Unacceptable, you pay for monthly unlimited but you wait there for 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. Other places just have readers where it knows who you are and let's you go for exterior wash. The people aren't nice, and this is almost every time. We pay for convenience to get in and out; but they'd rather sit there with another customer and try to sell them everything under the sun. My favorite part about this car wash is that I purchased a package of washes and was given a swipe card that keeps track of how many washes I have left. That way, I'm not always reaching into my wallet when I run by for a wash and clean. The service is quick and efficient, and my car or truck always comes out clean inside and out. Worst car wash i can remember. First time here, sold me on a $40 wash including a spray wax. Mentioned I should get the monthly plan to save money. Before you try to sell someone on a membership, you should at least get the car clean the first time. Debris on seats, floors and door pockets. Bugs on grill and mirrors and bird sh@t till on the hood. When I brought it to their attention, the solution was to hook up an air hose and blow it all over the inside of the truck. Manager didn't even bother to look at the condition after I brought it to his attention. Just called someone on a radio and told them to fix it. Well I don't have time to have it done twice, only wanted it done the first time correctly. Save yourself a ton of money and go to the hand wash instead. You'll get better results than you will here. read more

Had a synthetic oil change done, differential fluid exchange, and power steering flush. Total of about $270. In and out fairly quickly. The only negative was they can't do a tire rotation. But other than that it's a fair price and quick service. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The cashier in this place is extremely rude with the customers and has no education what so ever, at first she got mad because I didn't have the exact change to pay because she didn't have enough change I pay with a 20.00 bill for a water and a Febreze deodorizer for my car and she started saying that she was not going to use her tip money to give me my change back so she was mad about that she ended changing from her tips to give my change and then started a very bad attitude and I notice she charge me more then she should or more then the price marked on the items, when I notice the charges I told her the the item is marked different, instead of explaining or apologizing she attacked back saying is not her fault that the computer charge different then the actually price and didn't refund the money instead she just turned her back saying is nothing she can do and as it wasn't enough she followed me outside yelling that she did not not change prices, even the customers came to me stating she was out of control and how rude and aggressive she got. When I complained to the manager/owner his answer was "so you want the money back?" I told him she can keep the money she is not in her right mind but my complaint was her aggression and rudeness over a clear dispute and he went inside and didn't do anything about it. I regret going to this place. Paid for inside and outside clean and was really disappointed when i noticed that my car was still dirty after they are done with it. I had to finish it off myself. There was a black guy with the outside crew who had quite of an attitude..(an A**). This place runs on numbers and absolutely don't deliver on quality. Came in one day for a wash and was laughed at and embarrassed by an employee. I was told from his coworker that he often harasses people. When I spoke to the manager he did absoultely nothing but stare at me in the face with a blank expression, didn't even apologize. They gave my fucking key to somebody else and they left. Was stuck there for 2 hours waiting for them to go through security footage and track down the license plate so they could contact the sheriffs office to get contact info so they could get they guy to come back with my key so I could get the hell outa there. The employees have always been very courteous, friendly and cute! As an 'Exterior Only' subscriber, I never leave my vehicle. This place should be a hard no. I told them I wanted a wash and wax touch free. They ran my car through the machine. They charged my card twice but for some reason when I went to leave they said I hadn't paid. If my card didn't go through then why didn't the guy let me know so i didn't have to go through the embarrassment? So unprofessional. Still spots all over my new car. We've been customer for years, back when it was called Sonny's. That's when it use to be a well oiled machine, but now it's torture. We are members of the Unlimited Plan and I come at least once a week. I absolutely despise coming but it's close to work and on my way home. The man who greets you says nothing as he scans my tag and then grunts and points which lane to go to. At one point they had at least 4 people vacuuming cars, now there's 1. One person trying to do at least 6 cars, it's crazy. I stay with my car until it's going into the car wash. Today greeter guy tells me I have to cash out before he puts my car in. WHAT??!! It's prepaid, but whatever. I call crap on that because 2 other people "cashed out" well after their cars were completely done. Today I was held hostage for 35 minutes. 35 minutes to get my car washed. Each time I go it gets longer and longer. The worst part is management doesn't care. I feel bad for the couple of employees that have been there for years. They are the hardest workers. You can see the frustration on their faces. This place has gone down the toilet. Took my car there yesterday to get a car wash. Everything was fine until the end when I jumped in my car to leave and the windshield was cracked. I told the manager, he reviewed the video and confirmed it was not cracked when I dropped off the car. I then get a call from them today that there is nothing they can do because there is insufficient evidence they caused the damage! What?!? How about a refund for the car wash? Nope! What a joke! This is not my first bad experience there either, but this is the final straw. I continued to go there because of convenience but I will inconveniently drive somewhere else moving forward. I have 2 monthly memberships here for my truck and my wife's car. I agree for what they charge they do a shitty job. Especially if they know your a member. But yesterday I took both cars to get cleaned like i usually do 3x a week. After they cleaned my truck I got in it and my AC knob was knocked off when I went to get the manager he told me to put it back on. I said really you want me to fix something your guys broke. FYI my truck is a 2016 metris not a piece of shit. I told him you have one of your guys fix it they broke it. He handed it over to his assistant manager after 10 minutes of trying to put it back on he tried to be slick and tell me it's fixed. I said oh ya then why is it not turning and still half off. The assistant manager goes on to tell me he always has issues with me I should go to the other sparkles. I told him I always have issues because you guys do not take responsibility for when you break shit like they broke my back up camera. I put in a call to corporate and emailed them even after the manager finally filled out a accident report or whatever they call it. Bottom line is these guys take no responsibility for anything even if they know they broke something. The assistant manager even tried to tell me how do they know it was not broke before hand. I told him listen I did t even pull off the lot it's different if I came back a day later and I also told him my truck is not a piece of shit if it was broke before hand I have the 40-50 bucks to fix it. I have been to this car wash many times and have had a pretty good experience but not so much this time. So I pulled up to the car wash to be met with another car blocking the entrance to where cars would normally park to be greeted by the attendants. The attendants were talking to the car blocking the entrance for a good 5 minutes. I'm sitting there in my car staring at them and they'd look at me then look away like I wasn't even there. I had to move because there were two cars behind me overflowing into the street. So I got out of line. As soon as I got out of line, the car blocking the entrance moved up and the attendants flagged the other cars into the shop immediately and greeted them. I don't exactly know what the disconnect was but I'm super annoyed I had to drive another 10 mins to get my car washed for no reason. read more

I've take my car there twice, and both times had the same problem. The exterior wash is acceptable for the price, but the vacuuming is a waste of money. They vacuumed the floor mats and little else. Now I don't expect this to be the same quality as an expensive detail job, but there was dust, etc. Everywhere. (I clean my car very regularly, by the way; so I know it's not old dirt working it's way up through the carpet.) the first time it happened, they manager looked at it and agreed it was unacceptable. He then took the car, re-cleaned it himself and showed me what he said I should expect for $29-30 at this location. It looked exactly like what I had been expecting in the first place, so that was fine, and I decided to give them another chance. I went back today, but it was the same story.
