Sparklets has left us high and dry. My fiancé and I both contracted COVID and we are completely out of water. They Missed two deliveries even when our bill was current. We contacted them three times and all they would say is "we'll enter you request in our system" then nothing. Well Sparklets thanks for nothing. Truly the worst customer service in the world. I set up an appointment for a Tuesday and waited all morning for delivery. I called the customer service line twice to ask the driver to give me a ball park time as to when he'd be at my place. Never got a response. At 1:00 I had to take me dog out for a pee you we went for a quick walk. I get back and there is a note on the door saying I missed him. The note said he'd return between 8:00 and 8:30 on Thursday. So I rearranged my schedule to be here at that time. At 9:00 no delivery. I call the service center, placed on hold for 15 min and still no delivery. At 9:20 I get a call from some guy dating the driver had to get gas and is 5 min away. I canceled the service and will seek water elsewhere. I wasted 5 or 6 hours, made 4 phone calls and my dog had to hold his pee for 5 hours...all for water. Be smart. Go elsewhere read more

I wish I could give 1/2 star. Customer Service is horrible and we run out of water and they change the delivery date on us with no notice. Deliveries show up when they KNOW our office is closed. Every time we call to ask where our delivery is they are rude. It's a shame. update: There is no way to direct message you on yelp. Ive emailed and called the 800 number is trying to help but I'm told he would be here by 3 and then called because he's a no show again and was told that the driver rescheduled again until tomorrow. Horrible service, never do they deliver on the schedules day. If they decide not to deliver on the scheduled day they won't notify you. They are always short staffed or at least that's the excuse why you don't receive the water delivery service on the scheduled days. If you do receive your delivery of water you will only get the quantity they want to drop off because they will tell you they are out of water. So no don't recommend this water delivery service at all it. Save yourself the trouble. read more

Delivery and customer service has really deteriorated in the last couple months. I only received a partial delivery three weeks ago (July 9), got nothing two weeks later (July 23) and am now out of water. I called and emailed customer support throughout all this. They have skipped my delivery FIVE TIMES now and promised me a Saturday delivery to make up for it. However, again they were a no-show. Unfortunately Sparkletts (thru Costco) in Camarillo is so subpar that I have fired them. AND, I love the water! It's there lack of service. Constantly missing deliveries is just not cool. Then they re-schedule only to miss again. And again... This has happened since Jan when I moved here. Of course it's Covid or the shortage of workers fault. Look at the Rating they have above! The past 5 weeks the service has been the worst we've ever experienced. We last received a water delivery on June 7th. Since then it's been a series of missed delivery dates, multiple calls (8) to customer service who apologize (and are very polite and sound sympathetic), only to have our delivery blown off, and scheduling additional deliveries only to have those dates blown off. It's way beyond the point of ridiculous; the delivery status on the company website says to expect a delivery, then when the delivery day is missed the website changes the date to later in the week, then defers to the next scheduled delivery date. Last night the website canceled my next scheduled date, even though I have yet to receive a delivery. Typically our delivery would be missed around a major holiday, but the past 5 weeks have been the absolute worst. The service has gone down hill in 2021. I've have for issues with missed deliveries. Their customer service reps tell you one thing and the actual deliveries are not made. Primo/Sparkletts water is non responsive and you are at the mercy of their drivers. Like mentioned above they've missed 4 deliveries. I've called and their customer service reps have rescheduled my deliveries which were also missed. When I've called they've said oh yeah they will definitely deliver this time but nope. Also have used their website to update my delivery of water and increase the quantity and that doesn't work either they either deliver one or two bottles or non at all. I guess they really don't care about their customers and are ok with them cancelling because of the lack of communication. We have a hair salon and had their coffee service. The worst customer service ever. There were so many people you have to talk to when getting a machine fixed. No one knows what the other is doing. I had a broken machine with 1 little broken part they were "ordering" at least 3 times. Ramon was our rep and wouldnt answer calls or texts and sent someone named Juan who promised promised and left us. They finally came to take our machine and supposedly bringing us a new one because when they brought the old one back (twice) it was still broke. So we went to a keurig since we had nothing else. In the end I remodeled a whole salon (6 months) faster than we got a machine fixed. We will be cancelling our water service too. Dont want to give this company any of our money. read more

Yelp really needs to update their rating system to allow negatives. Sparkletts delivered a defective bottle - known to be defective by a big X on the bottle. Leaked all over my hardwood floors - and it it is STILL discolored due to the water damage. When I called to complain, I was told they put an X on the bottle when a bottle is known to be defective. So Sparkletts delivered this known defective bottle and charged me for it. I was told they would give me a credit on my next bill - but received my bill - and no credit. Now they are telling me they decided to move it to the next bill. So frustrating read more

