash! The two car washes I got were excellent, and the young boys who actually wash the cars are kind and courteous. The problem seems to arise with management. You will notice that most negative reviews are from women being mistreated. ( in fact, while I was there trying to resolve these issues, they frequently just walked off to aide men in random tasks, i.e., the gate wouldn't open for a truck . they had very dismissive attitudes about my account, and the only resolution they offered was to charge me more money and re-set up the service they did the first two times incorrectly. So, in conclusion, I was charged for premium memberships for two months., I received two car washes and was told by men that I didn't have an account with them ( bank statements prove otherwise). They refused even to have a conversation about it. I believe they are discriminating against women and have reported them to the BBB. Ladies, Please don't give them your business. read more

Today was my second time using this car wash, and both times have left something to be desired. I really wanted this place to work out because there aren't any other full-service car washes near Herriman that I have found. The first time, I paid $25 for a Sparkle Wash (their top-tier wash) that includes the following: - Hand Towel Dry Bumper to Bumper (inc. door jambs) - Tire Shine, Wheel Cleaner & Brightener - Blow Out Drip Areas - Free Air Freshener - Undercarriage Blast - Triple Foam Protection - Clear Coat Protectant - Wax Sealer - Reprella Protectant - Spot Free Rinse - 48 Hour Rain Guarantee - Interior Windows - Vacuum - Wipe Dash & Consoles First, I thought $25 was expensive for this level of a wash. I remember paying about $20 for this level of a wash when I lived in So Cal. Oh well, I can't control that and there's no other place around. I specifically paid the $10 extra over their middle-tier Ultimate Wash to get the 3 last items on the list above, particularly the windows as they needed a good cleaning. Needless to say, as I was driving away I noticed the windows weren't done very good, with missed spots and streaks. I ended up re-doing the windows myself once I got home since I didn't feel like having to go all the way back and then wait around. Today, the second time, I paid $110 for a full interior shampoo and then dropped my truck off as I knew it would take awhile and I didn't want to have to wait around. I found out this also included a free middle-tier Ultimate Wash (all the features listed above except the last 3) which was nice. The wash was good, but when I arrived to pick up my truck I noticed that only the seats had been shampooed and the truck was parked in the "finished" area and the attendant was handing me my keys as if everything was done. I told him about the floors still needing to be done and he claimed I only bought the seat shampoo. I pulled the receipt off the dashboard and showed him I bought the full shampoo. To his credit he was very apologetic and got right on it to get the floors done, but now I had to wait around another half-hour and drive home with my interior still all wet. So 2 out of 2 times I have had an issue. I hope they fix their problems because I would like a full-service car wash nearby, but I won't be going back any time soon. read more

Took a car in for a full detail. Noticed about 2-2.5 weeks later that all the contents in my glovebox were missing (owners manual, registration, lease documents, insurance card, etc). Called them back immediately and asked if they could look for my stuff, they said they would and they would call back later that day. They failed to call back so I called the next morning, talked to the same lady and she apologized for not returning the call and said they would definitely call back before she left work that day. Flash forward to the next morning because she failed to call back again, I talked to someone else who said that they didn't have any of my stuff even though a name and address were plastered on all of the documents that were missing. He said he would call back the next morning after talking to the GM. Guess who forgot to call again? They never bothered to call or contact us once even with all the documents that had our contact info and they basically admitted to losing/misplacing/throwing it all away. I asked for a partial reimbursement to pay for a new registration and buy a new owners manual and for my time and the person I talked to said all they could do was give me a few free car washes. What a huge help that is...considering a registration card is required in every car, I'd have to drive the car illegally just to get those car washes. Zero resolution with these guys whatsoever and they don't seem slightly fazed by it. read more

If you want swirl marks all over your car this is the place to go! They barely squirt down your car before the bristle like brushes come out and dig into your paint. As you roll through be sure to take a look out your window to see the improperly maintained sprayers acting like waterjet cutters screaming down the side of your car or failing to work at all, leaving your car further exposed to another round of bristle brushes. You will then be underwhelmed when the water fall thingy designed to wash the soap off starts late and leaves you with soap all over your car. Oh, but wait! Their inattentive dealers will take care of that, right? Wrong! They will simply smear the soap all around and leave you with a bunch of streaks. But don't worry, the vacuums are free! Sadly they suck (no pun intended) or I guess what I mean to say is they don't suck...they will barely lift a piece of grass from your floor mat. That is if the attachment stays on. I literally tried three different vacuums before I found one where the attachment didn't continually fall off. As a previous owner of a detailing shop it's clear to see this place is obviously not putting any money into maintenance. We've been using this company with unlimited monthly passes for years. They have been great in the past but today I was sorely disappointed in the customer service. We got stuck in line behind someone who didn't have a monthly pass so it was taking an extremely long time to process their payment. We switched lanes and went to the paying line as multiple people had paid and gone through that line with no problems, the car behind us did the same. We were then treated very rudely by one of the employees and told we should have stayed in the other line and we'd have to wait longer in this line. I could not believe it! Instead of apologizing and letting us through they finished the other lines transaction and then let several other cars through before letting us go through! The car behind us switched back to the monthly paid line and then he was stopped as well. Very disappointed in the customer service! read more
