13 days ago I had the new gel color put on my nails. I was told how wonderful they were and how they wouldn't chip or lift. I liked the finished product UNTIL yesterday. Day 12 I noticed a green spot on my polish. A FUNGUS had developed in my nail. I made an appointment to have them removed. Removal took way longer than I was originally was told it would take. Manager (she was the one that put gels on for me) arrived she was told about fungus. She looked at my finger and said, "Oh gel must have lifted and YOU got water under it." We had a brief discussion about NO THEY HADNT LIFTED. I was then asked if I wanted nails painted. I didn't. I finally asked them to STOP filling the tops of my with the fungus as it would make that nail too thin (I thought they were going to file right through the nail). I asked the cost and was charged FULL PRICE. Also asked to come back. I THINK NOT. My advise, "Skip the gels." I personally will never go back. read more

SNS nails? What's that? I saw that all over IG and I had to try it. I called for an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I was greeted and seated right away. The workers there were so nice and were very accommodating. I sat and the lady who did my nails was so professional and did my nails perfectly. I chose a neutral pink matte for my sns nails. YES, it's super time consuming, and the lady takes her time. But, it looks WAY better and natural than gel nails. It's so worth it! I used to have gel and for some reason always lifted, and that happens to many of the places I went to. But, it's been almost 2 weeks and there is no lift. The nails grew out without looking crazy. I've been coming for a year now and just realized I hadn't posted a review. with all of the options available around where I work and live, I keep coming back to get my nails done. even after coming here for so long, I don't have anyone specific I ask for because every time I get someone different and every time whoever I get is great! that's why I give this place the 5 stars. they are always consistent. it is clean, VERY affordable and all the girls are friendly. the spa chairs are comfy and there is always a Netflix movie or some relaxing music in the background. sometimes it can be busy and you will have to wait, but they are very accommodating and still manage to get you in asap. they also have a stamp card...I've gotten nail designs when my stamp is full. highly recommend!! read more

I needed acrylics to stop me from biting them. When applying the SNS product they don't file down your nail to adhere the SNS. Super healthy alternative. No harmful glue or chemicals. Okay so I do not write a lot of reviews. Check I only have two. This being one of the reviews. The other one is to THE SAME PLACE. It should say something when a salon needs two yelp pages. Especially if it is to boost reviews. Here is my post/expierence to the other yelp they have... "If I could give 0 stars I would! Okay, most of my family has been going here for years! And I mean years! Even before the current owners got there. I can honestly say they did a good job in the past and keep a semi-clean space. I went in with my sister and was treating her to gel nails. I saw women/teens come and go! One by one EVERY person that was in the salon left. The ladies informed me I was next "i was next". My mom ended up joining my sister and I later. She got a pedicure and finished before my. My sister was done, and even those who came after me even left. Now I understand there may be a lot of people but DONNA... the main manager or owner, kept leaving me to tend to others. She claimed that other people had appointments. But really what are the odds of EVERY SINGLE person having an appt. Like I said my family had been going there a LONG time... It is close, convienient, and pretty good. Being loyal customers she could have offered mine on the house or for a discount. We were willing to pay for my mothers and my sisters because they did a good job. But she used every excuse in the book to make me pay. Ladies does it really make sense for a client to be waiting 2.5 hours for simple gel manicure? Time = Money. They could have had at least 2 people done in the time it took for them to finish a SIMPLE GEL MANICURE. She did not even give me a discount until I mentioned it. I have always had long strong nails but after becoming a mom I no longer had time to paint them weekly. Gel does not even last two weeks, it's expensive and ruined my nails completely. Sparkling nails and their SNS product gave me long beautiful nails again this stuff does not chip and can last 3 to 5 weeks. Every manicurist I have worked with here has been awesome and done a great job; I absolutely love my nails by Heidi and last time Donna did the most beautiful french manicure. I have been here a few months ago in October of last year and they were able to help me do two lovely acrylic tips on both of my big toes because I prefer long and square and they don't grow. I forgot the nice woman's name but she did an amazing job. I just left the nail salon where the woman in charge refused to do my nails the way I asked due to her preference and laughed at me with all of her coworkers. She ended up doing them both without the tips and not even filing them so they both look the same. It is very clear when people are speaking about you and I haven't had such a bad nail experience. The Manicure and Pedicure provided by any of the girls are relaxing and I'm always pleased with their massage and the great job they do. They take their time and they are never rushed. They take walkins along with appointments. Besides the regular nail polish and gel nail polish they also offer SNS nail polish which is not offered everywhere. For the SNS nail color you must make an appointment. Absolutely love this place! I've been coming for years and it's gotten better with time. The wait time was awful! The sign on the door says "walk-ins welcome" but my friend and I sat for an hour as other customers got waited on before us for whatever excuse or another. The prices seem low, but there are hidden fees for certain polishes they don't tell you about. In addition, I tried the dip powder method for the first time and my nails were bumpy and carelessly done. This is the first negative yelp review I've written,but I feel that I should to warn of my very bad experience here. They made me sit and wait for at least 30 minutes even though I had an appointment,and then charged me for a horrible job,but then begged me to come back and promised to redo them for free if I did. But when I went back they didn't keep their word and the owner was super rude and disrespectful,she even rolled her eyes at me and said I misunderstood her promise,she was rude enough for one of the nail artists to come and whisper "I'm so sorry" to me. I went to this salon about 4 times in a row and was happy,I love the lady named Vi that works here,she is super sweet and does an amazing job. But last time I went here someone else did a horrible super messy gel pedicure that looked like a toddler did it,and it was not even dried right,so got even more messy when I left. The attempt to fix them made them keep me at the salon for another hour,and I finally had to just leave. The owner begged me to come back with the promise of redoing them for free. So I decided to give them one more chance. But this was only days before Christmas,and I told them I couldn't come back until after Christmas. I went back yesterday and the owner said "no you pay for new pedicure now,I tell you come right back and you didn't,so now you pay for new pedicure." I should not have paid at all for the horrible job they did,but only agreed to because of the promise of them being redone for free. So because they were dishonest with me and were rude when I brought up their previous promise,I cannot come back here. It's sad for them because I had become a regular client,and have a lot of friends in their neighborhood that had started going too because I referred them,but I will have to tell them not to now to protect them from my bad experience:( Them not keeping their word and having a horrible attitude costed them a lot of new business. read more

If I could rate this place no stars I would. This place was recommended to me by a friend because of their service with SnS dip powder. This place is very far from my house but close to my job. I always call ahead of time to make an appointment or to see how busy it is because I do not want to spend too much time at the salon. The past couple of times I have requested Donna and did not get her. Instead I got other nail techs who made me bleed, picture below, and each one did the dip powder application different. Back to today. I called ahead of time and was told I would be good to come in at 11:30. Everyone was busy so I didn't mind waiting 10-15 minutes for the next person to be ready. Finally someone comes to take off my dip powder but then leaves me with these gloves and foils on for twenty minutes to go work on someone else. Now a different nail tech has come up to me and proceeds to file down my nails meanwhile two other customers walk in who said they did not have an appointment. My nail tech finishes filing down one hand and leaves to go do the feet of another customer. I was told to wait once again for someone else to help me. Now it is an hour past my appointment and I have only one hand of nails filled down. I left the facility and not one person said sorry for the inconvenience they all were practically trying to force me to stay. I will never come here again. read more