Like others, I did not receive any water deliveries in the end of June and July so far. Company tells you that the location that delivers to you will call you but you never receive any calls, nor do you receive your water delivery. Its a very poor way to run a company. So I have begun asking myself, should I keep my Sparkletts account or purely rely on the fine people at The Point market to keep me refreshed? One co-worker is suffering from a bad back, the culprit is clearly a combination of dehydration and stress from seeing those empty blue jugs. My office mate was so parched he consumed three apples today and still had to visit his grandparents just to fill up with some quality H2O. Just a all-around terrible service. They're great at showing up to the business and throwing our water bottles in the hot sun To be baked in the parking lot until we open several hours later. Fortunately other than baking it in the plastic in the sun we haven't had any stolen yet. However they're not actually great at picking up empties, Because they insist on showing up before our hours even though they've been given our hours on several occasions. It's been around nine months since they've picked up the empties. I've even called them several times about this issue and nothing ever gets done. I've gotten to the point that I refuse to pay for the deposits on the empties that don't get picked up so now they've put my account past due and are charging late fees, I am currently paying two dollars a foot to store about 5 feet worth of empty bottles for 9 months, so maybe I will be sending them a bill for that as well. I am canceling my account. If no one comes to get the stuff I will show up and throw it in the parking lot on Irving Street. Just a all around terrible service and experience. read more

I signed up for the Sparkletts water delivery in the Oxnard Costco store offering 2 five gallon bottles every month for just $23.00/month. I specifically asked if they would bring the bottles into my house because I would not be able to lift the bottles and I was told at that time of course, no problem. So I was told the container with 2 five gallons of water would be delivered the next Monday and I was offered to choose which window of time morning or after noon. I choose afternoon. Well I waited all day actually with out any delivery. There was no call, text, or delivery on Monday. So on Tuesday As I was walking to my car I opened my gate and outside on the walkway leading to the driveway there was the water dispenser covered with a thin plastic covering flipping in the wind and the 2 five gallons of water. I couldn't believe the Sparkletts driver/delivery person didn't even let me know he had made the delivery. When I called Sparkletts to explain what had happened I was told, after being put on hold, that there was no response at the delivery district office so they would send an email. I called again later on Tuesday same scenario. On both occasions I was assured that the Sparkletts driver would come to bring in the water and dispenser into my kitchen. On Wednesday afternoon I told the person at the corporate call center that I'm really frustrated and disappointed about the service I have received so far and really felt that if the water and dispenser isn't taken care of that same day (3rd day) I planned to cancel my account. Well as you guessed it nothing happened so on Thursday morning I cancelled my account and I was told that I only owed for the dispenser rental. I told that person nothing I didn't touch the supplies that were delivered it was still outside on the outside of my yard so I owe Sparkletts nothing. What a hassle no wonder it was so cheap the service is crap. I was thinking what does a person have to go through if there's a problem with bill or their order. Not sure where to start with this scary "business". I originally signed up for Sparkelttes through Costco. That was over a year ago now. Since then they have never delivered the correct amount of water bottles. Not once. The last TWO deliveries were "skipped" which I later found out someone named John had gone into surgery who was my delivery driver... which is great and all except that we were without water and no one notified us until the day of delivery which I then got an email saying our delivery was skipped. I have been waiting for a call from the manager and have sent direct messages to see what the deal is with this company to no response. I have just signed up for READY FRESH water delivery and I cannot believe I waited so long to do so they run their business and do their job they are great! read more

While the quality of water is amazing (I receive spring water, which is the only legitimate source of delivered spring water in my area), the system they use to manage their database is THE WORST EVER. They will randomly cancel my delivery without notice and move it to another day, there's no way for the system to notify you of ANY changes to your delivery, and when you call to seek support, you can't even get in touch with your local provider, it gets routed to their call center in Florida, where they can do absolutely nothing. They raise prices with zero notification, change your delivery time with zero notification. Honestly, this is the worst service and system I've experienced for any item that I have ever ordered from any company, ever. After 11 years of service, we cancelled with Sparkletts due to no deliveries month after month. I started calling every week, sometimes on hold for 2+ hours. I never raised my voice, not even once. I was quite nice considering how frustrated I was with the ineptness of this company. One month after canceling, they still have not picked up the dispenser, storage rack, and TEN empty 5-gal bottles. I documented every time I called, every promise. Sparkletts the absolute worst!! If I could give negative stars I would. It should have been a warning that they couldn't honor the initial setup date that their online website allowed me to choose and rather they couldn't begin the deliveries for 2 weeks. There is no personal communication when a delivery can't be made. Instead a generic email comes out and provides the next available date for the delivery. I got these emails for a week before canceling my service 2 weeks ago. For these 2 weeks I have now been rescheduled multiple times for the pickup service to take the empty bottles and water dispenser. When they missed the date that they provided for the pickup, I had to call and sit on the phone on hold for 2 HOURS to be told that a new date for pickup hadn't been placed. Not surprised that my new date is 2 weeks out!! The last customer service rep ended the call with "sorry we disappointed you". As though it was my fault. An appropriate response would have been "Sorry we weren't able to meet the multiple dates that we had provided to you". read more
